The tiny home was exactly as described. Very clean, lots of sleeping space and located close to the Grand Canyon.

Great way to enjoy the Grand Canyon but also have our own space away from the crowds.

The listing on this property misleads you to think this property is in Williams. This home is physically located in Valle and not Williams (which is about 40ish minutes away from Williams). If you are just staying to go back and forth to the Grand Canyon the location is great and the price is much better than the local hotels. Our family’s plan included exploring other areas (such as Flagstaff and Sedona) and the location was not ideal. We ended up checking out a day early b/c the back and forth was way out of our way for our family.

Wonderful, warm, clean and cozy tiny house to stay close to the Grand Canyon. We were close enough to make the sunrise canyon viewings, without breaking the bank with our lodging.
My 80 yr old aunt joined us on the trip and she enjoyed the low window in the bunk room. Said it made her feel like a kid waking to snow falling outside.
Would recommend to any family needing a clean watm place to stay.

Our group enjoyed our stay within 079 Tiny Home. It was such a cute space. There were 7 in our group three adults and 4 children. The kids each wanted to sleep in the loft. It was so much fun to have our entire group together in one "room", and definitely more cost-effective vs purchasing 2+ hotel rooms for the night. We hope you all enjoy your stay!!!

I went with my college age boys. They both wanted their own rooms for sleeping. This would have been an absurd price at the S. Rim places or even Williams places. This satisfied their requirement and was cute/clean/comfy. A tiny house must have a smart floor plan - this one does. A real kitchen and real bathroom and wifi made us happy - we don’t want to “rough it”. A cute bonus, a mare and foul came to visit from the neighboring ranch while we stood in the back yard, through the fence of course. She was quite friendly. Also nice: a sky full of stars at night. Unforgettable for Chicago folks like us. 5 stars as this met every requirement and did not disappoint my boys.

It was the cutest tiny house, but I was surprised out how roomy it still felt. A large person might not be comfortable moving around inside either the master bedroom, bunk room, or bathroom, though. Everything was new and clean. I wish we'd been able to book another night here, but it wasn't available. We wanted to be at the Grand Canyon for the sunrise, so we really needed somplace close. We were in the park in 20 minutes.
The only thing I didn't like (but we had been warned by the owners about) was that the hot water takes a LONG time to get going. I really hate wasting that much water to get it hot. Also, the bathroom faucet is backwards. It indicates that the cold water is actually the hot position and the hot is actually the cold position. It made the hot water situation that much more complicated.
Still, I would definitely recommend this Tiny Home!

Spent a few days here while visiting the Grand Canyon! Great spot and easy access to get into the National Park.
And…the night sky in the evening is absolutely incredible for star watching!
We stayed with three adults and four kids and there was plenty of room for us.
Great stay!

Super clean and roomy with an excellent proximity to the Grand Canyon. Communication and the entire check-in process was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Tiny home was adorable, had everything we needed for our overnight stay for our grand canyon trip. Conveniently located to the south rim entrance, with places to eat between the home and the canyon entrance. The only down side was the dirt road to the property needed maintenance badly. Overall great stay!

The tiny cabin was very clean and The tiny cabin was clean and comfortable as hoped. However, the lack of hot water or adequate water pressure were a glaring inconvenience throughout our entire stay. We could not get any hot water in the kitchen sink, no matter how long it trickled. The bathroom sink and shower did have luke-warm water available but no 'hot' water was ever generated by the on-demand water heater.
Ultimately we had to clean all of dishes and utensils in the bathroom sink. Until this mechanical issue is resolved, I would not recommend this rental to anybody.

The cleaning is not good, I found hair and dirty blankets in the rooms and on the sofa bed, the staff should improve or pay more attention to it, the rest was fine but I would not return there

It was a nice little property a short drive from the south rim of the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed our stay, especially having a full kitchen and plenty of space.

This place worked perfectly for what we needed. We are working on a project in the Grand Canyon and hope to stay here again.

This place was lovely! Although it is a tiny house, it is well-designed and organized so there is ample room for simple cooking and short-term living. When we first arrived, there was a problem with the shower water pressure, which Lisa had corrected by the next day. The property is about 1 mi from the highway down a washboard unpaved road, which was uncomfortable but problematic only for low-riding vehicles. I would certainly like to stay here again when I next travel to the Grand Canyon!

No restaurants or grocery stores within an hour drive. Nothing to do
Misrepresented. Located in a sub stander trailer park. It is not located on the South Rim as advertised. South Rim is 35 minutes away. The tiny house itself was very nice.

Grand Canyon South Rim Stay
The location of this property is fine if you are visiting the South Rim, but look more carefully than I did at the map. It is not in Williams at all. It is in the middle of nowhere with no infrastructure such as groceries or restaurants. Not the owner fault, but maybe a better description of the actual location I was looking at places to eat in Williams etc. we missed the exit to the site because I did not pay attention and went all the way to Williams. Ate dinner there (skip Miss Kitty’s) and got groceries because we realized nothing by the site at all. Just a suggestion. The home is lovely, clean and owner good communication. We found some board games and cards left for us on the 2nd day. I would recommend that they had some sort of bakeware such as pizza pan, cookie sheeted etc as I had nothing to cook a pizza on. Full size appliances but no oven bakeware. Other than my lack of paying attention, all in a nice place.

Grand Canyon
This was a perfect place for our family of five (3 kids ages 6-11 years). It provided adequate space and was a short trip to the south rim. The check-in and check out process was quick and easy and the communication was excellent!
