Our family had a great time at this home. I feel like there was plenty of space for our family of 4, it was comfortable, and it was only a short walk to the beach and food places. The kitchen was stocked with pans, dishes, and even some spices that were useful to us. There were sand toys for the kids to use, boogie boards, and beach chairs. There was a nice sized patio and it was great to sit there and have coffee or a meal and watch everyone passing by. I have to say it was also very nice to have garage parking because it is difficult to find street parking during the summer. The shared (pay) dryer was broken during our stay but there was a laundry mat around the corner that was convenient. It was a basic house, no frills, and I feel the price was set fairly.

I found this rental to take my kids on a long holiday weekend. It was so relaxing from the start and the whole experience was what we needed. I would recommend this home AMA I plan on renting it again.❤️

This rental could absolutely use some updating . The location was fantastic, beds were comfortable however the upstairs rental controls the thermostat and the renters turned on the heat which made the downstairs a sauna! Made several calls to Vacasa with no response and finally on the last day someone came out and said they couldn’t do anything. Washer and dryer were coin operated and the dryer did not work at all.

The rooms were quite big and spacious we enjoyed our stay at Newport Beach House1, the house needs a bit of a update but you cant beat the price same block leading to the beach, they have toys and boogie borders available, they have a washer do not use when taking a shower the dryer done not work unfortunately when fireplace is defective heater works no AC but they have planty of fans, Tvs all work and have HDMI connection. Neighbors are friendly and the parking garage holds 2 cars, street parking can be challenging. Over all our stay was amazing and I'll be checking in again to this stop thank you for all the memories.

This rental was the perfect size and location for our family to get away for spring break. The house is VERY close to the beach, with no streets to cross, the kids are safe to walk.

It is a nice location but... the refrigerator stuck like rotting fish, microwave rotation mechanism needs repair, the lock on the door to the garage would not receive code and TV in the living room was disconnected, repair people came quickly after my call to fix them. Other than that all went well.

The front step to get in is a doozy. Be prepared. Nightlight in bathroom is a nice touch. Enter from the alley. Numbers on the garage door would be helpful and so would be more lights. Itis the second garage on the right. To access the condo is the walkway without a gate. Bring a flashlight for night entering. Other then these minor details, the place is great. We enjoyed our selves.

The home is located in a great location however the property could use some TLC...The dated Kitchen doesn't have enough plastic /glass bowls to make side dishes, few cooking pots. They gave us 1 miniature shampoo & conditioner, and 2 mini soaps to wash our hands and bathe...most vacation rental homes offer plenty of shampoo & conditioners especially for 3 nights,(and at the beach every day)...I just feel there should be a few.
The screen door is broken and would not open from the inside of the home I suggest they buy a new one.
Honestly I have never complained about any-home we have stayed at ...I just want to let the management know its the simple-reasonable items that can make yours stay a bit nicer...

By the pictures and reviews I knew the property was dated . I was not expecting their to be broken furniture ,missing screens , broken windows that could not open or were very difficult to open, the bathtub was very old and nasty. Every day we had an issue with the house or with the upstairs neighbor who’s property was also managed by you. To start we picked this particular house because it would accept our pet , had parking, washer and a dryer . When we arrived the house was so hot unbearable , we immediately opened the windows that worked and found two working fans. We called and the management company brought us more fans the next day. It was way to hot for our pet so we needed to find a place to board the pet our first full day half of it was spent waiting for management to bring us fans and finding a place to take our dog. The upstairs neighbor was so loud that they kepted us up at night with music and partying when we asked them to turn down the music they would turn it up. Parking was a nightmare the upstairs neighbor had a revolving amount of people coming and going and they would take up all the parking on the street saving spots and leaving large spaces between their friends cars so they could manipulate parking spaces I have pictures if you would like proof. They parked in front of the shared garage daily not allowing us access to the garage to use the car that we had parked in it . My husband had to park our other vehicle 1/2 mile away each day because .more info

There was no communication with anyone besides the company sending check in information. I messaged the host multiple times asking simple questions and never got a response back. Very frustrating.

The house is actually better in person. We weren’t expecting that much from the pictures. Amazing location. Very comfortable for our family of four: I was worried about our car (Honda Pilot) fitting in the garage. We were able to fit in the shared spot easily.

The location was great and loved being able to walk to the beach. The house is small for 6 people and 1 bathroom but we made it work. Parking is also difficult since my car SUV did not fit in the garage so I had to park on the street. The biggest problem was the noisy visitors upstairs up all night. We had a great weekend and I would definitely go back to Newport Beach but would definitely stay somewhere a little bigger.

The house definitely has all that you need, but the toilet definitely needs to be fixed (it takes minimum 3 flushes for anything to go down) and a weather strip needs to be put on the door so that flies arent all over the place. Other than that though the house was fine. Beds are super comfy so that is a plus.

The location of the home is wonderful but the unit needs lots of work. There were holes in the furniture, blinds, etc. It also needs to be painted. The condition is not accurately represented in the pictures.

This place is great. It is a no frills beach apartment but well stocked and has everything you need. Steps from the beach!

The location of the property is excellent with close access to beach, restaurants, shops, groceries. The patio is large enough for your entire group to comfortably hang out, grill, eat. The property needs some fixes and updating, but let’s face it, you’re not in Newport to sit inside. Our family had a really fun trip.

The house is in a great location-one block from the beach! The rooms are good sized & there is a very nice patio area to relax and enjoy the scenery! And a garaged parking spot! Everything was very clean when we checked in also! Had a great time! Looking forward to our next Vacasa rental!

The property was less than 300 feet from the beach, and no streets had to be crossed to get there. The property was aging, but fairly well maintained.
People up stairs were nice, but noisy to the extent that it sounded as if furniture was constantly being moved. The unit needs to be updated and new furniture acquired.

The property is very run down and musty smelling. Several appliances, including the ice maker doesn’t work (despite several reviews pointing this out), dishwasher (inoperable) and most lights/bulbs were completely out. Damaged furniture, outlets and an overall grungy feeling. The listing does not indicate that the laundry is coin op, and getting coins is nearly impossible. Not to mention, they ask to start a load of laundry upon check-out at the guests expense (unheard of!). Very unfortunate, as the location is impeccable. Just needs some serious updating. Very surprising that this would even qualify for a Vacasa caliber property….
