The location of this property is very convenient. The interior decorations were interesting and the rooms were clean. The sheets and towels were of high quality. The kitchen is well equipped, with sharp knives and dishes. (Measuring cups could be added.) The hot tub worked well once it was repaired after three days.
However, more attention could be paid to sweeping the porch & patio, the spider webs in the windows. There are no screens in the windows and they could not be opened for ventilation (there are mosquitoes in Crested Butte and West Nile virus cases are in Colorado).
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Crested Butte and this house.

Lovely little home in the perfect place. Would definitely recommend!

We visit CB every year and decided to try a new home to rent during our time in town. This home is definitely unique and spacious. We had plenty of space as a family of three and appreciated all of the little touches left for us, right down to the music playing as we entered the home. The communication with management was pleasant and efficient. One recommendation would be to add screens to the windows for some airflow in the summer and to keep out the bees, but other than that it worked well for us. Thanks for having us!

The property was nice. Snow was shoveled, parking spaces in a drive way, nice kitchen, 2 bedrooms with comfy beds, clean and charming place. 1st place we stayed where the hot tub actually worked. Nothing bad to say about the place. It is cute, warm (heated floors in back), great in town location, had everything we needed except the food :).

Everything was perfect! They had more than enough supplies which I feel is never the case with short term rentals. The house was cozy and spacious! Location was amazing!
Only complaint was that the upstairs room gets kinda hot and there are no screens on the windows to let that cool mtn air in but coming from Texas it was still a delight! Will definitely rent again!

Property was great! Clean and relaxing, close to main streeets but easy to get out of town for walks or rides. Exactly as advertised. Perry was also great. Responsive and friendly. This was a wonderful trip.

This unique home is in a good location to town, Clark’s grocery. However, this is an older home, it tends to be dark, hard to get ready for events. Possible better in winter so that you can open drapes and bring in more natural light, but on those warmer sunny days it can get hot upstairs. So you need to keep them closed. This place definitely has some old charm. I think it is better for the younger crowd that do not expect much or need much because location is a very easy and quick walk to everything downtown.

Great Location!
This house is awesome for walking to all the town of Crested Butte has to offer including shopping, bars and restaurants. House is exactly as described, very cozy and comfy and kitchen is well stock for cooking. FYI - no air conditioning, but we were comfortable at night. Loved our stay and I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Location for a Weekend Trip
Such a cute property and could not have a better location. We were about a 6 minute walk from downtown and the Nordic center which made it very easy for everyone in our group to do whatever activity they wanted. The rooms in the house are so cute, and we loved using the hot tub after skiing!
