❖ Our home a VIVINT security system which has a doorbell camera on the front and a camera on the back patio for the safety and security of our guests and the property. ANY tampering with the camera equipment will result in a $99 replacement fee.
❖ We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a shipping and handling fee for returning requested items to you.
❖ Please help keep our towels white by not using them for makeup or cleaning. Dark colored towels specifically labeled for Makeup have been provided.
❖ In an effort to maintain an allergen free environment, please leave your furry friends at home. A fine of $150 will be assessed for any instance of pets entering our unit.
❖ There is street parking available, and 1 dedicated parking space in the garage. However if you do not follow the parking rules and your car is towed, you will be responsible for the towing fee of approximately $250.
❖ When your stay is complete, please put the key back into the lock box. If the key is lost you could be charged $50 for a replacement.

This is a great spot to stay in SLC! It was clean, as advertised, and cozy. The check-in process was smooth and well-detailed - the indoor parking garage was great during a surprise hail storm. Only a 15 minute walk to Trolley Station and shopping downtown! Dave was also very helpful in getting us what we needed during/after our stay! Definitely recommend!

This was a great property to stay at. It was in a great location in town, which made it easy to get around. Easy check in, and the apartment was decorated with minimal decorations which makes it very comfortable! (In my opinion). We will definitely book again!

This apartment was very clean, convenient to all, and quiet even though right in the city. You can walk to supermarkets, parks and a number of places to get dinner. The host makes everything super easy re: check in. The parking in the building is a big plus. Would totally rent here again.

Clean and well-stocked apartment with everything we needed for our week and a half stay. Check-in instructions were very clearly outlined. It was great to have a reserved indoor parking space. Easy access to major areas in the city. Nice having a fitness room. Property manager Dave checked in to make sure it was a good stay. Overall a great stay and just what we were looking for.
Of note— It’s not the fault/responsibility of this rental property manager, but the building lobby, elevators and hallways had very strong air freshener scents. These strong scents did NOT extend into the rental unit itself. It didn’t bother is walking into and out of the apartment, but might affect some people.

Perfect location, close drive to U of U and sports complex. Walking distance or short drive to restaurants. Area is nice and perfect for two people. Parking spot was easy to use, in and out, with a grocery store just blocks away.

This apartment had everything needed for your stay - The big windows allow for abundant sunlight. Bed and couch were comfortable. Great views as well.

We stayed here for one night on a stopover from Yellowstone. Property is extremely well taken care of, clean, and spacious. The host has detailed instructions for check in, very smooth and easy. Located in a great area, the complex is very nice and is close to numerous restaurants. Great stay overall.

David’s adorable apartment is perfectly located downtown, and yet also a quiet retreat from city life. I stayed for 3 weeks and my time there was lovely. Everything from the Leonardo Museum & the library to Smith’s grocery store and cute restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is clean and spacious with everything needed to cook small meals and enjoy Netflix on the couch. The bed is firm and comfortable, and the closet is huge! I felt very safe in the building; the police station is right across the street. I really loved it there - it felt like a home away from home 💗💗💗

Clean and well equipped apartment. Great location. We love that this apartment has garage parking. Property owner gave very detailed instructions. We would definitely stay again.
The only disappointing surprise is that the Hot Tub that is advertised in the title of this listing is not functioning. Looks as if it has not worked for some time. It was frozen over.

Very happy with this property and will look to stay here again for our next trip to Salt Lake City. Clean property with all the amenities we needed. Enjoyed the location being easy to get everywhere we planned to visit. Having Trader Joes a few blocks away was a great plus. Parking garage was a great benefit during one of the best snow seasons in Utah.

PROS: The floorplan of the condo was very efficient and comfortable. The views were fantastic. Despite being downtown, it was quiet. The detailed instructions for checking in (gaining access to the condo) made it easy. The location was convenient; we were able to walk to our downtown destinations (the State Capitol, Temple Square, and Wise Guys Comedy Club). We also used the condo as a jumping off point for side trips to Great Salt Lake and Park City, which were easy to get to.
There is a reserved parking space for the condo in the parking garage. Be prepared to walk a bit between car and condo (through the garage, up the elevator or stairs, down a short hallway). Also, when you leave at the end of your stay, make sure to take the garage door opener with you so you can open the garage door (it doesn't open by itself from the inside, that we could tell). You can then park on the street and run it back up to the condo.
The bed was very comfortable; the sheets were super soft, and it was somehow the right firmness for both my husband and me, even though our preferences are on the opposite sides of the firm/soft continuum. There was plenty of room for toiletries and clothing in the bathroom and closet, and it was nice to have the washer and dryer.
CONS: The kitchen was not as well-stocked as I expected. There were only four cups, plates, and bowls, so if my husband and I had just two meals there per day, we were out of dishes and to wash them. There was a similarly small amount of silverware, and the spoons were literally about two-thirds the size of normal spoons (they seemed child-sized). We didn't cook while we were there, but I think it might have been challenging, given the bare-bones kitchen supplies and tools.
The freezer doesn't have an ice maker or ice cube trays, so if you'd like ice, you'd have to get a bag. There is a Britta filter pitcher in the refrigerator for water, which tasted good, but my husband and I went through it quickly, and it had to be filled up several times a day.
OVERALL: This was a convenient, comfortable, and attractive place to stay in downtown SLC, and we would recommend it.

I have owned two VRBO properties myself and it is hard work. We always took pride in thinking of all of the details. This property is very well done, clear instructions, clean & the bed is amazing! I have a bad back and I prefer a memory foam firm bed. I slept like a baby, very quiet neighborhood and a great little view. Make sure you step out onto the patio at night to see the clock tower/temple lit up.
