Minutes away from the best sunny beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and downtown Naples with all the restaurants and shopping.
The Park Villa is next to the Sugden Regional Park with the largest freshwater lake in Collier county. From the backyard you can see the park and expect to spot local wildlife such as iguanas and tropical birds. This retreat suited on the private quiet street and surrounded with beautiful landscaping.
Street Legal 6 passenger Golf Cart is available for an additional fee and needs to be reserved in advance.
The Park Villa is also a short bike ride to other parks such as East Naples Park, which hosts the World Championship Pickleball tournament, and Bayview Park with the best Sunset views over Naples Bay, vibrant Bayshore district with local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, art galleries, Tin City with waterfront restaurants, shops and marina, where you can book a sightseeing tour on the famous Naples Princess Cruise!
At Park Villa you will find a peaceful and relaxing environment surrounded by tropical nature.

About this Place:
Spacious Master suite with king bed, walk-in closet, smart tv, and chaise lounge. Master bath with dual sink and oversized walk in shower.
Second bedroom also has a king size bed.
Third bedroom has a king size bed.
This home includes comfortable beds and luxury 100% cotton linens and towels!
Second and third bedrooms share a second bathroom which has a tub. Both bathrooms are fully stocked: hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels.
For extra guests there are two queen sleeper sofas in the living room.
Additional queen air mattress and baby crib and feeding chair available upon request at no additional charges for our guests. Dogs are welcome!
The spacious open space living area that includes a 65” smart TV and plenty of seating for the guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook a fabulous dinner for your family (Keurig coffee maker, toaster, Ninja blender, dishwasher, etc).
Outside on the screened lanai we have a gas outdoor grill and a seating area where you can spend your afternoon with a glass of wine, take a nap or just watch the palm trees blow in the breeze! Perfectly situated under the bistro lights and outdoor ceiling fan.
We do have beach chairs, beach towels, bicycles and trampoline for kids to enjoy.
No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted on the lanai. Please note that there is a $500 penalty.
We do not charge our guests an extra person fee, dog fee, but you have to specify how many people are staying (including children) so that we have additional bedding and towels available for everyone.
We expect that you respect our home and leave property in a broom swept condition. If the deep cleaning is required after your stay, there will be additional charges.
Families with children: we do have a trampoline for kids and canal access in the backyard, so please take proper steps to supervise children all the time.
Property has an oversized lot, plenty of space for parking.
Walking distance to the Sugden Park, local restaurants, grocery store.
House is entirely for the guest's use.

My husband, 2 sons, 3 dogs and I wanted a little weekend getaway for my husband's 40th birthday. This house was so perfect! It was clean, spacious, updated, and close to everything. The yard was extremely dog friendly and my sons were most comfortable. I hope we get to stay there again in the future.

We had two families (each with two adults and two kids) comfortably stay at this house for two nights. It’s a great house and the yard area is awesome. Worth noting that I agree with another reviewer that the neighborhood and immediate surrounding area is not on par with the house, but we enjoyed our stay regardless.

If you are looking for a cute comfy place to stay where you can bring your dogs … this place is for you ! Very private home which sets way back off the road . The house is brand new and very clean and well decorated . The owner was fantastic and super easy to t we work with .

The house was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to downtown Naples and Marco Island. Upon arriving at the house we were impressed with how clean and orderly it was. The house offered many great features. The shower in the main bathroom was amazing and the screened in back porch made for a great place to enjoy an afternoon cocktail while listening to some jazz. The near by park was a great place to walk with our golden retriever. We will definitely be staying here again.

This location was absolutely perfect. We were only 1.3 miles away from the US Open event we came to attended. Having the bikes there was great. It allowed flexibility and convenience for some to ride and drive. Just a few minor things that might help the next guest listed below. * Wall Mirrors in both the back Bedrooms * Nightstand next to bed in back bedroom * More hangers for week long stay * Small Dresser placed in closets in both back bedroom for small clothing items. * Bike pump in Garage for bike tires * Night lights for Kitchen and bathroom. Deividas and Monika have thought of everything when it comes to providing not only a beautiful space, but also one with all the amenities. They have thought of everything! The beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels were perfect as we were traveling via a plane. Monika's communication was quick when we had questions. I highly recommend their place for a relaxing getaway close to everything. The sunsets and beach in Naples are beautiful. Thank you again!

Very clean, open floor plan with lanai that backed up to a park. Neighborhood was quiet with little traffic. We took daily walks on the mile and a half walking trail that the property backed up to. Very enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay here. Very friendly host and property is as described. Kids will love the trampoline (be wary of the mosquitoes though - a Florida thing). Close to Publix and a few restaurants. House is well maintained and you have access to free chairs, umbrella and bikes. We will come back if in the area again.

Hit all the right buttons. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to Rte. 41 and downtown Naples; turnaround section in driveway was a nice feature with our two cars. House attractively decorated and well supplied; everything functioned nicely (AC, water heater, showers, WiFi, etc.). Our three young grandchildren (ages 2-6) managed to avoid breaking things or staining the carpets, so that was a plus. We'd stay again; highly recommended.

Very nice home, pictures of the property don't do it justice. Extremally well furnished. The screened in back porch is a very nice feature. We just slept and showered there but I thought it was great.

This house was PERFECT! Clean, stocked, organized, updated, and centrally located in Naples. The owners were very responsive and helpful with all aspects of the stay. We needed a place to stay in Naples for 5 days to handle some business and this house made our stay even that much better! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS!

The house was wonderful, newly built and beautifully furnished, we were provided with everything we needed and more. The owner was really nice and made sure we had no complications. The home was spacious and clean, good wi-fi and many channels and apps like netflix, youtube, etc on the TV’s. We really enjoyed our trip and stay at Monika’s home in Naples. We truly recommend this house and will definitely book this home again :)

Our stay was fabulous for many reasons. Monika was fabulous to work with, and extremely responsive. The property was gorgeous, nicer than it looked online. The outside was stunningly gorgeous, with the lagoon in the back and morning birds to accompany breakfast on the screened-in porch. The bedding was beautiful and brand new, the beach chairs and beach umbrella were brand new, the kitchen appliances and utensils were brand new. We loved being one mile away from the East Naples pickleball courts; it was a breeze to get there every morning. We found the location to be very convenient to both the city and activities we did in the area. It was a little bit far from our friends in North Naples, but that was okay. Our only complaint was the lack of cable TV. There were streaming services galore, but we really missed being able to watch everyday live TV. Also, and this is less important, it would be nice to have a full-length mirror on the back of the bedroom door. I never knew what I looked like each day as I went out. We miss Monika's house already, and are hoping to rent again next year.
