This 3 story, 10 bedroom home can SLEEP 37 PEOPLE and boasts of beautiful VIEWS OF TABLE ROCK LAKE as well as all the entertainment options available for a vacation full of amazing memories! This home is ready to entertain your crew with a pool table, HOT TUB, FIREPIT, virtual reality, poker table, arcade game, PS4, air hockey, a Wii, and so much more!
The Space:
This 3 story, LAKEVIEW HOME will be the perfect location for making memories with your loved ones! There are 7 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 21 twin sleeping spots! Walking up the front porch welcomes you with rocking chairs a gorgeous white exterior! Walking into the living room on the main level the OPEN FLOOR PLAN welcomes the whole group to be together in one space. Sink right into the plush extra large sectional and watch a movie or the big game on the 85" FLAT SCREEN TV!
The kitchen will be a dream for the cooks in your family with 2 STOVES, 2 OVENS, 2 MICROWAVES, and 2 DISHWASHERS! Ready for cooking all your favorites to feed that large crew! All the appliances are stainless steel and the cabinets are stocked with all the necessary cooking supplies you would have in your kitchen at home. Or step outside to the upper back deck with a large GAS GRILL as well as a GRIDDLE GRILL to do some outdoor grilling while you gaze at the water and hilltops of the Ozarks and sip on your favorite drink. The outdoor dining table provides an option to dine with the lakeview and the OUTDOOR SECTIONAL will be the perfect spot to soak in the crisp evening air while chatting it up with your loved ones!

The lower level offers another spacious living room with a large sectional and another 85" flat screen TV hooked up to a PS4 with a DRIVING SIMULATOR! Enjoy a game of cards around the leather POKER TABLE, challenge your loved one to a game of SHUFFLEBOARD, or go old-school with the free multicade ARCADE GAME! The POOL TALBE will also be a hit for the whole crew or put on the PING-PONG TABLE top instead for a ping-pong tournament!

The OUTDOOR POOL will be a big hit with the whole family to cool off in the heat of the summer and is open Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend! But swimming year round is still an option with the INDOOR HEATED POOL outfitted with a wall of glass garage doors ready to bring the outside in! Your kiddos will have a blast on the top-of-the-line PLAYGROUND and the teens will love shooting some hoops on the BASKETBALL COURT! This home is located just 7 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

Overall a great time. The house was good size for our whole team and their families. Plenty to keep kids busy when the adults wanted to relax.

This property is perfect for large groups wanting to stay together. It has tons of room with many options for room configurations. The double dishwasher and double washer/dryer are clutch and the kitchen truly was stocked with everything we needed. The kids had tons of fun with the arcade downstairs. They even had a basket of "little kid" toys which was great for the many small children in our group. Overall everyone in our group loved the home and would come back. Thank you Adam!

Plenty of room for all of us. Located within easy access to everything we wanted to do and see in Branson/Table Rock. My family really enjoyed the pickleball court. We also cooked most meals at the house. Plenty of room and kitchenware.

First of all, I've been having family reunions for the last three years in Branson. All of those were one of Adam Martin's properties. He is a great host and I highly recommend working with him and his associates when looking for a vacation home. This particular home was fantastic. It was as described. My favorite part was the views from the upper and lower decks. It was great having two dishwashers, two ranges, and an air fryer. There were all kinds of activities to do while at the house. We look forward to future trips to Branson.

This house was described well, with a great view, and a very comfortable setting.
Host was available and communicative. Beds and space was perfect for a big family gathering. Plenty of room for big meals and lots of spaces to separate into for smaller groups.
The pools and courts were right across the parking lot and provided some shade and cool water to cool off in the hot sun.

Perfect place for our family and friends. Plenty of space to spread out. Great activities for the family. Great location with ability to get to SDC, downtown Branson or state park marina quickly. We will definitely be back.

This house was amazing in every way, there was nothing about the house or the property we didn’t like. It met our groups needs in every way, plus some. It was so clean and inviting when we arrived. Our group could have stayed there the entire time and been entertained without ever having to leave and go anywhere. It has so many fun activities inside and outside to keep anyone happy. We had a group of 25 and you never felt cramped - the eating area was so accommodating to the group- all the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, there was enough room, plus some for everyone. It’s super close to Silver Dollar City and the strip, yet you’re off the beaten path. Adam was great to work with. We didn’t have any issues, but I’m confident had we have had any our needs would have been met promptly. We would love to return and be able to enjoy the house for more than two nights. I definitely recommend it, your group won’t be disappointed!

This home was perfect for our large group. I loved that there were two stoves, two dishwashers, and a fully furnished kitchen with small appliances and all the dishes one could possibly need. The house was spacious and had enough sleeping areas and bathrooms to keep everyone happy. The VR headset, pool table/ping pong table, shuffle board, card table and numerous TVs kept everyone occupied during our stay. I loved that there was enough dining seating for everyone to have meals together. Access to an indoor and outdoor pool was very convenient. The location was minutes from Branson attractions. Lovely stay!

Our family of 25 had the best stay at Good times Chateau! The house truly has numerous entertainment devices, a hot tub, a fire pit, pool table shuffleboard, arcade games, and even children’s toys for the 1,2, and 3 year olds!

We vacation as a family of 15 every Thanksgiving, but this year we had 2 more join. (8 adults, 3 teens, 6 kids under the age of 12). Compared to the various homes we've rented in Florida rather than Branson, this was likely the best set-up. Plus, the location was perfect! Very close and an easy drive to all of the amenities that Branson has to offer. Hi highly recommend this home if you're looking to accommodate a large family. We were able to cook all meals in the home without ever feeling crammed and everyone had the space needed to relax and partake in activities both inside and outside of the home with the recreational facility being right across from the home. We did a lot of research before settling on this home and I'm confident that we made the perfect choice!
The house manager, Meredith, was also great help and responsive with a couple technology questions that we had regarding usage. She was quick to resolve the issue by supplying us with a new remote when needed.
** One caution, the fire alarm sensors are very sensitive to temperature/heat of oven. There's an alarm in the kitchen that was triggered from a hot oven being opened, which the fire dept had to come and reset the alarm. We were told it was their 4th visit to the complex that day on Thanksgiving. Take precaution when cooking to avoid setting off an alarm.

We were a leadership team needing a place that could comfortably sleep 12+ adults and allow for some privacy, but that could also facilitate group meetings/discussions. This home definitely allowed for both, and came very well equipped in the kitchen for meal times, AND entertainment during break times. Our hosts very clearly communicated with us via email and texts, would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for our annual family reunion weekend, with 7 families. It couldn’t have been more perfect! This house was designed for large family gatherings and the in the best location, just across the street from the basketball court and swimming pools. You couldn’t ask for more! We all absolutely loved it, even 9 teenagers!

This lovely home with the beautiful view of Table Rock Lake provided the perfect vacation get-away for our large family. Every inch was clean and comfortable. The house has every conceivable amenity throughout including entertainment features galore. There is something for everyone! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

This is an amazing property! We stayed with our large extended family, comprising of 7 different family groups and over 20 people ranging from 70's to 2. Everyone had nothing but postitive things to say and would definitely recommend to others and want to come back to this specific home! The location was perfect with easy access to town and other attractions with pool and playground right across the street! The kitchen, deck and family area where the hot spots with enough room to accommodate our large group during morning coffee on the deck or big family meals grilled up fresh off the deck. We are already looking into next year!

Fabulous Vacation Home!
My family and I had such a wonderful time in Adam's beautiful vacation home! Our party consisted of 22 family members ranging in age from 5-81, and each one of us absolutely loved this home! The home was not only beautiful and in a great location, it also provided us with everything we needed....and then some. This home offers a variety of entertainment options for all ages. Our children loved the pool table, video games, toys, etc. The dining area and fully stocked kitchen had more than enough room for our large party to cook and have wonderful meal times together as a family. Thank you Adam for being such a wonderful host!

Best place we’ve stayed for a family vacation!
This place was FANTASTIC! We had 36 people for a family vacation and it was so comfortable and accommodating for EVERYONE! We had ages 1-89 and everyone LOVED it! So much for the kids to do. Close to the pool. Close to the beach. Close to the lake. Close to attractions in town! Would definitely stay again and 10/10 recommend!! Thanks, Adam for such a great place to stay!!

Great Annual Family Reunion House
This house really worked for our group of 24. Beautiful easy drives for outings. Safe for our 8 children, even on the high patio. Enjoyed the large dining area & kitchen (several good cooks), which became the main board game & visiting area at night. Some nice electronic games, but ping pong & pickleball were favorites & we all got good night sleeps on comfortable beds & nice linens. Now Branson is really outstanding, first time for many of us. All in our group enjoyed Sight & Sound's presentation of "Jesus" as the best experience of this trip. Even the children rated it higher than Silver Dollar City, the zip lines, hiking, coasters, mini-golf, lake, etc.... which are awesome. Oh, we also enjoyed the Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium up the road in Springfield. Lots of nice people in Branson. Finished with exploring downtown after a nice meal on the river at White River Fish House by Bass Pro followed by the 7 PM water & fire fountain show. Much thanks to our host, the property manager & VRBO for making this another excellent vacation & family reunion.

The house was perfect for our large family, everything was as described, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked! Can not say enough good about this property! This is the property to book if you are going to Branson with a large group. Just make sure to cook the sausage and bacon outside on the grill or you may have to have the fire chief show up to turn the fire alarm off a lesson we learned but only made for more memories to laugh about!

The house was perfect for our large family, everything was as described, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked! Can not say enough good about this property! This is the property to book if you are going to Branson with a large group.
