A repeat visit with different family members to this luxuriously well equipped sustainable house. Plenty of space and everything you need including outdoor equipment such as bikes and table tennis. Lovely view over the park and amazing eco estate to the ocean. Thanks Karen for a great place!

Beautiful property overlooking the water.

Our two families, with one teen and two young adults, had plenty to do at this house. We walked, rode bikes, swam in the ocean, played games, played tennis and table tennis and sat on the deck watching the ocean. Plenty of room in the house for separate fun and an amazingly well-stocked kitchen for cooking up a feast!

Family and grandparents stayed together at Banksia Bliss for the wedding of the year in Cape Paterson. The house was beautiful and every detail thought of for a wonderful stay including our pooch. The view from the living area is wonderful. Hope to stay again sometime.

Very lucky to share this beautiful space with 3 generations of my family over summer. Banksia is in a prime location with outstanding views everywhere you look.
The property is exceptionally equipped, we wanted for nothing. It is gorgeously styled with quality linens and towels, fabulous art and homewares.
Our children loved having their own rumpus room for movies and had access to The Cape facilities right at our doorstep.
Karen was a great host with friendly and prompt communication and we highly recommend this special spot.

The best accomodation experience I’ve had!! This property is exceptionally well appointed and IMO even better than the photos. My 8 + 10yo LOVED the proximity to the basketball court and playground and I could watch them from the balcony/ kitchen window . Spectacular views. A garage FULL of sporting equipment, bikes, skateboards, balls, etc. Beautiful linen, modern appliances, lots of cosy books for sitting in the sun. Heaters in bedroom if you’re there in cooler months. Great air con / ceiling fan. Heaps of fun board games. Big, modern bathrooms. Walking distance to a great cafe and gift shop Zeal and Flow - excellent coffee!! I really appreciated Karen’s exceptional and prompt communication as a host! Loved our stay!! Highly recommend.

This property is a great size for 3 couples. It is very comfortable, has space and amenities allowing for a relaxed weekend getaway in Winter. Living is upstairs, bedrooms downstairs. Our pooch also enjoyed her stay with inside and outside enclosed access and beach walks to wear her out. NB: There is an electric car charging port in the garage, but it is not on offer. However, there is a charging station next door which you can see from the living area.

Enjoyed wandering the eco village to the beach each day. The locals are relaxed and welcoming. The house & appliances were all new and clean. Surprised by the thoughtfulness of owners to have so many games, plus table tennis (although too windy to play) a Hoover board, record player with records, real coffee machine and a microwave toastie maker- brilliant. And an EV car charger next door. The surf was very rough and the beach good for short walks. There is a community veggie garden a few hundred metres walk from the house. We enjoyed our stay very much. Karen responded quickly when we needed her. The house is huge and you can bring your pets.

Excellent property, will definitely keep in mind for when coming to Cape again.
If staying with very young children pack a baby gate for the stairs.

Banksia Bliss was excellent!
The house is spacious, well equipped & very comfortable. The location was ideal for our family offering plenty of parking nearby, easy access to bike riding & walking tracks, near to the basketball courts, tennis courts, playground and offered the most wonderful views of Bass Strait & Capes magnificent sunsets.
The beds were comfortable & the house was fully equiped with all items promised.
We enjoyed using the bikes supplied as well as the outdoor table tennis table.
Our dogs were safe & secure & enjoyed their holiday too!! Including the short walk to the off leash dog park nearby.
The sound of frogs & the many kangaroos we saw were a joy to behold.
We will certainly be back!!
Thanks Karen
