Built in 1924 and remodeled in 2012, this charming home has all you could need for your North Olympic Peninsula adventures. Blocks from downtown and a short drive to the entrance of the Olympic National Park this home is at the hub of all that Port Angeles has to offer. This home has a robust fenced in back yard, views of the Straits and the Olympics, fruit trees, frequenting deer, work spaces, wifi and more. Look no further for your home away from home!
More about the inside space: This home has a perfect layout for hosting 6 guests comfortably. There are three bedrooms with queen mattresses, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a living room, dining room, washer & dryer, and upstairs TV area. We provide all basic necessities to make you feel at home including but not limited to; HIGH SPEED 250mbps wifi, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, oil for cooking, salt & pepper, tea, local coffee, and creamer. HVAC heating and cooling. Please note that there is one bedroom downstairs with an attached bathroom. Second bath is located downstairs (no restrooms up stairs). *see pictures*

Because we keep our home sparkly clean for you, we kindly ask that you lend a helping hand. Clean any dishes used, put dirty laundry in hamper, you know the basic stuff... It helps keep the cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
We're keeping the floors clean for our guests, please no shoes in house.
Accidents happen, when they do please notify us as soon as possible. This is the best way to ensure the return of your security deposit.
No illegal drugs allowed.
Please be respectful of our neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am.
Please help mother earth. Turn lights and accessories off; heat at 60 degrees when not in use.
No smoking of anything is allowed indoors, smoke it outside please.

PARKING – Parking is limited to 4 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in the back behind the gate and on 12 th street. Any illegally parked cars in the community are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be removed from the home.
Storm: No refunds will be given in the event that a storm or severe weather conditions limits your accessibility to this home or causes a power outage. We recommend all-wheel drive/four-wheel drive and/or chains during snowstorms. We do not refund due to road conditions; however, we will assess this case by case and are willing to compensate accordingly to make it fair for both parties.
Violations of these rules can result in additional fees or immediate cancelation of your reservation and removal from the property without refund.

We enjoyed our stay, and had plenty of room for our family of 6. Very convenient to the national park and town. Easy to access, comfortable and have everything we needed. Would stay here again.

An outstanding experience
The property lived up to all expectations. The location is excellent, with lovely views all around, in a quiet neighborhood* but with easy access to everything in town (and to major routes out of town). (* The grade school on the next corner was not in session when we were there; not sure it would have been any problem if it were in session.) There were a couple of good coffee shops within easy walking distance, and other downtown attractions not much further. All rooms, furnishings, and supplies were quite as nice as shown in the listing. (The only minor error was that there was no hair dryer.) Kitchen and bathrooms in particular were well supplied. The house was thoroughly clean, attractive, and tastefully decorated, and felt like home to us. We did not use the back porch or yard, but would have if we'd had more "down time." We were a family of three generations on this visit, and all said they would be happy to stay there again.

Home Base
We spent a couple of days during Spring Break to see the beautiful Olympic Peninsula. It was a good central location, but it was also a good place to return. The boys had their own space upstairs. I enjoyed using the downstairs desk early morning so that I could look out at the water while doing my studies. None of us disturbed each other, but we could come together when we wanted to eat & play games between times of sightseeing.

Clean, cute, well stocked and convenient location
This house had everything we needed. It was close to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. It’s next to an elementary school which has playgrounds for the kids. Everything was clean and comfortable!
