The suite with connected rooms was a perfect setup for our work conference. The location was great, easy access to much of the strip. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

We checked into our room and even paid extra to check in early. We got up to our two rooms connecting suites and immediately when we walked in the door, we hit with the smell of marijuana. It was like somebody had just finished smoking two minutes before we walked in. So we went back downstairs to get a different room. However, to get into a different room that didn’t smell according to them it took over two hours. And when we got in our two new rooms, one smelled vine the other one had a really strong odor of cigarettes. I went to the little convenience shop in the lobby. Got some disinfectant Lysol spray myself, and sprayed the room down to make it tolerable.

My wife went in to check in and was refused by staff to check in. I talked while still on the road saying it was okay for her to check in. Still they refused so my wife and my 91 year old mother-in-law with full demensia had to stay in a noisy crowded lobby for over an hour until I arrived. We will never stay in any of their hotels again

Nearly 2hr wait for check in as express did not work. No offer of any reconciliation (late checkout would have been nice after waiting till after midnight to get my room key). No guest rate for parking. Empty mini bar and vending machine took money and would not vend, "goto the front desk" when enquired. 4 star? What a joke.

Overall experience was excellent. We’re literally in paris hotel. Beautiful spot in the strip. Amazing staff, very friendly and courteous. Only down fall for me was No microwave in the room to heat up my left over food I bought in restaurant. I hope they would have one. But everything else are great. Definitely will go back again. Thank you.

Check in experience was terrible and parking garage was difficult to access. Things in the room or broken, like the shades, and did not like the shower either. Will not stay here again.

We thought we had purchased a condo with a kitchen, living area, and two bedrooms that worked for 4 guys. We arrived to find we had one hotel room with a single bed. after much arguing we were offered a second room on another floor for an upcharge. We will not use VRBO as our go to service. Accommodations were misrepresentated and we were stuck.

Found someone else’s underwear under the bench at the end of the bed. Walls had dirty drip marks. Only 2 WiFi passwords per room but there were 5 of us and I had to connect my laptop for work. Spacious though and a great desk for working if I could get internet ($15/day after paying resort for over $40/ day x 2 rooms seemed excessive- roaming charges on our phone data were less).

Rooms are large, property was conveniently located on the strip. Parking is an issue as the only parking is away from the check in. We had two reservations for adjoining rooms. One room was adjoining, but the other room was not. The other family we traveled with were split between two floors so not great for children. Overall experience was nice, and the rooms were larger and clean.

Great spot in the heart of the strip
Clean large rooms, plenty of space for teens. Right in the middle of the action on the strip! Would highly recommend

Central Strip Great Location But No Coffee Maker
Bally's is one of the original strip's casinos and thus is centrally located on the strip with its own Monorail access which is great. This suite worked well for our family, as well. Lots of room for my husband and I and our 2 adult children. It was spacious and clean. The host's communication was excellent, as well.
Our one disappointment was that there was no coffeemaker in the room. No microwave either. Although the microwave was not listed on the listing's amenities, the coffeemaker was:
"And in the morning, enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee without even having to step out, courtesy of your in-room coffeemaker."
Even though this may be a small item for many, for us it is not. Since this was listed in the property's amenities we were expecting it, which made the disappointment worse. If it hadn't been listed, I may have chosen another property.
With this miscommunication and the age of the property (although kept up and clean), and the somewhat underwhelming pool area (for Vegas that is), I have to rate this property as a 4. If you look at my other reviews, I'm a firm believer in 5 Star Reviews when warranted to properly support businesses, so this 4 Star Review is a hard one for me.

Nice Hotel
Bally's had nice fairly large rooms that were clean and comfortable

Great location in the middle of the strip. Rooms were clean and spacious. Only issue was mainly in the king room, the noise from the road is very loud when trying to sleep

Vrbo description photos are miss leading,
Thought is was supposed to be a suite with 2 bedrooms and a common area.
Was to adjoining rooms with door way between. Not a suite.

Property is right in the middle of everything on the strip so that is very good. The hotel itself is a little dated, but overall a good experience.

Interesting stay
Overall the hotel room was clean! The check in process was very delayed and we never received the room we originally booked. The lobby was incredibly smokey so we spent as little time there as possible. Saturday morning the elevators were not working for the entire day. It was a disaster and taking the stairs was an experience I will never forget! (Not in a good way at all!)
The management tried to be helpful but I will never stay there again!

Great location
The location and accommodations were good. The check in process was not the easiest. I think if I was checking in for only one room it would have been easier. The room was clean and had all the amenities. The parking is a little pricey and wish it was included as a guest. Overall, a great experience and would use Suiteness again

Kind of confusing at check in. We booked adjoining rooms and checked in, but couldn't access the other room. Had to check in separately and pay a second resort fee. Overall a decent stay though.

Long lines at checkin with virtually no direction for paying for parking so we paid at the kiosk and was also charged by hotel (which meant going through refund policies). Also wrong information given regarding room cleaning services and pool availability.

We had two connecting rooms on the 9th floor. Our view was towards the Linq. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly, and the location was superb. I could do without so much smoke when transiting the casino, but I guess not much can be done about that.

Loud and hallways filled with marajuana smoke
Thank goodness I brought ear plugs . Police and ambulance sirens going off all night. Service at Ballys was terrible. I will not return there.

Perfect for family or group
The connecting king with two queens was perfect for our family of 5. Rooms were clean, well appointed and had a great view of the mountains. Location was center strip and perfect to get on your way to any location. We never waited more than 15 seconds for an elevator. The only downside was a required short walk through the smoke filled casino but this is Vegas so should be expected. The king suite had refrigerator to keep beverages and a nice table for takeout. All in all we would defiantly stay again!

We enjoyed our stay and the property. The only disappointing thing for me was that the listing said it had a coffee maker, which it didn’t.

Room may not have a strip via like the photos may suggest. Was expecting a too with the view of the big wheel like the pic, but got roof tops. Room was fine, could”be used a better cleaning but was what was expected. There were clothes from the previous occupant left in the dresser drawer.

Check in process didn’t go as smoothly as promised, the kiosks were not working. Hotel is in a nice location and the rooms are very nice, really liked the showers.

Bally's is an older hotel but the connecting rooms we had felt new and were clean and spacious. Bally's is located at the heart of the strip, right next to Paris and across the street from the Bellagio. My biggest complaint was the parking (a shared lot with Paris) was hard to find and navigate around.
