- The pool is a saltwater pool.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Please note that the pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time.
- Only the 2nd floor of the home has A/C but there is heating throughout.
- You must be over the age of 30 to book this home.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- The property next door is undergoing a complete rebuild. While there is no timeline for completion, guests should expect some noise during the day.

Great property - 10/10 would recommend. Would benefit from additional shower in one of bedrooms, but overall this was a great property in a good location near a cool beach in La Jolla. Comfortably located between the Village/Cove/Bird Rock. Great stay.

We rent properties on VrBO with some frequency, many in the luxury category. This property reads nicer than it is, certainly for what you pay to stay. There were plenty of beach gear to play with and pool floaters. The kitchen was stocked with basics. Big miss were linens. Motel six quality bath towels, no beach or pool towels. Kitchen cabinets were worn and tacky to the touch. One bathroom racier was corroded. One bedroom (for 4 people) has no way to hang or put away clothes, and no luggage rack until we asked for one. Several basic kitchen items were broken (which the property management group did a good job trying to remedy). This property fell far short of expectations.

I stayed here with my 8 other friends and it was perfect! We are a more chill bunch, so the quiet neighborhood was great. We could walk to La Jolla (30 min) and/or to the beach and get to feel like locals.

Property is modern and well stocked. Pool and hot tub are lovely, and location is walking distance to downtown La Jolla. Pool patio and rooftop patio are also nice features. I would recommend.

This property was very spacious and well appointed. The best was the property management group, AvantStay. We had a few glitches initially that were promptly taken care of. Response time to our inquiries was 1-2 minutes. This really helped to make our trip very enjoyable. I would def rent this house again.

The house turned out to be a great place to reconnect with 10 family members. It has an open layout and was well stocked. The outdoor space was the perfect place to entertain. Avant customer service was excellent responding quickly to a minor issue. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is an exception property. Everything promised and more!!! The bedrooms are incredibly comfortable and perfectly laid out, the living room kitchen awesome, modern, and so convenient, ample baths and wonderful showers. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent! AvantStay was highly responsive and helpful. We have stayed at multiple VRBO listings previously and this one is by far the most exceptional. A truly lovely venue.
