Immaculate home with amazing views. Very clean and modern. The layout was awesome with older parents staying in the master, and a family of 4 split into the 2 back rooms. There’s a nice little upper area in the back that could work for a pack n play, albeit it’s sorta bright.
I’d stay again for sure. That’s said, it wasn’t clear in the pics or description that there isn’t really a beach you can walk to. Maybe during low tide you can go down below - that’s a 10min walk. But there are tons of (smooth) stones and it would have to be low tide to even semi enjoy it. There is a close beach just north, but it has little parking and no bathrooms. We drove about 10min south to Moonlight Beach, which was amazing. Bathrooms, food, etc.

The layout provides a panoramic view of the ocean from multiple rooms. It has a comfortable flow to enjoy time together and space to separate. The two car garage always provides a place to park and short walk to unit. Great access to beaches and quick drive or walk to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Thank for providing a home to build incredible and lasting memories with family.

The unit had one master suit that was awesome!! The secondary bedrooms had small uncomfortable beds!!
2 couples , with one very happy in the master suit, and second couple compromised with very small bed for adults and not very comfortable!! The bathroom off the small secondary bedroom had one sink and hardly any counter space!! The kitchen and main room were great!!! Tough for internet consistency. The area seemed too many units for the service!!
Loved the area tremendously!! Great location to walk to town and along the houses on the seaside!! The number of great restaurants was amazing!! And great coffee shops!! Walkability to beaches was also awesome!!! They have updated some main area features , which we loved!!
A couple with kids would fit well!!
Secondary bedroom was disappointing. We checked out early because the small uncomfortable bed was so uncomfortable!! Couple who got the main master…. Loved it!!!!

A dream location and very nice property...very well maintained and up to date...nice amenities.
The umbrellas on the patio were not working due to wear and tear and salt air.

The property was even more beautiful and spacious than the listing. We loved watching the dolphins from the beautiful deck, playing tennis, and swimming in the heated pool. Encinitas is a great place to stay - easy access to all the coastal towns and a short drive to San Diego. We had so much fun!

Lovely home on the beach with terrific views. Unfortunately we had 11 out of 14 days of rain which prevented us from maximizing outside time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seabluffe Ocean Spray. The ocean views from the main level and 2 of the bedrooms were spectacular ! We saw dolphins swimming on many days. The home was spacious giving privacy since the bedrooms were not all together. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Gregory was very accessible with any questions we had and very helpful. We played pickle ball and walked on the beach, please note there are large rocks to walk through on beach even at low tide. Good location with access to restaurants, shops, and San Diego, also good hiking trails in the area.

The views of the peoperty are rare. The furnishings modern and minimal (in a good way). We loved the quietness of the neighborhood and the location.
We were sad to keave and hope to be back.

The condo is great and just about anyone would be happy with it. It could use a little maintenance for the price. Some of the drains were clogged/slow, and the main tv is a little on the Fritz. Minor things compared to the epic view and ocean sounds!
