About this house rental

You will find everything you need to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay throughout the home, there's a fully stocked kitchen, a dining table & chairs, a bathroom, two bedrooms, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, a secondary bedroom offers a queen bed. We also offer a sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room also has a 65-inch 4k Roku tv.
On the back patio, you will find a hot tub, small outdoor table, and chairs, as well as a gas grill.

The neighborhood is a quiet, tucked away area behind the hospital in the village of Millersburg. The house is along a dead-end street, so there is very little traffic. Please give each of the neighbors the respect they deserve by being mindful of noise levels, and being respectful with general driving etiquette.

Important note, there are steps leading up to the front door of the home, so this might not be the best home for guests with mobility challenges.

This home was a great place for a girls' trip. Clean, comfortable, quiet. We enjoyed our stay here. The furniture was not uncomfortable, but a couple of recliners would be nice. The hot tub was an added perk that was enjoyed. be nice

Beautiful home and location. The home is immaculate. Gorgeously decorated. Very easy to check in. Hot tub was a plus- very clean!! Bonus was having breakfast in the stunning dining room and seeing wild turkeys in the backyard. Very private lovely location!!! Easy to get to all places . 100% would go there again!

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing 2 night getaway to celebrate our birthdays and anniversary. The house was just as described and we were very pleased with everything. It was clean with a well stocked kitchen, nice bar area & dining room, comfortable bedding and living room with large easy to use TV. We loved the outdoor hot tub and gas grill too! We had a little trouble getting the grill to light, but a call to Lamar quickly resolved the issue. The most important things I look for when I rent a place for the first time are cleanliness and good communication. This place had both!

Property was super clean. How was very nice. Construction at the hospital was a little bit noisy went on until about 8PM, but that is temporary. The grill igniter did not work and used foil to cover grill bc it was rusty. Overall the place was super nice hot tub was great not too far from some of the stores and downtown Berlin. Would definitely stay again!

Property was only a mile from downtown Millersburg. Close to a number of local shops and great restaurants. House was beautiful, everything Was just as advertised in post. Would stay again!

My husband and I, along with our 2 year old thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home was nicely updated but most improtantly the home was very clean! The neighborhood is quiet but also close that nowhere is very far ahen exploring the area. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a morning spent hiking at Mohican State Park! 5 star stay! The property was just as advertised: clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect for two and we especially loved the fancy bar area which we made great use of! It was a lovely home for an anniversary weekend getaway. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area!

The pantry Included common spices/seasonings which was a welcome surprise. We met several neighbors, who were all very friendly and welcoming as well. Conveniently located right behind the hospital in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood.

Clean, very nice home. Beautiful back yard, with a wonderful view. We found many streaming services included, which we didn't expect. Hot tub was easy to use. There was a generous supply of coffee and tea as well as a french press. Bring anything you need, because it's a bit of a drive to the nearest shopping. This would be a great base for a trip to Amish country, the property had a book with lists of all the nearby activities and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
