The property is exceptional. Two issues in my opinion. 1. This unit is on the 23rd floor ... waiting on elevators is real challenge. 2. This is a non-smoking property I found out that I could not even smoke cigars outside on the balcony...up to $500 fine and expulsion from property. All smokers relegated to a fringe area downstairs around the corner. I didn't learn about this until after I checked in.

We had 7 adults and 3 kids. The location is wonderful. Our kids played in the condo pool and the lagoon across the street. Location is right on the beach and awesome views. Clean and updated. We would choose to stay here again. Loved it! Close to International Market and other shops.

This was the ultimate place to stay for beach, fun and food. We enjoyed every second of our stay. The place was well stocked with essentials outside of food. Walmart was close by for other food necessities. Lots of eating establishments. Our favorite was sitting on the balcony with coffee every morning watching the surfers and sunrise. The evening setting sunsets were picture perfect! I highly recommend!!

Communication was easy and quick replies made our stay delightful. The condo was a perfect homebase for our family as we traveled the island. We enjoyed are time and had room to spread out as needed. Unfortunately the washer and dryer on our floor were out of order during our stay. We were able to use the one on another floor. ***This condo is inside of a hotel. That was confusing to us on arrival. We thought we were in the wrong place at first. Also if you have an overheight vehicle you will need to pay for valet parking. The vehicle will not fit in the parking garage.

I booked this suite for my best friend’s birthday. We had a group of 6 of us and were able to fit not only comfortably, but in style! The views are just as advertised- spectacular! I live on Kauai and have been visiting Waikiki for weekend trips for almost 15 years now… this is by far the best place that I have ever booked, and at a price point that wasn’t much more than others I have booked in the past, especially when divided between everybody that came! I would absolutely book this place again!

My friends and I came to Hawaii to celebrate my 50th birthday. This property was very nice with fantastic views overlooking the lagoon, harbor and ocean. Conveniently located, it was within walking distance to many things. Having a parking spot in a garage was nice too. Keypad entry was great, no worries of carrying a key card with us. The tiniest of complaints would be the mattress was a little too firm for my liking but would not keep me from booking this unit again. Owners very good to communicate with. And bonus, there was even a bottle of wine and chocolates wishing me a happy birthday which was very thoughtful! My friends enjoyed our trip very much!

This 2 bed, both with king beds and baths, condo was beautifully located on the 23rd floor of the Ilikai Hotel. We had an incredible view and large porch area. A perfect place to relax and view the sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. Laundry facilities are on each floor and a small grocery store is on the first level. The carpet and furniture is a bit worn but did not detract from our stay. We would return and were quite happy here.

The view is unbeatable. The condo has nicely updated and clean bathrooms and kitchen. The carpeting and the living room furniture has seen better days. Good thing the view is so stunning!

Communication and service was excellent. The location is within walking distance to everything. Nearby lagoon is great for families. Plus having parking was helpful to park our rental during our stay.

Spacious unit with ample room for 5 people. Very close to beach. There are two decks with ocean views. Snorkels and masks were supplied in the unit. The host was very friendly and easy to contact . We hope to stay again!

Located on the 23rd floor the views are amazing. If you want a central downtown location this condo is perfect. We had a great time and wouldn`t hesitate to go back.

I will start off with what is good with this condo which is the view, the view was amazing! Now on to the not so good…the air conditioning is very outdated, we were hot our entire stay with 2 nights we had no air. I also think for the price the condo was dirty, stained rugs, carpet was ripped. The refrigerator was outdated with dents and no water or ice dispenser. For the price of this condo that should all be updated! The owner did let us check out at noon but besides that I would not rent this condo again.

This is a choice spot, corner Oceanside unit, high floor, spectacular views. Beds comfortable. Linens plentiful. Carpet and furnishings in sitting area a bit worn. Check in would have gone more smoothly if we had known in advance that one must first go up to the room to get the parking card for garage access. We were overall happy with our choice and would rent here again.

Incredible view, comfortable beds and overall nice location to stay when in Honolulu. Our last night, we had the best seats for a firework show right outside the hotel from 23 floors up. Perfect communication - instructions and stay and would stay here again!!

Property is located on the 23rd floor of Ilikai resort. Ocean front / marine front. Close to everything. Nicely equipped with beach needs except it didn’t have beach chairs. We purchased some and have left them so now it has it all! Owner was great - very responsive.

I traveled to HI with my high school students for a research conference. We had a blast. The kitchen was well stocked and amazing to have in addition to a nice location next to the beach, stores, restaurants. It was so great to stay here.
