Built Spring 2019, “CELEBRATION STATION” is a beautiful hill country home located in the premier rental area of Heartstone. The 5 bedroom + 5 ½ bath home sleeps 26 in beds. The open floor plan is great for your multi-family Frio vacation. The kitchen layout has ample room for cooks and hungry mouths to feed. Your family and friends will enjoy the “breakfast bar” area and outside the large covered porch and outdoor cabana/bar area will be a wonderful extension for your entertainment. Don’t forget you have your private pool and hot tub to enjoy year round. Any time is a great time to come to the Frio! To enjoy the stars at night sitting in a hot tub….sign me up!
In the backyard, there will be a fire pit, large charcoal grill, smoker pit, playground, tetherball and horseshoes. An activity for everyone!
Viewing sunsets and the hills of Concan will put your mind at ease following a fun filled day at the Frio River, a short distance from “CELEBRATION STATION”. Heartstone has two parks that are used for river access. One of the access points is at Kenneth Arthur Crossing and the 2nd river entry is down river and not so busy with public activity. At check in, our staff will review with each guest the entry locations for your “private river access”. Electric golf carts are allowed in the Heartstone.
To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Location was gorgeous! Lots of fun was had! We worried at first because linen arrangements were not posted on the agreement as requested by phone, but the lady in charge made things right - so my hats off to her! The only thing we found a problem with was one of the two coffee pots leaked - that’s an easy fix and a normal problem! So overall, I would give our vacation a 10 out of 10!

Love the home and the view! The pool needs some work. There was mud in the filter and it was leaking into the pool. The hot-tub light did not work. The TVs need to be more user friendly in the sense of streaming shows through the wifi. The living room tv did not have volume controls anywhere. The neon light outside did not work. The outside fridge took over 24 hours to cool down. There was 0 logs of firewood to burn. Installing a mist machine for the patio would be awesome! Also the beds could be updated.

Great to do business with the same folks year after year. They just get it right, Time after time. We go to the Frio 3-4 times a year, and have rented from many companies, Frio River Vacation Rentals have always been our favorite to rent from. We were actually the very first customers t0 rent this beautiful home 3 years ago, they were literarily moving the last bit of construction equipment when we pulled into the driveway. we have rented many vacation homes over the last 16 years, Celebration Station is our favorite spot, so far.

Absolutely perfect property for a big group! We had 4 families - 8 adults, 8 kids and had more than enough room. The property is in a perfect location and almost feels like a resort. It’s private with a gorgeous view and has perfect amenities! Plus the private river entrance / parking was a huge plus. We used the pool and playground constantly. We are already considering renting again for next summer - can’t say enough good things!

The house was great! They literally have everything you could need in this house. We enjoyed our family vacation and would definitely return to Celebration Station. Our only issue was the pool never seemed to cool down. It could be because of how hot it outside but other than that it's a great property.

This is the second year at Celebration Station and we are always looking forward to a relaxing weekend. Even though the weather was a little bit gloomy, having the jacuzzi makes it worth it.

Paying for bags of linens scattered about in order to make your own beds upon arrival is ridiculous to start. Luckily I read reviews or we may have been sleeping on bare mattresses and drying off with cedar twigs.
We booked one called Celebration Station. Owners decided they wanted to stay so the lady lied and said a pipe burst. I don’t think she realized we have eyes and could see the place rocking all week long. She recommended this wide open to two streets corner house at the gate to the subdivision after I explained it was a house full of kids. There is no fence except around the pool. Stove sucks. Floor was filthy - we mopped several times and the kids feet were perpetually H‑E‑B feet. Pack your entire house because you may feel like you’ve entered some Mayan ruins with the way they keep things over here.
Daily trash pick up is the only highlight 10/10.
