This beautifully decorated condo has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Each bedroom has new flooring and boasts a private full bath and there is an additional half-bath in the hallway. The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen TV and the bathroom that has double vanities, marble shower with 2 heads and Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private balcony. Bedroom 3 has king bed and with a flat screen TV. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and flat screen TV. This condo has been recently painted.
A fully furnished kitchen to make meals for the whole family with an extra large dining room table to seat even the largest family for an evening meal. The oversize balcony over looks the beach and is over 600 square feet in size with beautiful views of the white sandy beaches and the stunning blue-green waters that make Alabama's Gulf Coast one of the most beautiful beaches in the country.
Parking passes are required and have to be purchased from the front desk at your arrival and the cost is $55 plus tax - the pass is good for your entire stay. This price is subject to change with Phoenix's discretion. Free unlimited WiFi throughout the complex.
The Phoenix West complex has an abundance of amenities for every member of the family. A lazy river (floats provided) with a super water slide, BBQ grills, hot tubs, heated indoor pools, kiddie pools, fitness facilities, sauna & tennis courts.
Phoenix West has a new registration system for parking passes. The Property Manager will register your reservation and then you will receive an email to complete registration and pay for parking. You will be sent an email with a barcode to provide upon your arrival at Phoenix West in order to retrieve your parking passes.

Jennifer was a joy to work with. We needed a place last minute, due to our reservation with a different agency falling thru. This unit was a blessing to get in. We took advantage of the fitness room and pool on the cool and rainy days. And took beach walks on the warmer days. The views are awesome from this corner condo. The master bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back.

Sunset Property which oversaw the rental was great. The condo is lovely and well stocked with necessary kitchen items. There is also a pack-n-play, stroller, toddler table seat, and several beach chairs. FYI, there were NOT twin beds as shown in the pictures and stated on the website. Also, the fridge ice maker does not work, but there is an ice maker near the bar area, so not a big deal. The pools, including the indoor “heated” pool, were too cold to use in early November. Also, the fine print says you only get 2 parking passes, but the 4 bedroom condos can get 3 parking passes. Call the Phoenix West office and verify for yourself if you are going during the high season. You can park on the 7th floor and walk to your condo, which is convenient, but it takes several minutes to drive up and down that many floors. If you hate parking garages, park on a lower floor and take the elevator.
If any of the sliding doors are opened for more than 20 seconds, the HVAC system is programmed to turn off, so don’t think you can lay on your bed and open your balcony door to enjoy the sound of the waves without affecting everyone else in the condo.
It’s a beautiful condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This was a trip with 7 women over 65. We enjoyed our vacation and the condo was great. However, with such a nice property it was unacceptable to have outlets, TVs, and garbage disposal that didn’t work. The outlet and TV problems were reported to our Sunset Property representative and maintenance was called. He said the TVs needed replacing but that didn’t happen. He didn’t even look at the sockets. We discovered the disposal problem on the last night. One of the closet doors would not stay on its track and was reported but nothing done.

We were extremely impressed with the condo! It exceeded our expectations and the pictures don’t do it justice. I have never been to a condo so fully stocked with kitchen needs!
The beds were so comfortable and spacious. Our favorite was the balcony, the view, the breeze, everything was awesome! Booking it for next year again.

The condo was just as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We had plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. The view from the balcony was amazing and we would see the dolphins just about every morning. The only problem we had with the condo is the ice maker didn’t work but we made due with out it.

This is the 2nd year in a row we've stayed in this unit. It has everything you'll possibly need for your stay at the beach. Note: the ice machine does not work and the dishwasher decides when it wants to work, just keep trying. Other than that, this condo is perfect and we'll probably stay again next year.
