Lots of fun indoors and out with great hang out spaces and things to do with the provided grill, kayaks, bikes, boat doc and great beach chairs. So close, an easy walk to the beach in a peaceful neighborhood. Comfortable beds!! All ages were comfortable and loved the space. Smallish kitchen but well equipped and totally adequate. Bathrooms good and everything very clean!! Thank you, David, for your quick responses!!

Great place to stay, a little out of the way but that can also be a good thing at times. Layout and amenities for the house is great. Few little things wrong but none that affected the stay and the owner immediately responded and stayed in contact with us. We were there for a golf trip and the house worked perfectly. I would imagine it would be an even better setup if you were there for a beach trip.

8 guys spent an enjoyable 6 days golfing, fishing, and eating well. The house was terrific except we had some issues with the hot tub. Other than that, David was awesome as a host and very responsive. Beautiful layout to the home.

We stayed in Murrels Inlet for 7 days with kids, teenagers and adults and everybody had a blast. The house is in a great shape. The available water toys were a favorite. The distance to the beach is perfectly walkable. Gorgeous views onto the inlet form the porch. The rooms are spacious. The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids. Would book again any time.

We chose CurrentSea for our family vacation this year. House was in a perfect location. Had everything you could think of, linens, beach towels, beach toys, kayaks, paddles, life vests, fishing poles…I mean everything. Afternoon kayak rides through the creek were peaceful. My parents enjoyed morning coffee on the porches. Furniture very comfortable, layout great for large families. Hope to stay here again next year!

We loved it here, the set up of bedrooms worked perfect for my parents and kids, loved basement area and outside porches. Grateful for the 4 bikes as the walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, but doable. A 6 person golf cart would be a great addition to the trip, but we didn't look into renting until too late. The beach area wasn't too crowded at all so we loved that, it was very nice. We go to a different state each year, and my kids said that this one was at top of the list for them for favorites. We had a great stay, and the owner was very quick in response on issues that weren't of his doing but may need to add to house cleaners list of things to check or if he is close by, to check on. I know that's also hard to do though, and it was minor things really. Nothing that ruined the trip but frustrations added during stay for the amount paid. It's a beautiful house though and he was very quick to respond, which helped the stay even more. Kayaks were also a nice bonus.

The house and property were so amazing. We used the Kayaks and bikes provided. The inlet is so great for kayaking trip. The beach is within walking distance and the hot tub is a great way to relax at the end of the day. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitly stay there again.

We had a team of 4 men staying at the property while working a job close by. The owner kindly extended our stay but the job was postponed abruptly due to mechanical failures. The owner refunded the payment and we are all hoping it is available for our next stay. Great house....Not a single complaint!

We rented this beautiful house to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from college. We loved the bar area downstairs where we could let the younger group hang out and play games while the older group slept upstairs. The kitchen was well appointed and it was so easy to make meals. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were a great size. The view from the dock was beautiful and it’s a very quick and easy walk to the beach. It was an all around wonderful time. !

This home was perfect for our group! We are in our mid 30's and wanted to enjoy the high paced nightlife by the beach and then also be able to have some calm loving moments as well. We got all the calm, relaxing moments in this beautiful home. The host was exceptional, so responsive and accommodating. We are already talking about our return. Book this home!

We ended our kids summer break with a week long trip and we couldn’t have had a better time. The neighborhood was perfect! Right near the beach, it far from other attractions and quiet place to sit at night taking in the views. We are already planning a return trip!

What a treat to be able to rent a beach house through VRBO instead of local agencies, for once in many decades! Differences were plenty..and positive. Linens included, starter toilet paper/paper towels, and handsoap, etc all made for an “easy” check-in. Speaking of, communication with owner was timely and informative. Our absolute favorite of the week were the 4 kayaks! We were out each day/evening….saw so many jumping mullet, crabs, a 4’ shark in the marsh area and, on the last night, a dolphin circled us for 10 minutes or so. Current Sea gets a 5* from us!

Perfect!

We were hestiant to book considering it was a brand new rental and had no reviews, but this place did not dissapoint! The space was perfect for our family. The house is huge, nice furnishings/decorations, everything felt clean and new! Tons of space..enough to spread out and plenty of space to come together as a family. We loved the bar space downstairs and every room had a TV with netflix, perfect for the kiddos. The kitchen was well appointed, had everything we needed for cooking meals. The beds were comfortable and having linens and towels provided was a great perk and nice to not have had to worry about! Location wise for us was great because we prefer to be on a channel since we have a boat and needed quick access to the inlet. We loved the screened in porch for beaituful views and firework watching and the front porch for sunset views over the inlet on the rockers. The hot tub, fishing gear, bikes and beach gear were amazing perks to have as well, they have thought of everything here! We would definitely book again!

My husband and I got married at Huntington beach state park on April 16th. We rented this house for 8 days. We picked this property for our family and friends to stay at over the weekend, as we’re from Ohio. The home comfortably fit all of our guests and we also held a reception after the wedding at the beach house. The bar downstairs is amazing and the hot tub and kayaks are so fun! Being on the inlet is beautiful! We loved riding bikes in the morning too. We will DEFINITELY be back to this property the next time we stay in the area. We had three toddlers during the stay as well, the house is fine for kids- you just have to be cognizant of the doors staying locked and the inlet nearby. David responded promptly to any questions. Overall 10/10.
