HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Ocean Oasis is a premier oceanfront property with over 3000 SF of living space, also featuring a private pool and elevator. Ideally located just a short walk from the Garden City Pier. Relax in the shade on one of the two covered porches while enjoying the unlimited views of the Atlantic Ocean. There's plenty of room for the entire family with 7 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, and a large open floorplan. Every bedroom offers a TV and full bathroom. The two upstairs master bedrooms share a private covered porch with unparalleled ocean views. Other features include a breakfast bar, wet bar, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, sundeck, outdoor shower, private beach access walkway, covered parking, and much more. This house has it all as you can quickly jump from the beach to a private pool and then take a short walk to the pier for more fun. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.
Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sleeper sofas). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge.
