This Modern Oasis has a style all of it’s own. We welcome you and your family to sit back and enjoy your home away from home. Please feel free to be at comfort in this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom luxurious home. We offer a heater pool with a beautiful outdoor space perfect for any age along with a barbecue and a kids park where they can let their imaginations run wild as you sit back and enjoy some much needed relaxation time. If you are looking for some outdoor fun, we recommend going to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, the Zoo, airport and downtown. We are also close to one of the highest rated beaches in Florida: Clearwater Beach. There are many things to do in Tampa and we hope we can accompany you in them. Our property has security cameras 24 hours, located at front door, side of the house and pool area.

This property is so nice, very clean. It's a really nice neighborhood. There is someone living in the garage, but they were very discreet. We had great time in the pool. The only weird thing is there's no wall between the master bedroom and the master bath, so not much privacy. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating if we needed anything. We really enjoyed staying at this property.

The house was a great for for the needs of our family. Everyone had their own bed, the pool was great, centrally located in North Tampa with very close interstate access. There is a tenant in the garage apartment, this wasn't an issue. No privacy concerns at all and he has very polite the couple of times we saw him. The hosts were very responsive and proactive with any issues and you can tell they work very hard to make their guests feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tampa.

We ere only able to be in town for the night but we would love to come back and enough the property. Has little playground and pool for the kids to play with nice cover area were the adults can hang out. The home is beautiful. Mattress need some work but other than that the stay was great.

We absolutely love this home. It was spacious and welcoming. Plenty of room and within an hour of everything. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. My only suggestion would be to get a bigger coffee pot.😄 ☕️ We will definitely stay here again, if we are ever in the Tampa area.

We stayed in this property 03/24/24 & 03/25/24. It is in a very convenient location. The home was the perfect size for our family and we really enjoyed the pool. Neighborhood was quiet and it was a short commute to everywhere we needed to be. Home is beautiful and was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and we will stay here for any future visits to Tampa. Great communication with the host as well.

We found the house easily from the highway. Was convenient to all the places we went to. Very quiet neighborhood. Owner provided a lot of little things that one may forget and or loose while on vacation. Communication was very good with any questions I had since booking .

We had this booked since May, the listing checked all of our boxes on what we were looking for. The place had everything we needed and no issues at all. Great quiet neighborhood right off the main road. Will definitely book again in the future. We had 5 adults and everyone was comfortable. No complaints whatsoever. This was our first VRBO rental and it was amazing! Stunning place, plenty of room and the added touches of snacks and items made us feel very welcome. The heated pool was a perfect temp for late night swims( not sure if it would be too hot for daytime ones as we were gone most of the days) The only 2 minor issues we had was the water took awhile to get hot in the house and sheets kept coming off the bed. Overall we greatly enjoyed it and hope to come back!

This listing says nothing about someone living in his garage. The owner gave me this information when I entered into the home. Kinda stuck at that point

Really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the pool and play area. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe and the home had TVs everywhere and had a comfortable feel. The master bedroom has an open-style bathroom, but there are 3 bathrooms in the home so there were plenty of privacy options.

We really enjoyed our stay, house was very, very clean had everything you could think of down to razors and toothbrushes! Was looking for lotion one day was wishing they had it but I couldn’t find it . Although there was one night we were ready to grill and couldn’t find a lighter anywhere in the house so we had to go to Circle K and get one no big deal though? We left it there for the next guest with charcoal and lighter fluid. And not to sound like I’m complaining but I’d like to help for next guests, the shower in master bedroom water was barely hot just hot enough not to be cold so it was very uncomfortable every time I showered cause I was cold but kids did say shower in other bathroom was very hot! Host was very good responding back and fourth! Neighborhood was decent and quiet I just had it pictured different in my mind though? Overall it was a very nice stay very clean and comfortable loved the pool and I’d stay there again no question! Host takes pride in making it a cozy and comfortable stay in her beautifully decorated home! Ps. I love those marble floors too! I want them for my own home now! Lol!

Beautiful 3 bedroom house! Very clean, great neighborhood and convenient location!! It was very easy to get to everywhere we wanted/needed to go! We were there for my sons’s graduation from UT and this house was perfect!! The pool and entire outdoor area was wonderful!! The host, Nathaly, quickly responded to any inquiry I had. This home is conveniently located, beautifully decorated and a great space to be in! Who is perfect and we absolutely love the private swing set. The little fireplace area was also fun to have! My group was in town to see the Taylor Swift concert, and we were close enough to Raymond James, but far enough away to be out of the crowds. I hope I can return to Tampa to stay again!

After my original vbro booking fell through, I stumbled upon this house. I messaged the owner and within minutes was sent a pre-approval to book this lovely home. I am very happy we did. The house is beautifully updated and very clean. The owner responded very quickly to any inquiries I had, they were able to accommodate an earlier check in than anticipated. My 3 yr old absolutely loved the playground, clubhouse and heated pool. Even the teenagers loved the playground lol The house had everything you would need. When we first arrived snacks and drinks were left to enjoy. The pack and play came in handy as my 3 yr old wanted to sleep in his own "bed." I personally loved the jetted tub in the master suite and the bath bombs that were there for me to enjoy! The neighborhood was a quiet residential area but also very close to main roads and any kind of store you may need to go to. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again on any future trip to Tampa.
