This was the second time we stayed at this property, one year apart. This year, it was not very clean like it was last year and the air fryer didn’t work well enough to heat a frozen food for my son.
Fortunately, the beds did seem to be clean and comfortable. I think there needs to be more attention paid to details throughout the rest of the property. One example is that there was a significant amount of dust around a dying house plant that I watered.
I still have not decided if I will stay here again next summer as I drive through Spokane because it was incredibly easy to check in and I like that it is near Trader Joe’s, a pizza place, and gorgeous Manitoba park.

Everything was great. Only improvement id recommend, is a newer hot plate for cooking. It was old and was difficult to get a pan hot.

Host was on-site and very hospitable. The rental had just been renovated and a couple items still had to be done. Great for a short stay. Kitchenette for warming items. Great neighborhood.

We would be happy to stay here again, it was clean, easy to find, and the host was accommodating when we needed to add another adult. It was easy to get to shopping as well.
The path to the stairs (4-5 of them) doesn't have any railing, and there's a gap several feet deep between the path and neighbor's yard, also without rails. This shouldn't be a big issue for most folks, but something to keep in mind if you have a small kid or mobility issues. The kitchen was quite basic, and was missing a cutting board and chef knife. There isn't a stove, but there is a portable burner, microwave, and an air frier. Basic meals should be pretty easy to make here. There wasn't a high chair or pack n play, so you'll have to bring your own.

Good location, clean , but could not get into the information about rules , where to leave the key. Water pressure in the shower needs to be addressed, but i would stay here again.

The apartment was great very clean very organized. Great place to take my dogs as well. If I were to say one thing that could improve, it would be the steps going down to the apartment we’re OK but not great if you had your hands full there’s no rain And it will need to be repaired because it looks like this site is in however it’s still a five star. It was a great place to stay and the people upstairs were awesome. They even gave us some jackfruit that they had extra! I’d stay here again.

It was clean, and had plenty of room. For the price point you're not gonna get a better deal.

The place was clean and everything was freshly laundered. It was a great spot for me, my husband and our young puppy. The only drawback was it didn't have a full oven or stove. It instead has a toaster oven and hot plate. Although that worked for us and our purposes. This was WAY better than staying at a hotel especially long term (2 weeks).

Absolutely no control over ac or heat internet is pretty much non existent lots of wolf spider's must have killed 40-50 a couple with loads of baby's and was bit twice from spider's at night in bed. Whoever is upstairs has Absolutely no respect at all. Trying to sleep you hear everything upstairs sounded like stomping around dropping heavy stuff on the floor. Checked out a day early couldn't stand it anymore. And no comment back from the contact no apologies so NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Our family of 5 and our 2 puppies enjoyed our weekend stay in the apartment while we were visiting extended family in Spokane. The inside of the apartment was clean and more spacious than we expected. The kitchen is a little small, but served our needs as we didn’t need to cook any big meals. There isn’t a stove or oven, but there is an air fryer, toaster oven, some cooking plates and a decent sized refrigerator/freezer. We could hear someone playing around on the piano upstairs one morning and a few footsteps from tine to time, but otherwise it was a quiet and comfortable stay. Timothy was easy to communicate with and we would definitely consider staying here again.

This place had ample space for a small family. It was relatively clean, comfortsble and convenient to many Spokane sights. There were plenty of towels and kitchen appliances for preparing meals. This place is perfect if you prefer a cooler environment. It was too cold for us. The apartment has very cold AC and no way to control it. It must be adjusted by the iqner upstairs. The yard is partially mowed and partially fenced in. In general, we found it yo be a good place to stay while visiting 3 nights.

We can for a weekend wedding. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids! Highly recommend! Not ADA though. You have to walk down some awkward stairs to get to the door. The kids thought it was so fun!

The space was great for our family of 4 +2 dogs. Easy check-in/check-out and the host was very easy to reach when needed. Would love to see an outdoor space and it looks like that project is planned/in progress. If our travels bring us back to Spokane we will look for this property again.
Would be great to have a guest book—we found some fun dog-friendly places to visit nearby and would have liked to share with future guests.

The sidewalk to the lower level was icey & should have been cleared. We put de-icer on it ourselves. The carpet must have had spots where previous dogs peed as my dog kept going from place to place sniffing & trying to mark places. The “kitchen” did not have enough glasses & cups.
It was a short stay so it worked out, but I will not visit again.

This is my 2nd time staying in this location. It works well for us with our dogs.

The apartment is nice and spacious. It worked for our needs. The kitchen is very, very tiny. If you want to cook a lot this is not the apartment you want to be. The bed rooms, bathroom and the living room where very clean. The kitchen supplies where not clean at all.
The check in and check out was very easy. The owner was responding very fast to my messages.

This place was great for our family of 5. There were some flaws but nothing huge. The TV was buffering a bit due to WiFi. The bed my husband and I slept on was a little rough (that could just be we're used to memory foam) one Roku box went out, tenant took care of it quickly.

The path and steps down to the property were very uneven, had rebar sticking out on steps (not good for people with mobility issues). No control over heating and cooling. Lots of spiders(owner fogged day before we left). Uncomfortable beds, not enough clean bedding or towels. It felt unfinished, some primer, some paint. It wasn't the newly constructed apartment we were expecting.

Recent stay
Like staying with family rather than a hotel. Homey and tidy but not completely separate like in a hotel. No interior lock to separate downstairs "apartment" from the main house.

Medical trip
We came to Spokane for surgery and follow up exams for our dog, 10 days. It was not a vacation but the stay was comfortable and convenient. The owner was very easy to get ahold of if there was a problem. The area has good shopping.

Great value!
This property was cozy, offered Hulu, was in a great area, had much more space than we expected, and I would definitely stay here again. There were 2 rooms and a fold-out couch, a kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee pot), 1 bathroom, and it was easy to bring a dog here (easy access to outside areas). That being said, there is one thing to note: the property is the downstairs of a house, there are people and a dog(s) living upstairs, and while they were just doing their normal life, (not being disruptive or anything), their footsteps and dog toenails on the floor were quite loud. Not their fault, there just must not be a ton of insulation. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.
