No one has to compromise in this Oceanfront new construction home completed in January of 2022 equipped with 9 King beds, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Double Bunkbeds (sleeping a total of 28!) Your favorite fur-babies are welcome as well, as the home allows up to two dogs. Equipped with an elevator and handicap-accessible bedroom and bathroom, the entire family can feel at home while finding their place by the sea!

This property's pool has heating capability! Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.
