Stayed for two nights with family for Christmas weekend. The Comfy King Ranch was everything we expected and enjoyed our stay.

The home was very spacious and remodeled beautifully. It seemed like the neighborhood would be loud because the home is close to a busy road but it was very quiet and a nice nice neighbors as well. Conveniently located near stores and most anything you'd need.

House is immaculate with lots of space for everyone. Close to everything we needed. Will be back soon!

We rented this home for 5 nights while in town for our daughter's wedding nearby. We brought our dog and were pleased with the fully fenced yard for him! Two of the three bedrooms are very large and can accommodate a queen air mattress (provided by host!) for extra guests. We had an unexpected change to our rehearsal dinner date and were able to offer beds to three of our daughter's bridesmaids for a night. Everyone had plenty of room and it didn't feel crowded with the extra guests. The living room is large and could be improved with a larger sofa and more comfortable seating options. This wasn't a huge deal for us, since we weren't at home much. During our stay, most downtime was spent in the large kitchen. Though located on a busy street, inside the house is very quiet. Lots of walking trails nearby and just minutes from anything you could need. James answered all requests quickly and did his best to make sure we had what we needed and were comfortable.

We loved our stay at the comfy king ranch! It was convenient to everywhere we needed to go in the Chicago area including Midway Airport. Great having a fully fenced in back yard for our dogs. Super clean home! All the amenities necessary including TV’s in each of the bedrooms and living room, and comfortable beds for a good night sleep. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This was a perfect place for our family to stay for a four-day weekend while visiting our family on the South Side for mini reunion. There was SO MUCH SPACE for our family of 7 plus mutt. VERY relaxing and complete with anything you need and short drive to everything if needed. James was a great communicator and everything was smooth and easy. We will definitely stay here again when we come back for an extended visit.

Excellent property with great amenities.

This was the best house we have ever stayed in. The house was super clean and had everything that you could need during your stay. The rooms were huge, beds were super comfortable and plenty of sleeping options. It was perfectly located for us and also a short drive to the city if you wanted to visit. James was super communicative during the entire process and we would gladly stay at this location or any of this other locations again!

We were in town for an event at the Beverly Art Center. The house was wonderfully close and easy to get between the house and venue. The house was clean & spacious enough for our large group (there were 8 of us). We will certainly be returning to the BAC & will plan to stay at this house again!

Nice house for the right price. My second time staying at the house. James is very friendly and replies quickly to the messages. I know it’s on a busy street but I can hardly hear the traffic inside. My guests were comfortable since the kitchen, rooms and living room were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Hot water all the time even with 8 people showering back to back. James provided shampoo and body wash. Very close to a lot of places in Chicago. We had a great time in Chicago.

We came to town to celebrate the life of my Mom, who was being buried a few miles away at St. Casimir’s. On Mother’s Day, we were able to visit Brookfield Zoo, drive to downtown Chicago to sightsee, have dinner at Gino’s East, and ice cream at Jeni’s. This rental was conveniently located to all these activities. We had room for four adults, two kids and a small dog. There were all kinds of amenities - comfortable beds, tvs in every room, a few toys/books for the kids, and all the necessary kitchen supplies for carry-out. We will definitely consider this rental again.

Went to Chicago to visit family and was so happy with our stay. I was worried about the busy street being noisy. Was not a problem at all. Enough parking for our family to visit us. All rooms were clean and comfortable. Owner even had towels for us and a few items in the kitchen so we didn't have to purchase. I loved the gated back yard so I didn't have to worry about my puppies getting out. Will definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying here and once again, we were super pleased with the home, location, cleanliness, safety, and thoughtful items already in the home (ironing board, washer/dryer, kitchen dishes, silverware, etc., coffee maker, extra tp, pillows). Whatever you need for your stay is right there. We will be back again!

This home is great for a family looking to explore the Chicago area. Traffic can be a challenge depending on the time of day but that's to be expected with any big city. The house is clean and the rooms are a great size.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this very spacious, clean, and conveniently located house. The host, James, was very helpful and fast in responding to communication from us. The house had everything we needed for our visit to Chicago and with family in the area. We will definitely stay here again!

This home is off a VERY busy street (111th) in Worth - formerly called "the friendly village". The immediate neighborhood behind the house is walkable/safe, but don't go too far (>1 mi) or you could get into a bad area. PROS - large living/bedrooms/well stocked kitchen, each BR has its own TV, only the master has its own bathroom. Clean place with a fenced in yard if you bring a pup, good communication with owner. CONS - No ice/ice maker in fridge so bring your own bag, A/C is locked out at 70, so if you prefer sleeping cooler than that, it becomes an issue, although the master has a ceiling fan. This turned out to be a BIG DEAL for our guests in the other bedrooms, who "sweat constantly" for 2 nights. However, all in all, a reasonable stay at a fair price. Also, road noise becomes an issue in the front bedroom, as 111th street is busy all day/night

Home had everything we needed and more. Easy access. Perfect for our needs. Plenty of space.

Overall, our stay was good but we had to deal with a mouse in the house. It disrupted our last evening (2 of us were ready to go to a hotel) until our dog killed it. Didn't sleep well that night :/ Owner uses Orkin so I understand this happens but it ruined our last night there.

We really liked our stay and James was very responsive in communication and addressing an issue that arose at the end of our week that would affect the next renters.

The house was very spacious and communication was very timely. It was on a busy road which was noisy. It ended up being too far from where we were spending time with other family so it’s not the ideal place for us.

2019 I lost my mother unable to have ceremony due to family widely dispersed , we finally were able to bring her home and have ceremony and a family gathering here without putting family out. Everyone loved your place and it was so awesome to have a place to garher…. It use to be my grandma’s house since we are from Texas and others from other places. Thank you so much again for your place and will definitely stay there again!

I’ve stayed in other rental houses so my experience on renting this house was excellent. The renting process and communicating with the property owner was amazing. He replied very quickly and answered all the questions I had. He is very polite and kind. The house was very clean and nice! Did not have any issues. I would definitely rent the house again!
