OVERALL DAMN POOR

Room very poor cleanliness when checked in. No immediately housekeeping once last customer late checked out. Washroom condition damn bad with all cement finish, no proper wall tiles and floor tiles. Room super smelly. No proper curtain. No recommend to book this hotel on next visit.

1sr never clean properly , can see long hair on bed and some dirty, washroom smelly and have cockroach air conditioner not so cool beside noise can hear inside , cause there is no wall between room , just plaster wall

Nth i like.

The management do not reserve the room for me and expect im not going when i want to check in at 10pm. The owner do not take the initiative to call me to check with me whether im going to check in at later time and expected me not to check in, she told me when i call her. At first, the room she give me was not clean. The bed is messy like someone has been used. After i request to change another room. The room is not clean and the toilet paint is stripping. I even saw a cockroach in the toilet.

Cheap room rate stay with alots of disturbance.

BF NA-Location good in Pekan Ayer Itam.Good surroundings and everything nearby. Hawkers and the food were good. Walking distance to Kek Lok si temple. Famous laksa was there.

Room cleanness, Soundproof. I can hear the next room activity. Proper front service table.frequently door knocking sound.Should be quiet.

-The staff called me on 10.20pm and knocked on my door for taking another mattress which is using by us due to there is another group of people requesting for additional mattress. -It is very annoying that the receptionist didn't request the other group of people to keep in a low voice when it is at midnight (12.35am) where everyone might already fall asleep. Although I'm aware that there is a budget hotel but it seems like the receptionist didn't done a great work.

The lacation is good where wet market, Kek le ji temple are nearby

The bed sheet, and pillow sheet not wash, not clean enough! Wifi not accessible !
