Donna has the perfect property for a couple. Very well stocked with beach stuff, pots/pans, coffee, oils etc. Easy access to the unit and Donna always responds so quickly. We’re ready to come back and it’s only been a week.

Donna was the best host you could ask for. The communication was quick and always helpful. The Condo is as good as it gets!! The photos don't do it justice, even thought they are excellent. A quiet neighborhood, right on the ocean, great amenities in the Condo, as I said, as advertised and more.. Already thinking about when I can go back.

It was a fantastic stay, amenities left nothing out that made it a wonderful place to stay. Just ten steps to the walkway down to the beach. The owner provided us with plenty of restaurant selections. Our favorite was Aunt Kate’s. Ten minutes to a Publix and stores. Overall rating should be a 10.

Approaching this oasis, we were greeted by a premium parking space that was closest to the entrance of this amazing property. Entering the living room, we found smart furniture and a 65" TV. Which we enjoyed winding down in the evenings. The king size bed was so comfortable with luxious sheets. (We plan to purchase the same brand for our home.). We noticed how a solid night sleep enhanced our experience. The full kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. By the way, there are shops and restaurants near by. We enjoyed sitting in the adirondack chairs drinking coffee on the lenai while watching vividly colorful sunrises. Just through the glass doors from the lenai, we enjoyed access to a private beach. The ocean sounds and breeze made walks on the sand extremely peaceful. The host was easily accessible and responsive. WELL RECOMMENDED!

I cannot say enough about this property. From the booking to the check out - everything was perfect. Donna was quick to supply any and all information needed to make our stay perfect. When we arrived, the unit was clean and neat and everything was just as described. We immediately put our things down that we bought and walked out to the back porch (although I am not sure you could call it that - it was just an extension of the living area) and sat in the chairs and admired the view which was perfect. The first night, we were able to watch the moon rise and we got up early each morning to watch the sunrise. The weather was wonderful - not too hot and not too cold - just perfect. It was almost like we were on a private beach. We had stopped by Publix on the way because, we knew when we got here we would not want to leave so I cannot recommend any eateries. This was a trip for our 38th wedding anniversary - not a "monumental" year but since I am currently being treated for stage 4 breast cancer that is now in my lungs (I went through all the treatment 6 years ago for stage 1 breast cancer and was declared cancer free but it came back one year ago in my lungs), I did not want to waste the celebration. Little bit of downer there but it was the perfect place to be to celebrate an occasion that was special. Thank you Donna for allowing us to enjoy your perfect place. I hope we can come back one day.

We lived in Ponte Vedra Beach for over 20 years and go back a couple times a year to visit friends. We always stay in a condo on the beach in the same area as this one. However, this was our first stay at this particular condo. It was excellent! Very clean, well kept, perfectly furnished and Donna has equipped the unit with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and there are even beach chairs and umbrellas available. Our only difficulty was with the electronic keyboard to enter the unit. I've used those things many times and never encountered one as confusing and loud as that one when it opens. Once you figure out the system, it's pretty easy to use but not intuitive at all. Be patient when you first get there! I used a few words I'm not proud of. Regardless, I would highly recommend this unit and we will certainly be booking it on a future trip.

A wonderful stay at this beautiful condo located on the Oceanside. Amazing sunrises and a beautiful beach for our early morning walks. Spent every evening sitting in the lanai enjoying the sound of the surf looking out at the ocean while enjoying a glass of wine. Highly recommended!!

Everything was wonderful!! Loved the location. The only issues we had was the hallway as getting repainted, new carpet so alot of dust was brought into the condo. And a ceiling fan would have been helpful in the bedroom as it was hotter than the rest of the condo. BUt overall, a wonderful experience.

This property is perfectly located. Literally 9-10 steps from your sliding glass door to a pier that puts you on the beach. Shopping and great dining nearby. Donna is a superb host who only wants to make sure her guests are happy and well taken care of. The condo is comfortable and nicely maintained. A comfortable king bed is a huge plus! We loved it!

This is a gem, hostess was so kind to us as we needed to extend our stay twice. The beach view is wonderful and king bed very comfy. Kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook and several good restaurants very close by. We hope to be back soon.

This is a lovely location right on the beach. The host makes check-in and check-out super easy, and she quickly responds to messages. The patio is lovely with a ceiling fan and glass doors that slide open with screens so you can enjoy the ocean both covered or on the sand. It has easy access to the beach. We struggled not having a ceiling fan in the bedroom because we are used to having it on, but the temperature is perfect so you don’t need it to stay cool. We will stay here again in the future, but will bring a power strip to make plugging in all our electronics easier. But overall, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the amazing location.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, especially being right on the water in just a few steps. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and we took advantage of the kitchen too! Everything was just as described and the check in process was seamless. I love the privacy of this place where it seemed like a home away from home. The back porch is amazing and offers the best views, our weather was perfect and the water was beautiful.

My husband and I wanted a mini-vacation prior to our large family vacation. It was total relaxation from Thursday till Monday. What a wonderful location just steps from the shoreline! A beautiful enclosed porch (glass and screen) provided the perfect spot to watch the sunrise, have breakfast and evening cocktails. The condo is well stocked for those who like to cook (we do). Also, conveniently located to many great dining locations, seafood market and shopping. A perfect condo for a couple’s vacation.

We decided, last minute, to take the long weekend to visit our daughter who is interning in the area. Everything in the listing was met and exceeding our expectations! Perfect place for my husband and I to enjoy a little get away and also see our daughter. The beach is literally steps away. The "neighborhood" is quite and the "residents" so very friendly. Everything we needed was there: two beach chairs, two beach towels, well stocked kitchen, small toiletries in bathroom for any forgotten items, a full length mirror in the bedroom, plenty of glassware. We didn't cook in the room, but it appeared to be well stocked for cooking. Our favorite was the porch! We spent the most time there! Our daughter came for the day and did schoolwork (grad school) on the porch with that beautiful view. There is shopping, grocery and restaurants very close by, 5 minutes. But don't overlook driving into Jacksonville to enjoy River and Post's rooftop; we will try the more upscale downstairs on our next visit! Donna is a great host, easy communication and check in/out. 10 feet to the ocean; what more can you ask for? The condo was so comfortable, the patio right there at the ocean, the rest of the accommodations were great, easy to get around neighborhood too! What can I say about Donna --- let's see it would take me longer than anyone reading this. She was so friendly, understanding of any of my needs, rushed right over when I called, nothing major though. Responded to me the day I left to wish me well on my journey home.. Who does that? I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully it will be available, this is some place to stay, people!! Take care, Donna; I wish you happiness forever in your life. You are real with the short time I had to get to know you!

This was one of the best vacation beach rentals we’ve ever experienced! The condo was even better than the pictures. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the condo was equipped with everything you could want for a beach vacation. Our favorite spot was the huge screen porch where we spent most of our time, watching and listening to the surf. We especially appreciated the large bedroom with a big closet and dresser and space to spread out. Our communication with the host was superb. Donna provided detailed instructions on check in and check out and responded to messages within minutes. Our only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay! Perfect weather, clean and uncrowded beach right outside our door. We will surely be back.

Can walk/run onPonte Vedra beach miles in either direction. Donna checked in with us a couple times to make sure all was ok and was very prompt responding to the couple of questions we had

Very comfortable condo right on the uncrowded beach. Open the lanai doors and just enjoy the sound of the waves, or step out for a morning walk. Responsive and attentive owner. Quiet location and parking right out the front door. You won’t want to leave, but St. Augustine is just down the road for a day trip. Sit back and relax!
