Clean. Private. Fun. Perfect location.
4.7
Property felt cramped, traffic from highway was loud and couch was small and uncomfortable. Was not as scenic as had hoped for.
4.7
Place was clean, quiet, cozy, and beautiful. It felt like a home away from home. Beautiful view of the mountains. We enjoyed the electric fire place at night and conversations on the balcony during noon hours. Place has games and kitchen is equipped if you want to cook.
4.7
Our family of four stayed for a week during Christmas. The condo was well equipped with every pot/pan/utensil we needed to cook and prepare most of our meals. There was also some basic ingredients/spices for cooking. Fireplace made the evenings nice and cozy.
4.7
Everything was clean and neighborhood was quiet. They had everything we could need and the extras like the soaps and shampoos were nice. They only bad thing was we couldnt find the key for the hot tub.
4.7
I was a fan of the property and wish I would have been able to extend my stay for another couple days. Edwards is a great small town and the condo was a short drive, plus if you’re looking to go to Vail, it’s a great HQ and another very short drive.
4.7
Very nice condo, conveniently located. Easy to get to all Vail Valley sites.
Clean and well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms.
Easy access with door code.
Only drawback was no air conditioning. It cooled at night but was a little stuffy during the day, despite opening all windows.
4.7
Had a wonderful stay in Edwards. 15 minutes to Vail, 7 minutes Beaver Creek. The condo is just as described on site, comfortable and clean. The management company, Vacasa was very responsive and helpful 24/7.

Your Condo was the perfect central location for our visit. Size and price were great as well.

This condo is beautiful and clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable!! Great location also.
4.7
This condo was perfect. My husband and I had one room, my daughter the other and my son was happy on the pull out. Beautifully appointed, kitchen with everything you need, super close to Vail. Enjoyed pool and hot tub. A +

The location and price were right for this beautiful condo in Edwards, CO. I would be happy to visit again!

We stayed here to come visit family and it was everything we could have asked for. It was so comfortable, clean, and smelled so fresh. The organization of the kitchen helped us to keep the house clean. It was great because we had two couples and each had a toddler. The house is set up so there’s living space and a bathroom for both families. The only thing was we tried to find was a stair gate but couldn’t find one for the kiddos. We will definitely be making this our regular stay when we come visit family. Thank you so much!

Great location and very relaxing
We loved this property for our trip to visit family. The entry door does stick a bit but overall we enjoyed this experience.

We met friends in February of 2022 for a long weekend trip. There were a few things that were great like the location and proximity to Beaver Creek as well as number of bedrooms. There were a ton of things that weren't ideal:
1) there are two bedrooms in the basement. All night you could hear the water heater making a noise. Not much can be done
2) there was mold growing in the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom. It's understandable as it's underground with no windows but still kind of gross
3) the kitchen is advertised as a chef's kitchen. It's very nice and renovated but there weren't enough plates, bowls or cups to serve the adults and kids. There was only one chefs knife and no good pans, measuring cups or other kitchen basics
4) in the bunk room for the kids the water heater is in an open space in the walk in closet. It would be an easy fix to get a door to close off the exposed water heater
5) the rooms downstairs has no proper curtains. They have the kind that you can see through. Not great for privacy or if you want to sleep in
6) when we got to the house there was snow on the porch making a slipping hazard after becoming iced over. Our friend shoveled it out of the way
7) we had little kids with us and wanted to check in an hour earlier. They wouldn't allow it even though it was ready. We were only allowed to check in exactly at 4pm
8) we had questions about the property and since it was out of hours no one responded to us since it was after 5pm (we emailed at 5:15pm)
9) parking isn't ideal as it's on a little hill. Because they done keep the driveway shoveled there was ice and to have four big cars would be a stretch. We had one mini that was in the garage and two SUVs in front. That was to capacity

Great location to Avon and resort. Cozy and peaceful neighborhood, easy process to get in house, and a beautiful, clean home. Would definitely stay here again!

We came out for the Worldcup. We got in super late and in the morning the house was stocked with non perishables which allowed us to make something quick. There is a gas station at the corner for quick stuff and Avon has a great little “City Market”. We all had a such a great time and would recommend staying here!

The place is accurately describes. We stay there with two adults two children, it had all the amenities that you could possibly need for a family of four. The place was very clean and updated and maintains the garage is small but there is a parking spot right out in front of it which was very convenient. The only problem I had was that there were no sheets for the sofa bed, but management was on top of it, and got us some immediately.. highly recommended!!

This is a great spot to hang out for a long weekend fishing excursion. The condo was clean and had all the amenities I could reasonably have asked for. It's about 5 minutes away from a fantastic public access fly fishing spot on the Eagle river. The only minor negatives were no ESPN (I'm a sports fan), and the walls in the complex are rather thin so I understand how an earlier reviewer could have had some issues with neighbors complaining about noise. So, this isn't the property for you if you want to have a large gathering or late night festivities. For me, it wasn't a problem because I was there by myself, and while noise from nearby units was evident during the day, it was very quiet in the evenings and at night. Access to the condo through the garage was a nice perk. The garage is not big enough to fit a full size truck, but it's clean and just the right size for a smaller car.

Vail weekend getaway with family
The condo itself is beautiful. the only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because you are not aloud to make any noise in this condo. Definitely not for family with rambunctious children. My husband & I flew up to visit my son whom lives in Vail and works at the Vail Hospital. After work he & his girlfriend came over for a late dinner & conversation. My husband was in bed by 7:00PM as he got hurt & went to urgent care that day. My son & his girlfriend & I sat up talking till 9:30 PM when we went to bed & I got 3, yes THREE, noise complaints & security was dispatched on us for talking & laughing too loud. NO music , NO tv, nothing..... It was upsetting & ridiculous. Nobody was drinking or partying … Just family enjoying each others company...
Thanks! Cynthia Wible

Edwards condo
Everything in description was accurate, condo was clean, and in a nice community minutes from the city of Edwards. I love the check-in procedure (or the lack there of); no driving to an office to get keys or sign forms. Forms were signed online and I was able to drive directly to the condo and access everything with codes given in advance.
