Nestled in the heart of Paradise Village, this rental is just a short walk away from the 4 community pools, 2 community hot tubs, and a lazy river! Desert Moose has been set up with your comfort in mind and will offer all that you will need for a relaxing vacation. From the fully equipped kitchen to the darling deck swing, this kid-friendly space is the perfect setup for either one or two families to enjoy! Everyone will love the living space in the garage featuring a ping pong table. Be sure to enjoy the outdoor deck with fire pit seating and stunning views of the gorgeous red rock mountains near Snow Canyon just begging to be explored.

Paradise Village is a wonderful, family-friendly option for any vacationer who wants to hang out with the family and have fun! Our amenities include a Kid’s Cove water park and lazy river, as well as another two-tiered heated pool with a water slide between them. There are additionally two, large community hot tubs, walking/biking trails nearby, RV and boat parking and we are right next door to Archie Gubler Park, that includes pickleball, basketball, baseball, sand volleyball, and a splash pad!

Overall very clean, nicely appointed, furnished. Maintained well. Good location with 2 pool areas and lots of pool activities. Beds comfortable. Parking is limited. We had a great stay.

This property was probably the cleanest and nicest I have rented through VRBO. It exceeded my expectation. We rent in this Little subdivision every year for our annual family reunion. This is the nicest property we have stayed at. It was well-maintained, the bathrooms were immaculate. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked with all supplies needed. The only thing of note was the light outside the front door needed a new lightbulb. Other than that, I have no complaints. I would rent from this host again.

I hosted a girl party of 16, with 6 adult daughters, daughter in laws, and 10 grand daughters. Everyone had a great time, and especially loved the pools and slides.

The house was nice and clean. Kid friendly except the air conditioner was making the whole house super cold for the kids. It was like the thermostat had a mind of its own and would kick on even after it was programed to higher temperatures at night for the kids. Other than that, it was amazing and I would definitely recommend!

I would not stay at this home again. The beds are worn-out and uncomfortable and this unit has some major electrical issues. Fans don't work or squeak, fan remotes are missing batteries. The Master bathroom outlets don't work unless you turn on the shower light. The outdoor furniture is worn and the upstairs bedrooms are "lived-in" hard. Don't cook anything on the stove or you'll set off the smoke detectors and the fan in the kitchen didn't work. The ice maker wasn't consistently making ice either. We've stayed at several other homes in the area, the area is great, but this home needs to be refreshed and the deferred maintenance addressed.

We came down with some friends and our kids for a weekend. The house was so cute and just what we needed. The pool was especially fun our kids loved that. Such a fun area and a great stay!

The location was nice and the kids loved both the swimming pool and water park. The house was nice, but said it slept 20 people and we had a hard time squeezing 20 of us in the 3 bedrooms. We had to contact management to find sheets that were locked up in a closet and the master bathroom slide door was broken. They did come fix it on the 2nd day.

We booked this house for a family trip. It included 3 adults and 5 kids aged, 9,8,7,6 and 1. The house has rooms and beds and fun for all ages. The house was actually bigger in person then it looked like in the pictures. The air conditioning worked amazing too. Great for summer. My only complaint was there was not nearly enough cookware. Plenty of utensils, plates bowls and cups. But we managed! Overall. I would 100% stay here again.

This was a great weekend getaway. It has fun pools and plenty of beds. It was well stocked with dishes and bedding etc. The only disappointment we had was the back patio was quite dirty and the furtniture full of cobwebs and spiders so we didnt get to use that as we had hoped.

Very nice place! We had a great time! The house was very pretty and the water park in the community was amazing!! I loved that there was TV's in everyone and that you could access all the streaming services to watch TV. I couldn't get the TV in the master bedroom to connect to the wifi though. We definitely would rent this place again.

The house was very nice. It was right across the street from one swimming area and close to a second. We would definitely rent again. Some of the sporting equipment needed replacement (ping pong paddles and balls). Some of the light switches were confusing and additional labels could have been helpful (we never figured out how to turn on the kitchen fan after finding the remote)

We really enjoyed this property! It is adjacent to a school where at least during the summer time, there was easy access to basketball courts and a green field for soccer and baseball. The two pools were beautiful but you definitely want to arrive early to get a chair! This resort caters to families with younger children and those children in our group enjoyed the pools and slides and lazy river. The adults were fine visiting in the pool and lazy river although it was very crowded. The property was beautifully decorated and had a great set up. We were excited for the ping pong table in the garage but sad to find that there weren't any ping pong balls. There weren't any garbage bags either so we quickly had to run to the store for those. There was a hiccup in the check in process. I never received the information but once I reached out, I got a quick response! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!
