About this house rental

Welcome to your home away from home. Lovely 3-bedroom/ 2.5 bath with oversized rooms has everything you need to make it perfect memory. Upscale townhome comfortably furnished with easy access to all Boise has to offer. Large patio with gas BBQ grill and lawn area Lots of games, puzzles and toys available in kid's cubby. Port-a-crib and a high chair is available.

You can park in the attached 2 car garage or in the 2 car driveway. As the house is occasionally empty, we have motion activated security cameras on the front of the garage.

Enjoy some time in beautiful Meridian. You are only minutes to Albertsons, Costco, Fred Meyers, Walmart, Dollar Tree, Sonic, Dutch Bros. Coffee, and the newest and finest mall in Idaho - The Village in Meridian. Within 30 minutes to 2 1/2 hours, you have world class biking, mountain biking and hiking, whitewater rafting, & snow skiing. You name it, and we probably have it nearby.

The house was even better than we expected. It worked out perfectly both in size and location for our needs. Very nicely done and loved the large couch seating for movies. The snacks provided were a very nice touch too. We would certainly book this house again in the future.

We were very pleased with our stay at this lovely home. The neighborhood was centrally located to everything we needed to do. The house was comfortable and had what we needed to entertain and watch our 9 month old grandchild. We would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful home. Close to grocery store and shopping. Very handy. Hosts were fantastic. They were open to us having guests and even had a special play area for our grandson if he came over. Hopefully we will be able to come back again sometime and would love to stay there again.

An amazing home that was complete with everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Dave was a gem. His replies were timely and courteous. We hosted a number of friends and family and felt like we were in our own home. This one’s a keeper.

This home was perfect for our multi-generational family. Grandparents had the master suite on the main floor. The rest of us had ample space in the upstairs rooms. Everyone slept well in the comfortable beds. We all enjoyed the games and puzzles. Quiet street, yet close to everything we need. Great communication with owners and check-in was a breeze. We have stayed in other homes in Meridian, but this is now our first choice option for our next visit!

The home was very cozy and clean. It was well stocked with supplies that we needed and it was incredibly close to amenities if there was something we needed. The toy room under the stairs was very cute and my children really loved the toys provided. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We were so impressed with this beautiful home. Everything was first class. Awesome goodie basket on arrival, plenty of space, VERY clean and well cared for home. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Owners were so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this lovely home with very nice owners.

We loved this beautiful, well stocked and decorated home. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had some local family come for dinner and the cozy fireplace, Christmas lights, large dining table, well stocked kitchen made it perfect. Our grandson even spent the night with us. The hosts kept in contact and made access easy for us. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

We rented this location as a place to stay while visiting family, but it ended up being a great hangout place as well. The pictures don’t do it justice. The rooms are large and very well taken care of. The living area was plenty of room for 8 adults and 5 kids to hangout. We had minor issues figuring out the AC, but David was willing to come over quickly (he lives 5 minutes away) and teach us how to use the dual zone AC system. The lower level will take priority when using the AC, so be aware of that. We will definitely be back!

This was such a nice place! The owners are wonderful! This home has 3 spacious bedrooms and the rest of the home was so comfortable. I loved that there were toys for my grandkids to play with. We would definitely rent and stay at Dave and Kathy's places again! Can't say enough good things about them!
