Charming cottage with the perfect combination of countryside views along with the convenience of being in town! This beautiful property is steps away from the Old #9 walking trail and walking distance to Boerne's historic downtown district full of dining, entertainment, and shopping options.
You will feel right at home in the main house where you will find hardwood floors throughout, an elegant living area that opens to a fully stocked kitchen with a gas range, stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and an eating area. In the rest of this cottage, you will find a cozy bedroom with a king size bed, and a large walk in closet right outside the bedroom. Down the hall is a beautifully updated bathroom with a walk in shower, clawfoot tub, and a vanity area. In addition to these amenities, the main house boasts a reading/ sitting area in the back of the home. Step outside and enjoy the beautifully manicured and landscaped property from the front porch with country views or on the large back brick patio with an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, and multiple seating areas. A large driveway is available with covered parking.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Garden Cottage. The property was freshly updated and spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the local restaurants and also grilled a steak the last night. The owners were very responsive to any messages we sent and the husband came over to light the grill for us, which was greatly appreciated!

Our stay in the Garden Cottage in Boerne was wonderful, a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting and property. The host was very gracious and welcoming, and easy to communicate with and quick to respond if we had any questions. It’s a great location for easy access to Boerne, and local shops and restaurants too. We had a wonderful time!

This home is a great place for relaxing! The furniture inside and outside was very comfortable, including the bed. The large yard was beautifully landscaped. It was apparent that the owners take great pride in providing a beautiful, comfortable vacation home. It was meticulously cleaned and Neely was easily available by phone or text and responded quickly. I hope to return soon!

Excellent base of operations to spend a week of touring through the hill country. Covered parking for the bikes. Short walk into downtown area on a nice walking, biking path. Safe area to wander. Cottage was as advertised. Comfortable furniture. Bed is outstanding. Courtyard was our favorite. Enjoyed lounging around a few days in “the slow lane”. Well equipped and maintained. No issues.

This gorgeous gem of a rental will be permanently on my favorites list. It was immaculate and cozy with large shade trees visible from the bedroom window. I easily walked to Boerne square and Main Street for shopping and dining. I was alone but it would be the perfect getaway for a couple.

This cottage was adorable and very well cleaned. It is in walking distance to a trail that leads to main st...about a 20 minute walk. Comfy bed, too. The owners provided information on restaurants and stores. They were very responsive and friendly. Would stay again. Thank you!

PERFECT Little Cottage - Priceless
We chose this property to get away from the big City and enjoy some quiet time for our anniversary. We have stayed in quite a few Vrbo properties and this house was far and away the best experience we have ever had. The owner has thought of EVERYTHING a guest may need to feel at home. The owners have a very high attention to detail - the house and the property were impeccable and very comfortable. Everything in the house was high end and the owners spared no expense.
The house is very close to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Boerne.
We hope to return to Boerne in the near future and will definitely stay at this little slice of heaven again if it is available.

Beautiful Garden Cottage
This well equipped and very well kept “ Garden Cottage” in Texas Hill Country provided my wife and me a very quiet and comfortable weekend getaway. Convenient to restuarants and wineries.
Close enough to walk. Extremely helpful owner with all high end conveniences. A real plus was the outdoor garden/living area that provided added opportunity for dining out for just the two of us at the grill. Thanks very much!

In the middle
We stayed for several days and loved the location to all the area locations. It was a quick trip to SanAntonio, Gruene, Bandera, or Fredricksburg, as well as close to downtown Boerne. The VRBO was easy to access, clean and so welcoming. We enjoyed hanging out and climbing up into the treehouse too! This is your spot to stay if you are in this area!

A peaceful retreat
The Garden Cottage was an excellent home for our small family. My stepfather passed and we were in Boerne for his funeral. The cottage was a daily retreat for all of us. With all the emotions that come with a passing the cottage really became our safe haven each night so that we could rest and find some peace. It was beautifully kept and had a well thought out design. The owners were easy to contact and helpful for all our needs. My husband had to do some work from the cottage and he found places both inside and outside to work. The walking trail and well paved sidewalks gave us a chance to be together and outside each day. My family lives just around the corner and affectionately refers to the cottage as Pinterest House. My mom and step dad use to go to the walking trail and watch as they worked on the property. It was nice to reconnect to those past moments and create new ones as well. This truly is a beautiful home that blessed us a lot over the past week.

Cozy comfort in Boerne
This cottage was everything we hoped it would be and more. First time in Boerne so we were not sure what to expect. The town was cute with excellent restaurants and shopping. But what truly made our visit special was the Garden. The owners of this cozy, comfortable cottage were easy to work with, and they literally thought of everything. It was beautifully designed and decorated, as was the property. We were greeted on the first night by a sweet neighborhood cat, who we affectionately named Bernice! Having our morning coffee on the back patio swing, enjoying wine in the Adirondack chairs on the front porch, climbing into the treehouse, cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen, it was all very wonderful! I cannot say enough for how much we appreciated every little detail and how kind and accommodating the hosts were. We are already talking about a return visit when the seasons change!

We have stayed in many vacation rentals throughout the world and this cottage in Boerne is amongst the best! It is freshly renovated with a very thoughtful use of space. The decor is lovely; “country “ without being corny. The hosts have provided every amenity. We will definitely return!

Lovely cottage
What a fabulous stay this was! The Garden Cottage is so beautifully decorated, which adds to its cozy, peaceful setting. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions. The king-sized bed was very comfortable and I loved going back in time, soaking in the claw-foot tub like my grandmother had. We will come again! I am very picky and I highly recommend the Garden Cottage!
