This charming historical apartment building with 7 individual suites has been completely renovated and turned into modern style suites minutes from The Ark Encounter. You will love this cozy 1 bedroom suite that comfortably sleeps 2, please note this unit is located on the 2nd floor & you must use stairs to access it. Less than 5 minutes from The Ark Encounter & only 45 minutes from The Creation Museum. You will find we are a short walk from charming downtown Williamstown where you will find shops & dining. We are 45 minutes from Lexington, 35 minutes from Cincinnati and 90 minutes from Louisville.

The property was well maintained and close to the attraction we were visiting. It is in a very small town but food and groceries are a short 10 minutes away by highway.

The photos online don’t show the eye sore next to the building. It was a very sketchy area and we didn’t like the looks of the home next door. The apartment was ok and clean. Steep steps to the room which was ok. A few snacks or waters would’ve also been helpful after a long care ride. Would not stay here again.

this property has very steep stairs to upstairs apartments. But is tastily decorated and pleasant. Owner provided coffee, sugar & creamer, salt an pepper, cooking spray and other items. Only downside is that there is no dishwasher, but wife did great anyway. Dishes were marked on back as non-microwaveable.

Really nice unit, very spacious and updated, fantastic kitchen. Very convenient for visiting the Ark Encounter. I wish the town had a coffee shop! Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

The property was just what we needed for our time in Williamstown. It is located right in the middle of the small town and we enjoyed a short walk to a great restaurant (Hansie Flip Burgers) for dinner. It was also very close to the Ark Encounter. What we found when we got there matched what we saw in the pictures.

It was a great stay. We had a difficult time learning the Samsung TV programing. Otherwise everything else was good. Don't plan on doing any major cooking, just basic cookware available.

Our stay was primarily to visit The Ark and the location of this unit is perfect for that. Also, plenty of places to eat in nearby Dry Ridge KY. The only suggestion would be to add a comfortable chair in the TV/living room area.

This apartment was the perfect size for just the two of us. Great location for visiting the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Gina communicated everything clearly and check in/check out was super easy. Thanks for a great week!

We were here to see the ark encounter and the creation museum. We wanted to stay in a place that had room to stretch out because hotels don’t give you that. It was clean and affordable. Right downtown, so you could walk to stores if we wanted. It was cold so we didn’t do that. It was around the holidays so the Christmas lights were out all around. The lights at the ark was beautiful. We would stay here again!

We just stayed 2 nights during our visit to the Ark Encounter. This unit worked well for us. It would be helpful to have a note for guests to explain where the grocery store is! It’s not on GPS and we couldn’t find a website but we didn’t give up! Finally found it on the opposite edge of town. Back to the apartment..,bed was comfortable, rooms are spacious and it was quiet. We would definitely return if we are back in the area.

Room was very clean and location of town was close but nothing open. Walking into the corner of bed frame not so fun but manageable. A little noisy for us but still a way better value than any hotel or motel. Definitely a good bargain.

This was a great place to stay. Gina was a great host. The only thing we would suggest is getting actual room darkening shades for the bedroom, the light shines bright all throughout the day and night. Other than that , it was a amazing stay 😊

My husband and I were attending a wedding near by so this was the perfect size apartment for the two of us. It was super clean and had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be a softer mattress or maybe a mattress pad for the bed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Extremely positive experience. Very clean, comfortable accommodations while we visited the Ark Encounter. Internet connection allowed me to work from our suite throughout the week and participate various in Zoom/Teams calls without any issue. Would definitely stay again!

The bed was the main complaint.Too low and the wood frame around it was tough on our knees.Needs a little shelf on each side of the of the bed to put our phones or a book.Need some hooks or shelves in bathroom.

We stayed here for four nights to allow some leisure time as we visited Ark Encounter one day, Creation museum another day along with a day of rest and sunshine. It was always nice to come back to our “four-day home” afterwards plus begin the day with breakfast right there.

This is a small, but cozy 1 bedroom unit. It came fully furnished with bedding, towels, and fully furnished kitchen. The only setback was that it didnt have a washer and dryer, so we packed extra clothes. However, it’s located in a place that has easy access to a number of places in very little time. My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay here!
