Quiet. Comfy beds.
Tired decor. No reception when we arrived at 5:10 pm. Hotel doors were locked and we had to discover for ourselves that we had to use the entrance to the bar next door. Had to collect our door key from the bar.

comfortable bed
would prefer breakfast to start earlier

Stayed many times . Highly recommend .
Highly recommend however the cleaners knocking on my room door at 9 30 when I was staying another night was not welcomed. Do not disturb cards for the door would be a good thing. Other than that I highly recommend this place.

Staff were fantastic and very helpful, the room was very tidy and very comfortable, we had the breakfast that was amazing at very good value and the drinks were cheap aswell
The TV, you couldn't see what you were watching had to guess the name of the show

Can't comment on food as i never have food there but does look nice the room are great comfy the reception lady was very nice and rooms always clean
The room could do with a socket near the bed as the only socket was over by window so needs one near bed side that's the only thing that needs improving

Room was fine though the bathroom was a little dared. Great staff couldn't have made us more welcome. Location was great near the beach and local shops. Very near transport to Blackpool
Only criticism I have is the time they served food. The cafe bar served lovely food at lunchtime only and the restaurant was only open for an hour between 5 and 6 too early for us

there was no food to have for dinner is was shut
the bed room was great big clean

Location was good - central for shops in cleverest - not too far from car parking and easy walk to the trams
The ridiculous sized en-suite it was the size of a small wardrobe - lots of elbow bumping on the walls - decor of room much like the rest of the hotel (old fashioned) very little on site parking had to use council car parks - didn’t use other facilities so cannot comment - but would not stay again as plenty of other options which included breakfast for what we paid.

Breakfast was fantastic as always, but rooms were not comfy, had no hot water, & they were very basic.
Better availability of rooms (on different floors as with elderly Dad) really needed closer

Breakfast was excellent and when we sorted a replacement room we really enjoyed our stay the staff were very good. I just wish we could have been spared the trauma of the first night.i
It would have been nice to have been given a choice of rooms or at least a view of what was on offer.
