The chef in your group can whip up tasty meals in a stylish kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, while a private deck overlooking a wooded backdrop offers a serene spot for coffee and taking in the fresh alpine air.
A sleeper sofa in the living room and a compact bunkroom complement two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom.

A sleeper sofa, love seat, and armchair await in an open living room with hardwood floors. Enjoy the warm ambience of the rock gas fireplace on chilly nights. Spend lazy mornings relaxing in front of the 32” flat screen TV, set within an impressive entertainment center.
Cook up vacation meals in a fully upgraded kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a three-person breakfast bar. Thoughtful touches include a coffee grinder and French press.
When it’s time to eat, bring meals to a light wood dining table that seats six.
Head outside to enjoy the peace and quiet on your private back deck, with nothing but pine trees and hillsides sprawled before you. There’s seating for two, and a gas grill for afternoon barbeques.
This condo offers sleeping for up to eight guests.
In addition to the sleeper sofa in the living room, a bonus sleeping area (a small bunkroom without closet) on the entry level can accommodate extra guests with two full-over-full bunk beds — a great option for kids.

The master bedroom offers a plush king bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and a large walk-in shower. Easy access to the mountain (via free shuttle). More than suitable for three guests.

we are very disappinted as we forgot some clothes in the dryer when we left during that day as well we contacted them telling them that we forgot something they said that they are gonna call me back and already communicated with their team, after 3 days of no feedbsvk I called them again and they said that they did not find any clothes tlwhen the team came and checked and then they will check their other storage and will let me know. but they never called me back!!!!!

Great location to take bus to Winter Park Resort. Adequate housing. Needs a deep clean.
12 guests staying 6 days might just use more than 2 rolls of toilet paper. Guest service said they would not provide more.

It worked out great for two separate families staying together for a ski trip. The ski shuttle pics up in the parking lot of the complex. SO convenient!

Liked the location and the ability to have a private garage. Did not like the additional fees that really gouged us.

The place was a great price and the bus system next to the apartment was helpful! We had such a fun experience here. The only bad thing was that the beds in the bunk room didn't have the cleanest sheets.

This condo is perfect!! It is so cozy!! The kitchen is well-equipped with many appliances, the living room is great, the beds are very comfortable, there is PLENTY of hot water in the very modern bathrooms, and there is an INCREDIBLE view from the balcony!! Everything was amazing!! It is close by Main Street and all the restaurants and only a 10 minute drive to Winter Park Resort. Everything was amazing!! I HIGHLY recommend this property!!
