Welcome to your private retreat on 1+ acres only 8 miles/10 minutes from downtown Nashville! This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house has been completely transformed inside and out to be the perfect vacation rental for every kind of group! Amenities include: New deck and privacy fence, fire pit, outdoor seating, bbq grill, GAME GARAGE, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, all new furnishings, bar, etc. all on fully fenced 1+ acres! All basic supplies included with your stay!

PETS WELCOME! Ample parking for all vehicles, trailers, etc.

The one level house is situated on 1.2 acres with a fully fenced backyard that includes a brand new deck with outdoor seating, huge fire pit with chairs, picnic table, hammock, bbq grill etc. The house is 1850 square feet and 4 full bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There is also a huge detached garage that includes ping pong, TV, foosball, pop a shot, cornhole, darts, bumper pool/poker table, fridge, yard games, etc.! The property is well lit, has plenty of parking, and even includes a small stream! Only 8 miles to downtown Nashville and very close to numerous restaurants, bars, etc.

This was a family gathering of 10 from age 7 to grandparents. We enjoyed our stay, with a bed and table seating for everyone. There was plenty of cooking utensils for a big family dinner. The game room was fun for all ages and we enjoyed the fire pit and the deck area. An easy drive around town. We all went to the zoo and Sunday the girls went to the Mall. Thank you for sharing this great home.

I hosted a bachelor party in town for the weekend and this place was the perfect spot to come hang out and supplement the other things to do in the area. The game barn was a hit! Plenty of space in the house and yard. Everything was clean and up to date. Really the only suggestion is to install some sort of A/C in the game barn. Opening the garage doors and turning on the fans was okay but let bugs in. 100% would stay here again when taking a big group to Nashville!

Adult family of 7 get together with two dogs. Austin was wonderful to deal with. He got back to me very quickly on any concerns or questions, even honoring a special request. The dogs loved the yard! We enjoyed the roominess of the house. The bedrooms were large, each having a closet with sufficient hangers, which doesn’t happen frequently. The house was clean and in a quiet, safe neighborhood, so walks were enjoyable in the morning. Many times in the Nashville area a rental home is against the highway and you hear cars. Not here. So peaceful. I would highly recommend this home to any larger group visiting Nashville. We would gladly come back!

It was close to all the places we were wanting to see. We stayed three nights. Had one small problem. Owner came right over. Afterwards while talking to him he gave us some recommendations for restaurants and a zip line. Four of 8 wanted to go zip lining. They had a great time. My daughter and I wish we had gone too. The game building had everything you could want. My son in law and grandkids enjoyed that. In the evenings we sat out back and had a fire and s’mores. So glad we chose this place. Felt safe.

Communication with the host was amazing. We hardly spent any time inside because there were so many things in the garage and yard to keep us occupied. Close to stores yet in a quiet neighborhood.

The family had a wonderful time in Nashville for Christmas 2023. The location was perfect, literally close to everything. The place was just as shown and described. It has an absolutely awesome outside deck, fire pit, and yard. The gaming garage is great as well. We loved the placed and it had everything we needed for a great time. The only down sides were: 1) The grill needs replacing, its old, dirty, rusty, and the burners need replaced. It took absolutely forever to get hot enough to cook on and then the grilled items took forever to cook. 2) The backyard had dog crap in several places - please clean up after your dog. 3) {minor} the gaming garage was a bit musty and could really use a good cleaning and freshening up. This place would be excellent and a full five stars if it had a clean functioning grill and the backyard wasn't full of dog excrement.

It was the perfect space for family w/end. Wish we’d had more time to just hang out there…we were on the go a lot! It was close proximity to everything we needed! Wish we’d had time to use fire pit for s’mores! Garage activity area was amazing 4 kiddos! Everyone able to spread out and plenty of open space for kids to play. Beds comfy! So impressed firewood there, ample supplies of things normally not supplied i.e. kitchen supplies (spices, storage containers, trash bags, p.towel, dishwasher/laundry tabs, & coffee! What a luxury! Have to give kudos to not only ample tp but good quality! & cute decor touches! Not only would we come back we would recommend to any1!

This place was just as shown in the photos. I would definitely stay here again!! Normally places like this are a lot different when you arrive. The game room stuff was all in great shape, the house was wonderful, well decorated( felt like home) and clean. I think my only recommendations, which are minor, would be better quality pillows, the ice maker wasn’t putting out much ice for drinks/coolers, and the fire pit was almost full of coal remains, BUT we were still able to make a fire. I’m assuming it was due to be cleaned out after we left.. it’s only a short drive to get wherever you want to be in Nashville and your outside of the stop and go city traffic!

We had a wonderful stay and I could not have asked for a better situation for Gramma, mom, dad, two adult daughters and our large dogs. Clean, well appointed and a nice established neighborhood where we felt safe walking our dogs as well.

We took a family vacation to Nashville and picked this property because of the space and fenced yard. It wasn’t as close to downtown as others but we knew this when we made our decision. It was only about 20 minutes to get where we wanted. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries. The property was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the towels were nice and fluffy, and the neighborhood was quiet. Would recommend and will stay again if we return to Nashville.

We loved our stay. The house was very clean. It was a very big house. The pictures do not do it justice. I would recommend anyone with a good size party to stay here. It also had a detached garage, converted into a game room with a lot of games. It was perfect for a larger group to play games and kick back and have fun. It is just a 10 minute drive to Nashville so you could go to Nashville to have fun and wind down at this house or continue the fun at this house. We highly recommend this location.

Two adults and four kids. I’m thankful for the spacious garage with lots of games, and the Xbox. The rain canceled our mountain biking plans, but the kids had plenty to do. Obvious attention to detail. I was thrilled with the kitchen pots and utensils. The sharp cooking knife was incredible! I wish the fourth bedroom with the quarter bathroom attached had a king sized bed and the bunk bed with in one of the bedrooms close to the other two. It would have been really nice to have the option for separation from the kiddos. We had a couple of issues with comforters smelling like dog urine, but Austin came over and got out a clean comforters promptly. It was impressive. We weren’t able to get the Wi Fi to work consistently, which was a bummer. The neighborhood was a bit busier than I expected. Sirens, barking dogs, and traffic noise in the evening. Would definitely stay here again! This house would be especially fun with a bunch of adults.

We needed a break and I get away. This house gave us plenty of room to spread out with a huge backyard and wonderful games and such to play in the detached barn. Pictures don’t do it justice. It is very nice and a great location we were definitely stay again.

We chose this place for its homey feel. It is close enough to everything, but not in the middle of the noise! Nice little neighborhood with little noise or traffic. The home was well stocked and nicely furnished. The host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend and will likely stay again.

Loved this beautiful home just minutes from downtown Nashville. We chose this home based on the fenced in area for our dogs. Let me tell you, the place did not disappoint. Not only did the dogs have a half acre to roam free, the inside is spacious and very accommodating. We loved sitting by the fire pit at night. The owner was really easy to work with. We would love to revisit this place.

My family stayed here for a week. It was a great location. The house was so accommodating, it has everything you need. The game room was so fun, yard and fire pit were so awesome as well. We had a full house and enjoyed it all. I highly recommend this place. It in my favorites for sure. Austin even messaged the second day to check in and make sure everything was good.

What a great house! Lots of room and all of the essentials are there for you. Close to downtown. The boys LOVED the game room and used it every night. The huge fenced in backyard was loved by the furry family members. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very responsive to questions. The location to highway and interstate was great. Neighborhood was quiet. It had everything we needed and more. We had 10 people in our group and didn't feel crowded at all.

We had a great time. The house was very nice, it was decorated SO CUTE. Having the yard and game garage for the kids was AWESOME. The outdoor space was fantastic. You're just far enough outside of the central city area that it's quiet, but not so far that driving to see things and go places is a hassle.
