The main floor was designed to allow guests to enjoy time together in comfort due to the open floor plan that connects kitchen, dining room and family room all together. The main floor living room has comfortable seating for several people and also has a huge Smart TV.
The kitchen has an open concept to the living room with a full sized dining table and fully equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, griddle, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, spices, condiments, and all the other cooking essentials to cook up a meal that everyone will enjoy!
The second level features 3 master suites making each room private and personal. All master suites feature luxury King beds, a private and spacious en suite bathrooms with large and trendy walk in tile showers, and individualized decor. The upgraded Luxury master features a double vanity and private balcony.
The home offers 2 spacious living rooms with large Smart TV's that allow you to easily access your personal streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. This is perfect if your group has children that want to watch movies or play games in their own living area while the adults have time for themselves.
The third floor has 2 additional bedrooms. 1 room is the bunk room with 2 bed bunks with 4 twin mattresses along with a trundle bed under one of the bunks. The other top floor room has 2 full sized beds large enough for adults. The top floor features the second living room that has TV and the sectional has another pullout mattress. Off from the loft living room is a large walk out balcony with outdoor seating and a smokeless fire pit. There is also a smaller walk out patio that faces the pool that is directly across the street from the house that offer unobstructed direct site to the pool.
Aside from the beautiful pool and hot tub, other house amenities include two pickleball courts, a small rock climbing area for kids, and a basketball hoop.

The townhome is conveniently located off Dixie Drive which offers quick and easy access to I-15 allowing you to conveniently and quickly navigate all the city has to offer.
The home is also located a few hundred yards from hiking and mountain bike trailheads such as the the Zen Trail and the popular Bearclaw Poppy Trail.
The home is also in close proximity to the BE MORE Complex which features The Rinq skating rink, Nets on Fire basketball facility, Melted Massage, and The Ninja Grip gym which all offer endless options for family fun!
This vacation rental is found in the Vue at Green Springs community. Each unit has a 1 car garage along with driveway parking for 2 vehicles. In addition, the community has guests parking throughout. Mainly around the pool area. For larger vehicles, trailers, boats, ect. there is street parking allowed about 1 block away from the home on Gap Canyon Road.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
Everything in the house is there for your use and enjoyment! This includes any food, beverages, toiletries, and coupons or gifts. Please use all amenities for their intended purpose only and return them to their proper place.
Pool Access- Pool has a keypad for access. Simultaneously press #2 and #4, then release, and press #3.
TV’s- All of the house’s TV’s have access to streaming service such as Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. Simply use the remote to log in to your private account.
Heat and AC Controls- Each room has it's individual heater/cooling unit controlled by the thermostat on the wall. We ask that you keep the temperature similar in each room on the same floor.
Bikes and other Gear - Please leave bikes and other outdoor gear in the garage. Bringing them into the house tracks in unwanted dirt and mess and also damages walls and floors.
Towels- Fresh towels can be found under the cabinet of each bathroom.

Cleanliness
As a courtesy, please remove your shoes while in the home and keep food and drink items in the kitchen and off the carpeted areas. Also, please be respectful to the furniture and the provided house items by only using them for their intended purpose.
Pool and Hot Tub
There is no lifeguard or supervision at the pool. Children need parental supervision to use the facility. Food and drink are prohibited within the pool area.
Shoes and Drink
Please respect the house by removing shoes while in the house. Food and drink are also prohibited in the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Parking
Parking on the street is prohibited. Please make sure that all vehicles are parked in the garage or in the designated visitor parking areas.
Smoking
All smoking is prohibited inside and around the home.
Pets
Pets of any/all kind are NOT allowed on the property. This includes the garage. Additional cleaning fee may apply.
Noise
We want all our guests to enjoy their stay. However, we ask that our guests be courteous to the neighbors by keeping the noise at a reasonable level. Especially during hours after 10:00 PM.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Check out is at 10:00 a.m. the day of your scheduled departure
House Items- Please ensure that all other house amenities such as coolers, toys, games, etc. are returned to their proper place. Make sure BBQ grill/ fire pit propane tank is turned off.
Make sure to log out of your online streaming service such as Netflix, Hulu Prime, etc.
Security- Please turn off the thermostat (unless instructed otherwise) and make sure that all windows and doors are shut and locked. However, please do not lock the interior garage door. Close all blinds, turn off all lights, and ensure that all faucets are turned off.
Laundry- Before your departure, please start a load of pool towels. Please leave all other used towels, sheets, and pillow cases on the floor at the foot of each bed. Please keep blankets and bed spread are in a separate pile and DO NOT remove mattress covers from mattress!
Kitchen- Make sure all items are returned to their proper space. Ensure stove is turned off. Load all used dishes and kitchen items into the dishwasher and start the load.
Garbage- Please remove all trash from the house and place into the trash bin. Garbage day is every Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m. If garbage day falls during your stay please make sure the garbage bin is taken to the road on Tuesday night.
Guest Belongings- Please make sure to that you have all your personal belongings. Check in all closets, under beds, and in all bedroom drawers. Ensure that personal towels, pillows, etc. are separated from those provided by the house. Returning lost or forgotten items can be a lengthy process that often requires you to pay postage fees.

Take Interstate 15 north to Exit 22. At the end of the off-ramp, turn right onto Old Highway 91. Travel south 2 miles and turn right. Continue under two freeway tunnels (tunnels restrict vehicle size to less than 12 feet in height and width) and follow the paved road for 1.3 miles into the campground. Small parking fee required.
Toquerville Falls
Head north on I-15 for about 20 miles and take exit 27 to Toquerville UT-17 S/UT-228.

Overall the condo is amazing! Great spot great layout and easily accommodated our large extended family. The only complaint was that the upstairs bunk bed room was just unusable due to the AC not working.. Even after telling the management no contact or effort was made to resolve the issue. Overall a great place for a getaway.

This place is clean and comfortable and beautiful! The three primary rooms are beautiful and so spacious. They each have their own private bathroom and shower. Stunning design. There is a couple bedroom fan remotes and fabs that we couldn’t get running. Outside of that things were great!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable for all of us. We did have trouble with opening the front door. It was extremely difficult to unlock. The internet was not working when we arrived. Our host was very helpful and resolved the issue. Our grandchildren loved the basketball court and played until dark. It would have been nice to have lights at the courts for playing in the evening.

This property was just as described, and was truly "ideal for large groups"! We had combined 3 different family's of all ages. The 3 master suites really suited our group and the upstairs loft and bedrooms were especially great for all the kids! Excellent stay and excellent place!

Very nice new property with beautiful rooms. Each room has a bathroom. Kitchen and living room spaces are great and a second living room space upstairs. Balconies and outside space. The pool and hot tub were heated and just steps away. Great location. 5 min drive from a huge playground for kids and a cafes. Would stay again and also recommend to friends.

The property was amazing however absolutely no wifi for entire stay nor even at pool. We were told by property manager that the previous folks also had same issue and that simply not acceptable. As we checked out we asked the neighbours two doors down and they had been there a week and had not issues with wifi! Not only are we from Canada roaming fees are astronomical; we had no TV whatsoever !

We had six guys for a golf trip to the St. George/Mesquite area. The property worked well for everyone. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was sufficiently equipped, and the location was fine. The property manager even got us a subscription to youtube tv for the week at our request prior to renting the property. We had a little difficulty communicating with the property manager on some minor questions, but it was the week of July 4, so I understand.
Unfortunately, that difficulty communicating has continued concerning an overcharge and the security deposit. On June 14 (it is now July 25), I was advised that the overcharge would be refunded that day. On July 19, I let the property manager know that I had not seen that refund, nor had I seen a credit for the security deposit. The response I received (also on July 19) was that he’ll “dig in and find out what’s going on.” I’ve since sent three more emails, on July 21, 24, and again this morning, and have heard no further response.
Accordingly, while the accommodations were nice, and we enjoyed the property overall, the lack of communication after the stay and failing to issue credits causes me to only give one star.

We had a very nice stay. Check in was effortless. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed cool. Lots of space for kids and adults to separate if needed. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Very close to the pool and lots of towels provided. Would stay here again! No bedrooms on main floor, FYI. Wasn’t a problem for us but there are three levels total with bedrooms on upper levels only and the second living room was up top with two balconies. Loved it. Thank you!

This condo was very comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked with any type of kitchen appliance or gadget we needed. It was clean and spacious. I liked the bedroom options and sleeping arrangements. It was a busy weekend for us so we did not spend as much time in the unit as I might have liked to. I would re-book if I have a need of that large a space in the future!

We loved our stay at this property, the condo fit our group perfectly and it is clean, well-stocked, beautifully decorated, and comfortable in every way! The pool felt too small for the number of condos in the complex, but that was our only complaint. Otherwise, we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect place
This is one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. It was so clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the pool, pickleball court and basketball court. Plenty of space and close to the hiking and other activities we wanted to do.

Great vacation spot
We recently stayed here with 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 9-1). This is a great property with a lot of amenities. We really appreciated the bunk room and individual AC units in each room. The adults were able to play games and watch TV on the ground floor without having to worry about waking up the kids on the 3rd floor. The property was just as described in the listing and everything was very clean. It’s in a great location and only minutes away from gas stations and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Overall great, just a couple of small things...
We loved the property. Only two things that could have been better...1. there wasn't a grill on the patio. This is the first VRBO that I have stayed at in St. George that didn't have a grill. 2. The kitchen cooking pans were not very good. We cooked hamburgers inside (no grill) and the pans were pretty cheap... But overall the property is very nice. Maybe the owner is getting a grill soon?... I would recommend it!
