Excellent place to stay. The property speaks for itself. The pictures are exactly what you get. Will continue coming back. Thank you Gina Smith for hosting a great property. Rebecca who cleans the place is very nice and helpful.

Nicely renovated space, had everything that was needed. It was nice to see that the owner had made some of the improvements suggested in past guest book entries. Super convenient location to the Ark Encounter attraction, but you might hear the train on the nearby tracks now and then. This place is ideal for two people who plan to share the bed, since the bathroom is in the bedroom. Preferable to a hotel in the end, for a comparable price.

All of the places this company has are so clean which is a big point for me. Bed was comfy. Plenty of hot water in shower. Even coffee for the provided coffee pot. Excellent communication with the manager. Easy check-out. All good!!

Super clean and good shower and nice kitchen. I had enough paper products (paper towels and toilet tissue). Plus furnished with plenty of coffee, creamer and stevia plus sweet and low and Splenda. I stayed 12 nights and enjoyed 2 large cups of coffee every morning. They also had good shampoo to wash your hair. Plenty of dish washing detergent to hand wash your dishes. Maintenance man and cleaning lady were super nice and the host called me 3 times to make sure everything was good.

Convenient Location for Ark Encounter & Creation Museum
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Unit #4. The check-in/check-out process was easy. The unit was as described and very clean. We couldn't hear the other guests in the building. We appreciated the kitchen items and toiletries that were provided.
Some recommendations would be to provide a throw blanket for the couch and some more decor to make the unit more homey. Our biggest gripe is that the mattress was very hard! My husband ended up sleeping on the couch the last night because it was hurting his back too much. If you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing ear plugs as there is a train nearby and the unit is close to the road. I'd suggest switching the direction the refrigerator doors open to make it easier access. One evening we couldn't watch Netflix because too many other accounts were signed in, so perhaps know your own password or add more accounts.
The neighboring house does have two dogs that they let roam and terrorize pedestrians. This is nothing the owner of the unit can control, but mentioning it as a warning.
We enjoyed a walk to the William Arnold Log Home and an antique shop. We wanted to visit Belle's Smokin' BBQ, but they were closed. We recommend Beans Cafe and Bakery in Dry Ridge, just a short drive away.
The unit is just down the road from the Ark. We couldn't believe how convenient it was.
Overall, we'd recommend staying here.

Sister reunion
This was a ice place to stay for a couple days that was halfway between my sister in TN and myself in MI. We spent the day at the ark encounter and Edwardos Pizza and stayed up laughing and chatting. Fun time in a clean VRBO!
