About this house rental

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Spacious 5 bedroom with bunkroom that easily sleeps 16+. 3 king bedrooms and 2 queen. Bunk room with amazing Castle bunkbeds with 4 full beds along with 300+ game arcade console and additional games. Family room with air hockey table / ping pong / board game multi- table and a Massage Chair. Large open upper level with kitchen that opens out to the upper level porch. Second outdoor deck including large roof top deck with private hot tub. Only steps from Wildhorse gondola (less than 1 block) that is a special gondola from our neighborhood that drops you right at the ski base.

Walk into the middle floor with immediate access to the mudroom and heated garage for storing all your gear. Also on the middle floor is laundry room with double set of Speed Queen washer / dryer for efficiently completing any laundry needs. Continue past the laundry room to the 2 middle floor bedrooms with high end king beds. Between the bedrooms find the full bathroom with shower and tub.

Go upstairs from the middle floor to arrive in the main living space on the upper level. On the upper level enter the open floor plan kitchen and living room with tall vaulted ceilings. Relax in the living room on the large sectional and warm up by the fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with most any small appliance you can imagine and table service for 16+. The island has counter seating for 4. In the adjacent dining area a beautiful custom made 96"x42" walnut and epoxy table provides additional seating for 12 more. Directly off the kitchen, double sliding doors and fold open windows open to the main floor deck creating an open-air indoor/outdoor living space. Off of the living room is the master bedroom with king bed and private bath and additional sliding door access to the main floor deck. Relax under the trellis on the deck or cook your favorite foods on the large Weber grill.

From the main living space, continue up another flight of stairs to the 2nd outdoor living space -- the roof top deck! Complete with mountain views, your own private hot tub, and a large outdoor shuffleboard patio table.

From the middle floor, go downstairs to the kids hang out. The lower level has 2 more individual bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom. Then let the kids loose in the finished rec room complete with an amazing CASTLE that holds 2 sets of full over full bunkbeds (4 total full beds). Next to the castle is a free standing Arcade console with 300+ classic games. This is adjacent to the family room with large screen tv, air hockey / ping pong / game table overlays, and your own MASSAGE CHAIR. Unwind from the adventures of the day by letting the massage chair loosen up those sore muscles. The kids will also enjoy the special kids fort build into the under the stairs space.

The house has a 1.5 car garage to accommodate 1 car and storage for all your gear. There is 1 additional parking spot on the driveway. No street parking is allowed.

House was perfectly located! Quiet neighborhood with a private shuttle and only a short walk to the lower gondola. Inside, everything was fresh, clean and beautiful. The kids area alone made the property worth it. Will definitely stay again!

The house was a perfect setting for our big family’s ski vacation in Steamboat Springs. Just a short walk to the gondola that brings you directly to the mountain. The house is large, beautiful, well appointed and included a long family dining table where we ate and talked for hours.

Our large group (4 families, kids ages 5-15) all had an amazing time at this house. The house was comfortable and spacious. Access to the mountain via gondola was quick and convenient. This was our first time in Steamboat and we hope to return. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend for any group booking a ski vacation.

We had lots of fun. The house had ample space, bedrooms and entertainment area. The development had a great pool, hot tube and game room facility. Lot's to do for all of us. Loved the location in the city. Easy access to restaurants, grocery, shopping stores. Hot tub, air hockey, ping pong, and a castle made everyone happy. Management was excellent and helpful.

This is a very family friendly property with a large gathering area and outdoor space with special touches such as a welcoming scavenger hunt, an air hockey table, and a video console. It is very close to the base of the mountain and access to the gondola.

We had a very good experience staying in this beautiful home with our extended family. We loved the proximity to the pool and pickle ball courts and the house was in excellent condition with all of the amenities we needed. The hosts were especially kind and accommodating as well. We enjoyed every minuet. The property is beautiful, modern, centrally located and spacious. It was clean and well stocked. The beds are super comfy. The hot tub was a perfect addition on the roof. We would highly recommend staying at this location.

This property is a gem—it was wonderful for four families with young children but would be just as great for adults. It is clean, comfortable, and the beds and furnishings are great. The location is perfect – – it’s a short walk (even with three-year-olds!) to the Wildhorse gondola which takes you to the base of the mountain. You can also take advantage of the shuttle system to take you anywhere. The owners are also extremely responsive. Thank you for giving us such magical memories this week!

An incredibly nice home, and excellent location. The Wildhorse gondola is a short walk away, which takes you right to the resort. The hot tub on the roof was very popular with our group. Not having to drive the whole weekend was very nice!

Location is great! Easy access to skiing via the neighborhood gondola. The best kept secret is the Vacasa shuttle- if you don’t know about it, ask! Kitchen/ living was perfect for evening entertainment for 3 families, 11 people. The game room downstairs entertained the kids and the 3 levels offered a nice sound barrier ;-) The hosts/ owners offered quick response to questions. We will be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. The location was perfect. Short drive to most restaurants and stores. The house had plenty of space to accommodate our group. Double set of washers and dryers came in handy. Toy room was an extra bonus for our young grandchild. I would highly recommend this property.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, spacious, and accommodating. We didn’t even have enough time to use all the toys, but we certainly enjoyed shuffle pack, the hot tub, and the ping-pong and air hockey table. We appreciated the pool towels and utilized the double set of washer/dryer. Good communication with the host, and would highly recommend.

A fun house to stay in for all 11 of the members of my family. the kitchen was large enough with seating at the bar.. the large louver type window that opened on to the bar on the deck was especially nice. The rec room in the basement had fun games for the kids to play as well as the adults. The children's area under the stairs is adorable. The hot tub on the fourth level was delightful.
