This 1950s home was completely renovated in 2021. The home sits on 1.6 acres of land and backs up to the Bullock Creek. Enjoy the quite country life while still being 6 minutes from Downtown Midland.
The main level has a master bedroom with a king bed and full master bathroom. It also has a 1/2 bath, full kitchen, dining room and small living room with gorgeous views of the Creek.
The walkout basement has a large living room, kitchen, laundry area, office, full bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has (2) twin beds the other has a full size bed.

We have stayed at the Creek Home twice while visiting family in Midland. It is the perfect stay for us with so many accommodations it feels more like a second home than a simple rental. The upstairs and downstairs layouts feel more like two homes in one...each level has its own kitchen, bedroom(s), bathroom(s), and comfortable living space. Our kids enjoyed the fenced in yard as well as the open yard to the creek. Great communication with owners, very clean, and lots of privacy.

This was our second time renting this property. It is SO clean, the owners are wonderful and timely in communication. We enjoy the space to relax and hang out while watching the wildlife from both upstairs and downstairs windows!

This house is the perfect stay in Midland area. Beautifully clean set up inside with lots of space to spread out as a family and has everything you need. Comfortable beds and owner is quick in responses. Definitely will stay again.

This property is beautiful! This was a repeat stay, we drove up after sunset and the lights were on and it was decorated for the Christmas season! It felt so warm & welcoming! This property is one of the cleanest and well stocked for the purpose of dropping your bags and relaxing. We were in town for a conference and it was like an extension of home. Fulfilling our schedule without all the work attached! Thank you Ashley & Matt! We love this property and the both of you!

What a find! We had a wedding 20 minutes away and this home worked out perfect. Much better than a hotel stay. Everything was as described and Ashley was easy to work with. Hope we have another chance to use this property!

Location was so convenient to everywhere we needed to go. Coming "home" at the end of the day, we enjoyed watching the wildlfe roaming the property: deer, turkeys, rabbits, hawks. etc.. Would highly recommend this lovely home.

This house was extremely clean. Big area to watch TV and/or play cards. The amenities were one of the best! Lots more to do in Midland than I imagined! The owner’s suggestions for restaurants were perfect.

Super clean. Nice and cozy. Close to Dow Gardens (an absolute must see!) and the tridge. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of towels and nicely updated home. Enjoyed a few picnics on the deck too.

A very beautiful home. Very comfortable and modern. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet and the view of the creek from both the upper and lower living spaces is spectacular. We watched the birds, squirrels and deer every afternoon and evening. Ashley is an exceptional host and the communication was top notch!

Our trio was looking for a getaway not too far from home and the Midland County house was perfect. A large south facing window let us enjoy all kinds of wildlife as well as some beautiful sunsets. The house was clean, the bathrooms were very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The house was extremely clean, cozy and well organized. Rather than feeling like a visit, we felt at home. The house is so modern and equipped with all of the necessities. The house is so big, so much space and the location is amazing. We look forward to coming back again.

The property is huge, plenty of room for play outdoors. It was pretty chilly when we were there so we didn't take advantage of the outdoors. The indoors was just as described and provided plenty of space for crafting and playing games. Everything is up to date and was super clean. The downtown area had some quaint shops and a nice winery.

We walked in the door and said wow! Clean, comfortable, plenty of space. Lots of yard. Great fire ring! 10 minutes from anywhere in Midland including Chippewa Nature Center, Bike Route, the Tridge, downtown. 30 minutes from Bay City State Park Beach. The third bedroom has a double bed. One of us slept on the comfy couch, but not ideal. Big windows to view wildlife.

Nice and pleasant house for a group of 4 adults. Pleasant and accommodating, great host. Looks just as pictured. Very clean in most important areas such as beds, bathrooms, kitchen, appliances. Some surfaces, like floors are hit or miss. Overall, great stay, recommend!
