About this cottage rental

Welcome to our cozy cottage, canal property. Gorgeous marsh view from the front porch. Fenced in yard for the pups. Dock your boat outback and be just three minutes from the intercoastal waterway and 10 minutes to the inlet to the ocean. Two Kayaks at the house for your enjoyment. Beach lovers we are the ninth house down the block from the beach access so just a short walk. Swordfish Drive also takes a turn and parallels to the ICW. A great place to walk the puppies. Just beautiful at night. (pet fee required) We have added an OUTDOOR SHOWER for the new season!

Upstairs living area with 55 inch smart HD TV. Downstairs living area has sitting room, (no steps to enter the ground level) table and chairs for cards, games, puzzles etc. 50" TV, DVR, VCR and t DVDs available. Free high speed internet.

An upgraded two zone central heating and air system with dehumidifier. Both master bedrooms have new king-size mattresses. Third bedroom is equipped with queen size bed. Downstairs family room has a full size convertible couch. Also a chair that converts into a twin size bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and stocked with dishes, pots pans, stockpot, gadgets and bakeware. Lots of small appliances like toaster, blender, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, crockpot etc. With just a short walk to the beach and the canal out back, the fun and activities are endless. Enjoy boating, swimming, kayaking, fishing, rafting and crabbing right out your back door. The yard is fenced in with his own shade tree and deck over hanging the water. Plenty of outdoor furniture and a gas grill in the backyard. There’s also room to dock your boat. Off street parking for 6 vehicles plus trailer in the front.

We loved the close access to the beach, which was about a 5 minute walk. The house is beautiful and well kept. Plenty of room for six adults to spread out as well as plenty of space for kids to play. Our family loved the waterway access for fishing. The dogs really enjoyed being able to run around in the fenced yard. Will be returning in the future.

This is the third year for our family in this house . Great house always clean everything you need is there. Love the dock for the boat and the fenced in back yard for kids and dog to play safely. Great view from the front porch . Linda is great to work with .

House was very clean. My two beagles enjoyed the fenced in yard. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. It worked well for me, my son and his girlfriend and two dogs. I was kind of glad that my parents and grandfather couldn’t make it to this one. The only inside stairs are a very tight spiral staircase and the outside stairs would have been too much for them as well. I’d stay here again but would not recommend for the elderly.

This house had everything you could need. House was ready when promised and clean. Probably the most well-appointed kitchen of any house we have ever rented. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys if you forget your own. The beach is a quick walk up the street. The boat dock was great for launching kayaks and fishing. Plenty of parking. Communication with Linda the house manager was timely and informative. Great vacation for our family.

The listing on this house doesn't adequately describe how wonderful it is. It's got everything you could need for a vacation, it's so clean and IS pet friendly. Just a short walk to the beach. Linda was great to work with and answered all my questions. We had such a good time! We will be back.

House had front porch for watching the marsh and having morning coffee. Lovely view of the canal from rear porch. Great fenced in yard for our dogs. Kitchen well equipped and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever had in a rental property, also better than bed at home. Great spot highly recommend.

I've rented a lot of houses and this one was by far the cleanest. The kitchen is well-equipped, and easy to maneuver. It's a great house for two couples since each can have their own private space. The fenced yard is large and great for dogs.

This home is a great value. It is clean and located in a great setting. The kitchen is nicely outfitted. Great rental for a family. Pet friendly with fenced yard. The inside stairway is a narrow circular set of stairs and would not be appropriate for use by elderly or small children. The stairs are gated.

What a wonderful place! Close enough to walk to the beach several times a day. We enjoyed fishing in the canal and caught lots of croakers. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pans and even several spices. We loved being able to have our furbabies with us also. We had an amazing time. Hope to be able to make it back again.

Walked into the cleanest vrbo I've stayed in yet.. Undoubtedly, the most organized kitchen ever! Everything you need and empty space for your personal favorite foods. Bed was very comfortable! Very nice linens as well. When you notice the furniture has been vacuumed, you feel like the place was extra clean just for you. Nice, clean fenced yard for the pups. Great layout for a larger family that prefers their own space. To top it off, the sunset over the canal with the ocean as your symphony. A repeat visit in required!

The space was perfect for our family of 8. Nice sized rooms and beds; comfy too! Enough space to separate when needed or congregate inside and outside as desired. Wonderful kitchen accommodations for cooking, as we did for every meal for 4 days! Short walk to a beautiful beach and beach caddy provided along with plentiful amount of beach chairs! Fenced in back yard for our dog to run and play. Deck and great view of the inlet at our back door. Only critique would be spiral staircase to downstairs was a bit cumbersome to adults and dog but there are plenty of other ways to get there and backyard stairs in need of some attention. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed these accommodations immensely at a great price! Owners were timely with communication

The kitchen is extremely stocked. Not too far to walk to the beach. Loved the fenced in back yard for our fur-babies. We were able to fish/ crab off the dock. Would definitely recommend this house for a small family. We had a family of 5 and two small dogs.

Communication was excellent, the check in process was simple and the location is fantastic. Less than a 10 minutes walk to the beach, chairs were provided as well as bottom level access to the home. The two living areas were a plus as it gave us time to separate from everyone and have down time. We enjoyed the porch and dock area, there was a nice breeze every evening and beautiful views. The home was clean, well kept and had tons of extras. Look forward to returning!
