Met all are needs. Spectacular view. Spacious. Clean. Styrofoam surfboard broke in half on a big wave

Great space for 10, location was great to take a walk down to beach and trail to pier. Area is nice and close to drive to anything needed.

Condo is in a great location, amenities and amount of space was perfect. The cleaners need to do a better job but overall it was a great stay.

Loved this property and could not recommend it more! The hot tub had immaculate views and there was plenty of beds for everyone! 10/10

This house was wonderful - super clean, great views of ocean from living room. Can't say enough good things about it! Would definitely go back.

Property was clean and well appointed. Highly recommend!

Loved the location, the view and the layout. It was cozy and made our stay very enjoyable. It’s a bit of a hike to the beach, some would see it as an adventure and others would see it as an inconvenience, I’m personally in the middle. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great layout, awesome views, close to the beach and a great walking path. Hot tub is an awesome addition!

We enjoyed our stay in the spacious house. There was plenty of room for eight of us. Many amenities were provided.

We booked this condo for close proximity to the beach and those views, both of which didn’t disappoint! We loved the walking trail along the beach and all the beach amenities the home offered. The kids loved taking the boggie boards to the beach and we loved the chairs. Very responsive management!

We were all very happy there. The only negative was the neighbors partying until 4am. But, that was obviously not the fault of the house rental people.

Lovely spacious condo close to ocean and beaches. We were there to celebrate milestone (70th and 80th) birthdays with family. The condo is on three floors so there are a lot of stairs but they weren't a problem for us. The roof top deck with its hot tub is private and has plenty of seating, and views over roof tops of the ocean.

Fantastic property. Very clean, and you can see and hear the waves from the deck.

We stayed at this wonderful house for our daughter’s wedding & we couldn’t have been happier with the size, location , & amenities of it.

This house is full of amenities that provide almost every aspect of comfortable living on the beach. While not right on the beach the views are spectacular and the location is close to beach access.
We stayed five nights. There were eight of us. The September weather was delightful.
If you are unable to walk on the beach there is a nice walking path all the way to the pier, a little over 1 mile.

We had a great time & the house is beautiful . Vacasa is amazing . There was an issue with are first rental that wasn’t there fault . They went out of their way to find us an even more amazing property . Had a great vacation thank you

We were pleased upon arrival. It seemed clean, lots of space and the view was great. The beach is close and access to the I5 freeway is simple. However, the first time I used the master shower. It didn’t drain. Within 2 minutes I was standing in an inch of water and this is a large shower.
I contacted Vacasa and was told they get someone out to fix it. They claimed someone checked it and didn’t see a problem. ( I’m not sure anyone came) I sent them a 40 sec video demonstrating the problem. Their plumber came on our last day and poured drain cleaner and it finally drained properly for 1 day.
As for the hot tub, when we went to use it, it stunk. Clearly the filter was not working. This should have been checked prior to our arrival. The high cleaning fee should include checking the hot tub. I contacted them that evening and was told they could get some one there Thursday which didn’t help us because we planned to be in Disneyland all day.
Both the plumber and hot tub person came Thursday. One of them left the front door unlocked. I discovered this when I took garbage out before check out. We entered and exited the unit through the garage so it had to be the contractor. This infuriated me. My daughter slept in the room next to the front door so she was in an insecure place. Luckily nothing happened but things could have been taken, vandalism etc. I have given Vacasa multiple opportunities to respond but they have continued to ignore me.

A great condo with a wonderful view of the ocean. Most things you need are available. Not equipped for travel with a baby/toddler so be sure to bring something for sleeping +/- chair if needed. We had a great time.

This place was perfect space for all

This house is really well located. It is very pleasant to live in. The spaces are very good. You can feel that it has been recently renovated. The only drawback is that it lacks basic equipment, but I think this should be corrected soon. We had to buy scissors, hangers, we had no drying rack available to dry towels, wetsuits etc... No wine glasses, lack of dishes, kitchen tools... This lowers the level of luxury a bit, but correcting this will make this rental perfect.

The house is clean, great decor and the view is spectacular. The house is a bit echoy should you be with a big group and go to bed early, I’d suggest a sound machine.

Love the location and layout of this house. Amazing views including a private rooftop! Our second year in a row to stay here. Giving this 4 stars due to the late check-in - the previous tenants left late and it wasn’t clean by 4pm check-in. The poor cleaning crew had to rush and the house was not as clean as we would have preferred. We couldn’t check-in until 5pm and no one contacted me to apologize or check-in on our status.

The views were fantastic, especially from the roof. Very spacious home. Short walk to beach. Cute beach town. Conveniently located between LA and San Diego.

Perfect Family Retreat
Quick walk to beach and 2.3 mi from front door to end of San Clemente Pier. Used upper deck with hot tub a bunch since weather was too cool for beach. Unit has a lot of stairs so not the best for older relatives but once they were on the main level they did not have to go up and down too much. Unit could use more kitchen towels and wash rags. Beds were awesome and bedding/pillows were clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have remote for garage. Bottom drawer on fridge was not working and keeping refrigerator door from closing. We took it out and then door and fridge worked fine without it in. We would definitely recommend this property and considering staying here again in the future.

Amazing views and house!
My family loved this home to stay while my brother got married. Every family had their own bathroom and their space so no one was in eachother’s way. Would definitely come back! The view is incredible. Washer and dryer included and a hot tub on the roof. Couldn’t ask for more

beautiful home, beautiful views
Wow! This place had everything we needed for a sunny, beachy vacation. The condo (felt more like a house - no shared spaces) was well equipped, super clean, comfortable beds and so spacious. Quick access to the beach through a really pretty park, or through a neighborhood access point. We even rented a street-legal golf cart from a local dealer to give it a true vacay-feel :) We loved it, and will certainly be back.

We had an amazing time at at this wonderful 3 story condo. We enjoyed the roof top hot-tub all day and at night. The view is spectacular! The location is amazing...close to it all, but private and in a very safe neighborhood. Our family of 4 had more then enough room, but we would stay there again in a heart beat and bring friends next time. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable, beautiful décor. Eating breakfast on the veranda and being able to cook and grill on the rooftop, you will love your stay here, promise!!! I am leaving 5 stars, but I would love to leave some feedback to help your future guests. We own a beach home in the south and have learned a few tricks and would like to pass them along. It would be great if you had some place to hang towels. This is near the beach and with a hot-tub, we had wet towels everywhere and there were only 4 of us. I recommend maybe some hooks in the garage and more hooks in the bathrooms. (Loved the outdoor foot bath/shower to wash off the sand outside). The kitchen was NOT well stocked. There wasn't a pizza pan even though there was a pizza slicer. We enjoy cooking in the places we stay, but the kitchen supplies made that experience less enjoyable, felt like the bare minimum. There should be more multiples of almost everything. A good number to go by in the hospitality world is the number the house sleeps plus 6. So with your listing your condo sleeps 10, therefore you should have 16 of everything 16 plates, forks, drinking glasses, etc. It would also be great to have some more pans and glass cookware like 9x13 pan and an 8x8. You were also missing measuring cups and measuring spoons and a few more spatulas as well. We loved our stay and hope these suggestions make it better for you and your guests.
When we arrived the hot-tub needed to be cleaned, but we texted management and they sent someone out right away and we were able to enjoy it the rest of our stay. Communication was great and they checked in to make sure we got in okay and everything was to our satisfaction. Thank you so much!
