About this house rental

This studio home in Crystal Beach is perfect for a small family looking for a stay at the beach with their fur baby (additional fee applies for pet). The home is colorful and inviting with an open floor plan. And the kids will love the purple! The living area has a set of windows that show off the lovely ocean view. The sleeping area has a queen bed, and a trundle bed with double over twin. The living area has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress topper. All bed and bath linens are included in the rental. The bathroom has a great shower for you to enjoy at the end of a day at the beach. There is a laundry area with full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked including a traditional coffee maker. There are games, books, beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs and a wagon included in your rental. The beach is an easy 7 minute walk from the house. This is a perfect family vacation rental! Note: There is not a separate bedroom in this home.

Pet friendly!! This fun house is now small-to-medium size pet friendly. There is a fenced yard with a back staircase. You can sit on the balcony and keep an eye on your fur baby. (additional fee applies)

A few details:
* Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided in the rental.
* Kitchen has all basic cookware, serving dishes and utensils, including plates, eating utensils, glasses, coffee cups, coffee pot, baking dishes, crockpot, frying pans, cooking utensils, carving knives, saucepans, blender, and corkscrew.
* Full size washer/dryer.
* Small dish soap, dish-cleaning soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, 4 kitchen trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels are included.
* All trash must be in trash bags before disposing in outside trash bins.
* There is no dishwasher in this home.
* There are exterior security cameras at the entrance and near the garage/parking area.

Note: This home is on a septic system which requires guest awareness of what is disposed in the drains and toilets.

Our fourth time in this house and we love it!! Due to the amount of rain the area has had recently, the mosquitoes were the worst I’ve ever seen, they stormed you as soon as you went outside. Since no one can control Mother Nature we made the best of it!! Had two. Awesome beach days and took the ferry to Galveston for the day. The house is one of the best equipped Vrbo rentals we’ve stayed in. Everything you need is there!!! Beds are comfy (could use some updated pillows), super clean, roomy bathroom and great open space. We hosted dinner one night for friends and had a blast!! Can’t wait to come again next year, same time!!

This was our second stay at Sea-Esta and everything was just as it was during our last stay. Lots of clean linens (clean everything), essentials provided, nearby all the fun stuff, easy checkout. We got lucky and had perfect weather. Would love to stay a third time next summer!

This is our 3rd time to stay in this wonderful home. The size is perfect for my husband, me and our fur babies. The fenced yard is perfect for the pups to run around in. We had a very relaxing time; not much planned except to rest and relax! We did take the pups to the beach twice a day. We will definitely return again. Be sure and bring bug spray. The mosquitoes are insane!!

The beach house is a perfect place to stay for a couple or small family. It is so clean. And I am so happy that our little dog could stay with us. It is so hard to find such a clean pet friendly home. The bathroom is huge. Great shower pressure.

This was a return trip. We stayed at the purple house a year ago and enjoyed a two week stay this time. Weather was good and it’s an easy walk to the beach. We had a nice visit with the owner while we were there. Hope to return in the future.

LOVE this property! It was our second stay at the purple house and next year's trip is already planned. The house is very clean and stocked with all the necessary things. We made breakfast each morning and cooked dinners on the grill. The location is close enough to get back to the house quickly if you need anything while on the beach but far enough away to have privacy. Communication is great and very responsive. We can't wait to stay there again.

Loved how clean the house was and all of the extras. Hope to come back and pack lighter because the host had the house stocked with all the beach things we could want. There were lots of fresh linens and comfort items like dehumidifier, water filter and more. The photos showed window units and we were pleasantly surprised to find central ac installed. We come to Crystal Beach every year and this neighborhood was the quietest we've stayed at yet. Would definitely stay again!

This is our 2nd stay in this cute house; perfect for our fur babies with a deck that leads to a fully fenced yard. Beach was empty this time of year, but our dogs loved it anyway! Very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely return!

We totally enjoyed this small pet-friendly beach house getaway. The deck view was perfect for sunrises with a convenient, fenced doggie yard off the back. I brought lots of stuff I didn't need b/c this house is so well stocked. The whole process was easy, convenient and communication was prompt, so thank you! We did encounter LONG ferry waits (1+ hrs) to Galveston and back, so plan accordingly on a holiday.

After searching for a long weekend beach getaway, we stumbled across this gem! The 5 star reviews were spot on as it had everything we needed. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making this a home away from home experience for their guests by including even the smallest of convinces such as ziplock bags in the kitchen. It was also super pet friendly with a fenced backyard (our pup loved that), a pet couch cover, and even spare dog bowls and a mat incase you forgot one at home. We loved this little purple house and hope to book it again for our next Texas beach getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice walk to the beach. Loved having the ise of the wagon and beach chairs. Kitchen was fully equipped, we made breakfast both mornings. We felt at home and enjoyed your comfortable cabin. Our son and family came for an afternoon and also had good things to say about the property. You had all the necessary amenities we needed and we were able to park both truck and trailer we hauled our ATV in under the big carport. We hope to get opportunity to return in the future.

I wish I could give this property 10 stars! Just the right size for my husband and I and our fur babies. Very clean and well stocked. Romi even left us goodies and a sweet welcome note. We drove our car to the beach each time, but it's not a bad walk at all. The fenced area for our dogs was perfect; the deck even had stairs down to the area so they could go by themselves. There is a dog waste station in the fenced area. We enjoyed the wifi and watched movies. Very relaxing stay and we play to return in January. You will not be disappointed with this property!

This studio was a perfect fit for my family of 4 and our small Shih Tzu. What really stood out to me was how clean the house was when we first got there, that's always a huge plus. The fenced backyard was great for our small dog and kids to play around in and the house was not far from the beach so going to and from was no hassle. The house was stocked up pretty well with everyday kitchen utensils and appliances so I was able to cook for each meal. Big shout out to the host, he was so easy to get in contact with when an issue came up and very understanding. My husband and I have already decided that we'll rent this house again! It's such a great place!

House was even nicer in person. Extremely clean and one of the more well equipped VRBO properties we’ve ever stayed in. We spent each day on the beach then came back to house and watched sunsets on the deck. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing away the sand. Beds were comfy and the bathroom had loads of room. Owner was very responsive. Will definitely stay again.

I have nothing but positive remarks to say my stay at this Beautiful Beach House! The owners were very prompt with responses to my questions and extremely helpful when I had some special requests about my arrival and departure times. The property was immaculate and very spacious. I carried more items than necessary only to find the home was fully stocked with any & all cookware I could have asked for. It was like walking into a home without having to pack as if I were moving. The location was Beautiful and quiet. Rest assured I will certainly try to book this home for my next trip to the Beach. It was Amazing!

As soon as we pulled into the drive way my four year old was so excited to see his purple vacation home. The place was perfect for our small family of three and their were more than enough towels, games, kitchen ware, and other things we didn't think we would need. The beach was 1 min drive down the street we didn't even buckle the kid in his seat. Definitely recommend this place for any family or couple.
