Beautiful home and area. Highly recommend this property!

We loved the layout of this fabulous vacation home. The pool was long enough for laps yet cozy for long sunset soaks. The deck provided both quiet and family gathering spots. The sprawl of the rooms allowed comfortable privacy. We loved the many beach options. Don Ramiro is a can’t miss restaurant (say hi to the entire family from us). Great visit!

Our family of 5 enjoyed a 3- night stay and we all agreed it was our favorite VRBO home ever. Perfect setting, incredibly equipped kitchen, amazing views, close to the little `town`s of Punta Islita. The property manager was great at communicating with us and he was super helpful in many other ways. Highly recommended.

Nothing like sitting outside having your morning coffee with the monkeys! The view ain`t bad either! This house made us feel right at home... it had everything we needed. If we did need something Marco was only a text away. The restaurant at the resort was awesome and Joe gave us outstanding service every time. We will definitely be back!

My partner and I spent a week at the end of January at Casa Suenos. The pictures of the house are completely accurate: it`s perched near the top of a small mountain facing west, overlooking a lovely horseshoe bay. Sunsets are extraordinary, but, frankly, it`s stunning throughout the day. The house is well-maintained and well-equipped. We loved the stereo system with speakers outside since we spent much time by the lovely infinity pool. The house is very close to the tiny village of Islita, and you have access to the restaurants, beach, pools, and services at the Punta Islita hotel. There`s a small market in the village but for anything more than the basics, you need to go to Samara which is a bit of a hike. Islita is a couple hours from Liberia--the last forty five minutes of which are on gravel roads. The road up to the house is winding and rough. Four wheel drive is essential! All this contributes to a sense of being very far away--which was a positive thing for us. And once you`re seated poolside with pina colada in hand, everything else slips away. The bedroom is attractive and comfortable, with french doors leading to a small balcony. The two other bedrooms are entered from the terrace, not connected internally to the rest of the house, which means maximal privacy, I would think. Kitchen is enormous and well equipped. Wireless is serviceable, not especially fast. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend Casa Suenos to others.

An exceptional home in what is truly the best area of Costa Rica, Casa Suenos is a jaw-dropper the moment you pull into the driveway. 270 degree views feature mountains, rain forest, beaches and the sun setting into the pacific. With 3 master bedrooms the home can easily be shared by 2 families although you will fight over the master with the private deck for sunrise coffee amongst the monkeys, butterflies and birds. Your party will spend most of the time in the pool which runs the length of the property. Our kids were in the pool from sunrise to sunset. Be sure to support the locals in Punta Islita. They are very warm and inviting. We had tire pop in town and three people quickly assisted us and we were on our way in no time. The owners are great and will provide you with the best of what to do and see. That is if you choose to leave their lovely home.

My wife and I and two children (15 & 11) spent a week in this beautiful home last month. It was an incredible experience. The house is amazing with a view of the ocean and surrounding landscape that is impossible to put into words. Looking out from the deck or infinity pool and seeing macaws and other beautiful birds fly by below was something we will never forget. The resort and beach are a short drive away. Horse back riding along the hillside and down on the beach, fishing for spanish mackerel, zip-lining through the treetops at night, exploring tidal pools, and body-boarding on perfect waves - we didn`t want to leave! The resort staff and the people of Punta Islita are exceptionally friendly. It is a bit `off the beaten path` to get there, but totally worth it! We felt very welcome and safe. And for the first time in a very long time, we had a family vacation that was such a cool adventure it made our kids forget about X-Box, TV, and One Direction!

We recently spent a week over Christmas at Casa Sueños in Punta Islita. This is a wonderful house and on some 45 private acres. It has all of the amenities expected for such a nice house and a stunning view to match. it was private as it is in a gated compound with full time gate keeper. There were macaws and white-faced and howler monkeys in the trees around the house everyday. It is only a few minutes down to the Punta Islita Resort beach club and you have full access to the resorts amenities. we would highly recommend this place if you looking for a very nice place to stay in a remote and undiscovered part of Costa Rica!

If you want a place to relax and enjoy a peaceful setting this is the place for you. We (2 couples) had just spent 21 days in Play Potrero so this was a great place to kick back. The infinity pool was the best, overlooking the beautiful ocean. The beach is just a short drive down the hill and is very private with very few people. When we arrived the property manager from Punta Islita Hotel met us and took us to the home. We had full access to the hotel and there amenities. They set us up an account so we didn`t have to worry about carrying money with us if we wanted to order food or drinks. They treated us like royalty. We went exploring a couple days and there are miles and miles of beautiful beaches up and down the coast. Some of them had no people on them, which is hard to believe since we were there during the high season. I would highly recommend this house.

First I wanted to sincerely appreciate the possibility to stay in this house for my birthday. We, my brothers, my wife and I, spent 3 nights in this beautiful home and we enjoyed every minute since the time when we arrived at the house.
The description is absolutely accurate as well as the images. Only that you can’t see on the images the true beauty of the home and its surroundings – You MUST be there.
Right down close to the hotel is a beach for surf beginners and a little further at Playa Camaronal a great beach break for advanced surfers. Punta Islita is also well known for sport fishing.
As we only stayed for 3 nights we enjoyed mostly the terrace with the BBQ and the pool. One of the things I liked most is the home’s architecture. When you enter you’ll be in the open kitchen/living room. Upstairs is the master bedroom with walk in closet and private bathroom with Jacuzzi. Downstairs are the twin and the second double bedroom.
To make a long story short, as others already mentioned in their reviews, Casa Sueños is a must stay in Costa Rica. Thanks again

I stayed in Casa los Suenos for four nights last march. I have been in the house in several occasions and every time is even better. Enjoying a few beers while watching the sunset from the outstanding infinity pool is really something. The staff is very friendly and ready to assist you at any time. This is a great option if you want to taste Costa Rica; while you can spend time at the house and enjoy the privacy of being in the middle of a green mountain you can also take a short drive to Camaronal and surf at one of the best spots in the country. Staying at Casa Los Suenos is a must if you are planning to spend your vacations in Costa Rica!

I`ve been all over the world. This stay in Costa Rica is truly a world class adventure. The surfing...the fishing...the food...the culture...all of it was sacred. My brother and I were here for a week last year and plan to stay here again next month. The house is perched on top of a mountain, next to the ocean. You have an amazing view of the water and adjacent valley town. There`s a nice buffer between you and the small town. The property is on an elevated 15 private acres, so you feel like you`re the king there. You`re also a close drive from a lovely resort with a golf course and dining, and you have privileges there included with your stay. It was a time I didn`t forget and I look forward to reliving again soon!

I have been to a lot of places in the world for vacation and by far this was the nicest vacation i have ever had! The house is amazing. The infinity pool, is surreal. You are looking out over the jungle and the pacific ocean. The ocean is a beautiful 10-15 minute walk or a very short car ride. You have access to a incredible beach club and a 5 star hotel. The local people are the nicest people you would ever meet. Now i know why the Costa Ricans have the longest life expectancy....they are stress free! Why would anyone pay about the same price to stay in the hotel when you can have a incredible house made out of exotic wood with a deck overlooking the jungle? I will be back soon! Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful place.

Wow, what a great house! I have been to many places around the world and this place is on top of my list. The house sits on the side of a mountain, overlooking the ocean. I could hear the sounds of the jungle while looking at the ocean. The house was spotless.
