Condo is well located, quiet and clean. Kitchen had all the gadgets we needed to make a great breakfast. It was easy to relax and feel safe during our stay.

We kick back and relaxed, went up the canyon to sled and play in the snow. Enjoy the hot tubs for theater. And the comfort of the house is clean is decorated well and spacious. Everyone enjoyed a good nights, rest, and commented how comfy the beds are. This property is on our list to revisit next year. It’s the most comfortable we’ve stayed in yet.

We stayed in the townhouse while in Cedar City to see a Shakespeare play and visit SUU. The location was perfect. It was a short 5-minute drive to get to our destination. The neighborhood was quiet. The townhouse itself was clean and had the necessities for out stay. It worked just right for our group of 4 people.

We had a couple issues but had them resolved quickly by the manager. Its 5 minutes from SUU campus. we were able to go back and forth easily for breaks in between play’s and activities. Parked in garage, felt safe in neighborhood. Really enjoyed stay. We’ll be back.

We didn't spend a lot of time at the property but it was perfectly located for what we needed. Comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. We didn't read all the instructions carefully and so needed to call the manager to get the kitchen sink to work. Turns out it is just motion activated but he very politely explained how to work it. The address sent to us had "North" in it twice and if you put it that way into google maps it takes you to the wrong location. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a place in Cedar. We will probably go back again in the summer. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean. The beds were super comfortable and so were the pillows. We stayed here for a night with our 2 kids. There was plenty of room. The location was great and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again if we were down in Cedar City.

We came to town to visit family, the layout of the home was great, with all bedrooms upstairs and family space on first floor. We liked that we had 3 bathrooms. The home was clean and welcoming. We cooked several meals at the home and I wished there were food containers to store our leftovers, we had to rely on the bowls they had with aluminum foil and we were only left two trash bags, which seemed low since we had a three night stay and 5 guests. Those were just minor inconveniences. Overall the house was great and the neighborhood was very quiet and clean. I would recommend to other families.

This townhouse was very comfortable and as well-stocked as any property I have ever rented. The amenities were pretty good -- workout room and pool were fine but hot tub was rather tepid.

Just under a 2 mile walk to the Shakespeare festival in downtown Cedar City and easy drive to beautiful nearby hikes. We enjoyed our stay in this townhouse, which was clean and well set up for guests.

The location of the property is very convenient to all National Parks, ie, Brian Head ski resort, Bryce Canyon, Zion. The house is clean and comfortable. Love to come back next time! One suggestion for the listing is to include the unit number.

We were very happy with this property! Everything was clean and I loved that the staple items were already in the home (spices, olive oil, etc). We stayed with 2 babies under 1 and the home was so quiet that you couldn't even hear us adults chatting away from the upstairs bedrooms. The pool and hottub were an added bonus!

Perfect for our needs

Perfect for our needs

The property was centrally located to SUMA, USF, Cedar Breaks and the Cedar City LDS Temple, plus grocery stores. Comfortably fit our family of six (5 adults and 1 teen), with a nice room to congregate and play games. We didn't use the club house, but it has a nice pool and hot tub (broken down while we were there). The host was gracious in coming to reset the locks when we locked ourselves out the first day. LOL! Had all the kitchen needs (crockpot, blender, waffle iron, toaster) for our meals. Would definitely stay at this property again!
