A spacious ocean view condo for rent is full of sunlight and ocean breeze. It features two levels and three bedrooms (there are 3 beds in total: 2 king-size beds and 1 queen-size bed). Two bedrooms with private bathrooms (shower + toilet) are located on the lower level, and the third bedroom is located on a higher level. We provide you with a double air mattress upon request so that up to 8 people can have a comfortable stay in this condo Punta Cana.
A cozy and illuminated living room features a soft sofa and a TV. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking (a stove, a microwave oven, a coffee-maker, a toaster, a blender, and a fridge). A large wooden dining table by the window is the best place to enjoy your meal and a marvelous view of the ocean and Los Corales beach, Bavaro. Excellent location to the beach. A lot of great restaurants nearby to walk to.

We loved our stay and appreciated that everything was as advertised. The ocean beach front view was priceless—we woke up early to watch the sunrise from the balcony. Really like that the bedrooms are split between the 1st and 2nd floor.

The condo is located in the Los Corales Beach community, and is, as advertised, beach/ocean front - a truly great view. There are on-the-beach restaurants on either side of the condo, as well as further down the beach.
Management was quick to respond when needed, and were very friendly. They also have an excursion booking service that we took advantage of. We booked (among other things) a night at the Coco Bongo nightclub. The event was to provide transportation from the condo to the venue, which they failed to do in a timely manner. By the time they figured out the mistake the show had already started. So rather than be late and miss part of the show I had paid for I cancelled. Punta Cana Adventures refunded the entire $$ amount the very next morning - a real class act !!
I would definitely repeat my stay in this unit if I came back to Punta Cana!

This property's location is excellent. You have a magnificent ocean view and ocean breeze. We had some minor issues with check-in and cleanliness which can be addressed with proper maintenance. For example, the bathrooms can use major cleanliness. We ended up buying cleaning products to clean them. One of the beds came apart when our friends went to sit down. The bed just needs to be replaced since it cannot be fixed. The stove's knobs seemed as if they had not been cleaned in some time. These are all minor issues that with proper maintenance will make this location one of the best ones. I would still stay again and I highly recommend it. The management of the property was very attentive and interested in addressing our issues. We received calls from them every day. But unfortunately, we were in/out and we ended missing their phone calls. Please do not let these minor issues prevent you from staying on this property. You are not going to regret it. As I said, I would stay here the next time I visit Punta Cana. Many thanks, Vasiliy, Sergio, and the rest of the crew. One more thing, we loved the area because it is away from the noise of the streets and restaurants and markets are within walking distance. WE are planning to go back to DR and we will stay with Vasiliy

Overall the apartment was very clean, very spacious, and adequately furnished. The location was good and convenient to many places to eat , shop, and excursion were available onsite and nearby. The convenience to the beach was awesome, however we did hit the tail end of the seaweed season. The view was very good, however from about noon to about 11:00 pm, this beach location is a happening place, so do not expect any peace and quite except between 11:00pm to about 11:00am (which is not that bad at all). Overall we felt very safe in this area, and we found most of the people were very friendly. I would give an overall rating of 4.5 out of 5. The only reason that I did not give a 5 would be that several of the plumbing fixture (shower heads especially) needed to be replaced, stove in kitchen works but needs to be updated, and the water on location was beautiful for swimming, but not good for snorkeling on site (very good snorkeling nearby on very affordable excursions). Recommendations: Citrus (excellent restaurant within walking distance); Le Madison (very good Restaurant within walking distance); onsite gourmet popsicle shop (homemade and very tasty); Catalina Island excursion (great price, great snorkeling, fun boat ride, mediocre buffet, well worth the 90 minute commute); mini speed boat/snorkeling excursion (cheep, you can negotiate price, amount of people per boat, and pay for more time on water if you like). Tips: don't plan excursion ahead of time, find a vender on the beech that you like, and haggle! Arron was the name of our guy, he was awesome! He is connected with store #3 in shopping strip on the same beach.

One of the first times a place is as great if not better than expected!
Position position position! Right on the beach with a huge balcony to enjoy it from. Walked to all the best beach restaurants and in town cafes. Fabulous spa right below. Anna was fabulous with her communicating.

Gorgeous view
This was a great property. The views are absolutely stunning!! We traveled with our 3 small children and it was great to be right on the beach. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, there is a community pool and a spa right around the corner. Vasiliy and Anna were quick to answer any questions and help arrange for transportation. The only thing to note is on the weekends, the music is very loud next door, but it quieted down during the weekdays. Overall we had a fantastic stay in this apartment.

Breathtaking views and amazing ocean breeze!
Wonderful spot in the middle of one of the best beaches in the DR! The house is nice and clean. The AC could have been better functioning (some of the ac units I think were a bit undersized for the size of the rooms), but still comfortable enough to Gea good night sleep. Overall, the views were worth the price of admission. You can’t find another place as close to the beach as this property. Anna and vasiliy were always quick to respond met every want and need.

This is a great location right off the beach. Everything from communication response time and location was superb. Some seaweed along shoreline but it's still a beautiful beach. My only problem is the 6 towels and no face towels. We enjoyed our stay over all. I would definitely recommend again.

Family Vacation 2019
This is a great location right off the beach. Everything from communication response time and location was superb. Some seaweed along shoreline but it's still a beautiful beach. My only problem is the 6 towels and no face towels. We enjoyed our stay over all. I would definitely recommend again.

This place is breathtaking. The host, Jose, was very welcoming and even gave us some hints on the best restaurants, of which we loved them all. The house was clean, spacious, well equipped, and the location is just perfect. The view is one that I use to see onky in magazines, and I finally experienced it in reality for the first time here. We didn't want to leave, neither dod our two children. They enjoyed the freedom of being able to run on to the beach and back to the house as they wanted. We had a great stay and will return to stay here again.

Amazing vacation home!

Gorgeous location on Bavaro Beach!
We loved the location and the proximity to restaurants, stores and pretty much everything you need. The balcony is one of the best spots in Punta Cana! There is a nice breeze that really helped on the hottest days.
The apartment is up four flights of stairs, so it would be good to know that in advance, just in case stairs are an issue for you. (No elevator.)
The place could use a little paint and clean drapes, and maybe a few new pots and pans, but overall it was a great place to stay in a great location.
One recommendation: It would be great if they had a book for the apartment with information about the surrounding areas, like grocery stores and restaurants, money exchange, giving 24 hours notice to get clean towels, as well as information about the apartment itself and a map of the area.
Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay there again. We can't imagine staying anywhere else when we go back!

The best view in the area
The ocean was warm and clean. The beach is very nice. The place is located right on the beach. Vasiliy is the best host. We had amazing stay. The space is clean and spacious.
Do not eat at the beach. Do not buy cigars at the beach they are fake! The host told us about that unfortunately we didn't take that seriously.

It was an amazing vacation. The place has a lot of space clean and tidy. Location is just great and centric.
During check in Vasiliy and Anna took care about everything. We really liked it! Beds were very comfortable. RECOMMEND to all!

The place is perfect!!!
The best area! This is the best area I've ever seen. You are connected with all restaurants, mini market, coffee shops, bakeries. The apartment is fresh and new!

We had a great stay. We enjoyed Citrus restaurant the most!
Vasiliy and Anna helped us to organize all excursions we wanted. It was one of the best ever experiences! We will come back next time!

It was wonderful
It was wonderful. The ocean view is even better than we expected. It's love affair. The apartment is very nice. Calm and charming. It's two level. We had very nice time. We loved the ocean with it's fantastic breeze.
I asked the host a favor and they prepared flowers, cake and wine for my boyfriend birthday. I really appreciate that. We had lovely time.

Great personal touch
The place is just great. The ocean view is very lovely. The unit is right on the beach so we enjoyed it a lot.
We had a dinner at lorenzillo it was recommended by host. It was great experience. We took private Yacht trip to Catalina - Amazing.
Don't buy anything at the beach. Vasiliy told us about this. We bought some cigars, fake cigars ))) Then Vasiliy showed us the right place.

Palms & Paradise
The best view in my life. Palms, ocean, white sands. That was my dream to stay at place like this. Like in the movie about gangsters who robbed a bank. ))))
The most beautiful ocean, palms, ocean breeze in your face. This place is exactly what I was dreaming about. It was really nice stay. We spent a lot of time drinking coffee, walking, swimming.

Really Great
I'll try to make it simple:
The place - just great. Were super clean and tidy. They are working hard and spend money to maintain it in perfect condition. Two level apartment with the best ocean view, no questions. BBQ was really helpful.
The ocean - is really great. They have some pool somewhere but we never used it.
Internet - is fast enough to watch some movies. Though we spent most of our time at the terrace and on the beach.
Vasiliy helped us to organize my birthday. My husband told me that it was his job. Zip lines were a bit crazy but we all loved it.

Better than expected
I highly recommend this place! Was better than expected! Fantastic Stay, Very Safe, Perfect Location! Just a few steps to a really nice beach and everything in walking distance.We did not rent a car and were able to walk everywhere. There are several food options within 5 minute walk in every direction. We did not cook at all for prices everywhere were so reasonable! Our favorites were Pizzaria and Joys, Citrus, Dalias Bakery, and Soles Beach Bar. I would be happy to come back next year!
