More than ample space for 8 adults. Could sleep up to 10 comfortably. Close to many attractions in Port Clinton allowing everyone to do their own thing during the day then back to the house in the evening for family time.

Perfect for two families with children! Listing perfectly described sleeping and living arrangements. The home is in a great location and the pool/hot tub was very relaxing. At times, traffic from the road could be heard but did not keep us from sleeping. Note: the house did not have a beach umbrella or beach chairs but this did not prevent us from enjoying the lake. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids (who love bunk beds). 3 full bathrooms were clean. Lots of room between 2 refridgerators. Outdoor deck was great for dinners when the wind was cooperative. Heated community pool was delightful and usually empty. Within 10 minutes of a boat rental place for fun on the lake, 5 minute walk to a park for the kids, 5 minute drive to Kroger or restaurants. Golf 15 minutes away, African safari 10 minutes away for the kids, and Ferry to Kelley's island only 10 minites away. Lots of fun packed into a short 5 days.

Place was great! Had everything we needed, including cooking supplies, spices and other things not normally found in a rental. Hangout space in the garage was great too. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our group of 6 for a weekend away. The house had everything we needed and was in a convenient location for us. We loved sitting on the deck and having a view of the water and having a view of the water from the living room was nice as well. There’s only room for 2 cars to park in the driveway and the overflow parking for the neighborhood fills up pretty fast but there was a parking lot right beside this unit that worked absolutely fine for us. A little walkway like the neighbors have might be nice so you don’t have to walk through the grass or mulch but definitely not a deal breaker. The one thing I want to mention is that the walkway where you access the private beach leads to a tiny sliver of sand that is barely wide enough for one person to stand on. Maybe this changes throughout the season? Some of the houses had more “beach” in front of them but you would have to walk through their yard to get there which we were not about to do. There is a little bigger beach that is just past the neighborhood if you are looking for somewhere to take a chair and sit for a while. We didn’t use much out of the kitchen but it appeared to be well stocked and the appliances all seemed new and very nice. Plenty of towels/washcloths for all of us and having 3 FULL baths was awesome. All in all a great trip and we would definitely stay here again.

We all had a great time and the house was beautiful. Only thing for us, more of it being personal preference, that there was not curtains or blinds in the living room area. Little uncomfortable having people see your movements in the night time. Otherwise, everything was as described and it was way better in person than in the pics.

our family of 5 stayed there and it was perfect … a very beautiful, clean place with every amenity you would need … also, you are just minutes away from the Jet Express Ferry to visit the islands … the owners are very responsive and are really great people … my youngest actually left her iPad there and they overnighted it to us and wouldn’t even let us pay them for doing it … I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Check in was easy. House was very clean. Kitchen has all the things you need if you are eating in. Pool was nice. Hot tub wasnt really hot. Location is perfect!! Close to downtown area and restaurants. Only downfall is you can hear the traffic because its close to the road.

S some things I think you should consider for the future include number one lighting. The lighting in every room is not very bright. The bedrooms are extremely dark and the front room is dark in the evenings. Either the bulbs need to be a bigger wattage or you should consider more lamps and lights, secondly there needs to be blinds on the front window. I understand we’re on the second floor, but I felt that there was little to no privacy once the sun went down. Third, I wish you would consider putting a very small hand rail between the kitchen and bedrooms. We had one actual fall, and one almost fall from family members who didn’t see those two little steps. A small handrail would be a good visual. Reminder there are steps. I in the bathrooms I think there should be at least one shelf near where the electric plugs are. There was nowhere to sit blow dryers with toothbrushes and everything else on one sink. I also wish that there was at least at least one shelf if not more in the bedrooms for clothing to be able to be put on the closet was sufficient for one person’s clothes the other person used the empty bed. Two of us had CPAP machines and had nowhere to sit them. So one person put theirs on the spare bed on the bottom and I actually use my suitcase standing upright to put my CPAP on corner shelf unit would’ve been helpful.

This property afforded our family a wonderful accommodation and location to enjoy a Lake Erie vacation. The home accommodated three families. It was very clean with comfortable beds/couches. The hosts provided plenty of comforts to make the stay easy especially bed linens. The kids enjoyed the pool very much. Also there is a small beach access that offers some swimming as well. Highly recommend the stay at this location.

We had the best time! The cleanliness of the house was top notch. Comfortable beds and furniture. House location is great. Close to stores, food and entertainment. Pool and hot tub area was clean and the people that live there year round were warm and welcoming. Highly recommend the house and Port Clinton area for vacation. Would definitely return!

It was very clean and had all the amenities I could possibly need. It was in a great location. We had a group of 8, including my son, DIL, and 4 grand kids, and we had plenty of beds! I have saved this as a favorite for my next visit to this area. The pool was great. There were several restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful home with comfortable furniture. 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms was awesome!! Nice pool and great location. Only thing I would add is more hangers… easy fix. And a dresser for clothes in the loft area. Owner is very personable and gave good information about area. We will rent again from him

The owners were amazing. Have a small plumbing issue and they came right away and fixed it! They are amazing! If it was a little warmer to use to pool amenities it would of been an amazing time! Definitely will be coming back!

If you are looking for a "home away from home" place to vacation; whether it be a small gathering or a larger gathering of family or friends, this "home" is the perfect place. The owners were wonderful, and the home was beautiful and very clean. It is just as it is listed. The location was perfect for our family vacation with small grandchildren. We spent time in the pool, on the beach, visiting Put-in-Bay, Marblehead, Catawba Island, and of course, Port Clinton. We will be returning for future family vacations!

The house was perfect for a family or larger group. Very nice house right on the lake. The large living area was very comfortable and it has 3 bedrooms with 3 baths. Kitchen was nice/updated and the entire stay was great. There's a heated pool with hot tub on the property which got a lot of use! Beach access is nice too. It's a great location right down the street from the Jet Express or down the road from Gideon Owen Winery and Twin Oast Brewery (we were in town for a wedding at Gideon Owen) and just about 30 minutes to Cedar Point. Owners were great to work with; Overall a great spot and would definitely recommend.

The home was beautifully decorated. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Lots of sleeping room, that our group did not actually need. Great Lake view from the deck, kitchen, dining and living rooms. Beautiful pool! The owners were quick to respond to inquiries. I would book this home again.

Great house!

It's actually 3BR, 3Bath, which was a pleasant surprise! The house is new and very clean/nice inside! Fully stocked kitchen. Cool granite tops, pretty decor, and soft couches. Excellent place to come back after a day at the beach!
