About this apartment rental
Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo (Unit 10) is located in the Sitzmark Building at Purgatory Resort and offers convenience in all seasons. This is a slopeside ski-in/ski out retreat right at the base of one of Purgatory’s favorite runs, Lower Hades. Ski down to the high-speed six pack in the morning, and ski right back to your door in the afternoon. In spring, summer and fall, mountain biking and hiking trails are just the other side of the front door. This location cannot be beat, and it’s close to skier base area, all of the restaurants and shops, and the primary amenities of the main skier village at Purgatory. This is a 3-level condo.

Master Bedroom - King Bed ensuite bath (upper level)
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed
3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed
4th Bedroom - Bunk Bed ( Twin over Queen) and Twin Bed
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and well maintained. Easy to go to Durango, Silverton and Ouray. Grandkids loved the outdoor balcony and the views were spectacular.

The property was amazing, plenty of space for the family. Only issue is there was very minimum parking. Otherwise we loved it!

This property is located within the purgatory resort, it is a short walk to the lifts from the back porch. The property was clean, kitchen is very well equipped. I have no complaints about this property, everything in the residence operated properly, condition is great, the location is great. I would only caution for the winter that this property is on a short but steep incline and despite having 4WD vehicle it was very icy, use extreme caution when driving.

The house was very clean and the location was our favorite out of all the properties we have stayed in. We could ski right up to the back patio. The split floor plan made it nice for kids to have their own area.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Sitzmark 10. Starting with the positives: The wrap around porch and backyard were great for the kids and held awesome views of the mountains and the aspens. The location next to Purgatory Resort was also perfect. The main floor of the condo was really nice with an excellent size kitchen and family area. Also, a generous sized mud room area, which would be great for a ski trip (we visited during the Fall). Just a couple small minuses: the dryer located on the middle floor was quite loud and would vibrate the main floor upstairs anytime it ran. Also, the mattress in the downstairs bedroom had a significant lean to one side. Minuses aside, we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider returning.

Our family of 6 adults & 4 children had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was best very clean, convenient and beautiful. Everything we needed was supplied. We’ve stayed in many VRBO rentals and this home rated 5 stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this rental for our spring break with our family that are both expert and beginner skiers. The place has everything you need. Plenty of space, great fireplace for a nice fire after skiing, and convenient location just walking distance from the resort.

This is a nice place to stay... one thing I did not like was the 3 flights of stairs you have to climb to the main level and bedrooms are on the first and second level. So Everything is split up. By looking at the pictures you would never know that. Thank goodness I'm young and healthy. Otherwise no complaints.

We just stayed in this condo for a week with our family of four and it was perfect! When we arrived we instantly fell in love with the view! One of the many perks of this condo is that it is an end unit, so we were able to enjoy the large wrap around patio. We relaxed on the lounge chairs while looking at the beautiful trees and mountains. We even got to see some of the mountain bikers racing down the mountain! The outdoor space was definitely one of our favorite things. Also, you can’t beat the location. It’s on the Purgatory Resort, so It’s walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and tons of fun outdoor activities that kept our kids busy: roller coaster, sled, go carts, and mining. Although we went in the summer, we would definitely come back in the winter for some skiing. It’s ski in ski out, which would be super convenient with the kids. It’s also a short scenic drive to Durango which has so much to do. Some of the fun things we did were horseback riding, white water rafting, and lots of hiking trails. Durango is such a cool town worth exploring while you’re here!The condo itself is very spacious and clean. There’s ample dining space inside with the barstools plus a dining table with seating for 8. We preferred to eat outside at the patio table while enjoying the views! All the beds were very comfortable and it was nice that each bedroom had it’s own TV. Another thing that we appreciated was the large laundry room. There’s a large counter that was perfect for folding everything. It really came in handy. We are a small family of four, but you could fit three families here with the 4 bedrooms and 3 1⁄2 bathrooms. The management was very helpful throughout the whole process and we would definitely book this condo again!
