Welcome to Turtles Nest! This home features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private fenced-in backyard with a heated pool (open Apr-Oct), outdoor shower, (NEW in 2023) screened porch with dining and lounging furniture, premium linens and bath towels! It's walking distance to the beach AND both downtown Rehoboth and Dewey! Situated on a dead-end, very-low traffic street that backs to Silver Lake, guests can walk or bike to the beach and town right over the famous and lovely Turtle Bridge. The home has hardwood floors throughout, a renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and upgraded bathrooms and furnishings. The home has 3 flat screen Smart TVs with live TV service.
You'll love this comfortable and casual home -- it definitely does not "feel like a rental."

This house accommodates lots of people and is a great location. The walk past turtle bridge became a nightly favorite for us. The amenities are very nice. The pool is beautiful and well maintained- the people who come to service it are kind and pleasant. Televisions are new, large, and in most rooms. The kitchen is lovely and has most appliances you’d want on vacation (blender and coffee maker). The deck is lovely and large enough for many to enjoy at once (we ate most of our meals out on the deck). There is a school behind the house. School was in session while we were there – we had no disturbance.
The hosts are responsive and really helpful. There were a few oddities during our stay needed that attention and the hosts were responsive and very helpful. I look forward to staying at this house again.

We had a wonderful time at this property which was exactly as advertised in the listing. The pool was heated which was perfect since the weather was unseasonably cool during our visit. The house is a short drive from the Rehoboth attractions and you can walk to the boardwalk using side streets and parkland. The owners were very responsive to emails and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Turtles Nest! The house was beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed cooking /grilling and also going out! Favorite things about our stay: the pool, screened in porch and great location! Hosts were also great giving us suggestions for restaurants, etc!

Perfect house for a family get together. The pool was great, close to a park, close to a pedestrian bridge to go to the beach. Had a great time and Gennady was very responsive when we had any questions.

— but getting to the location was complicated. We thought we would be on the other side of Turtle Bridge and thus closer to the beach and getting home was complicated. A good place to stay but furnishings not as nice as expected for the price. No wash cloths with the supplied linens until we asked.

The yard was our favorite part of the house and the kids used the pool everyday. We had one small issue and they had the handyman come right away. Would absolutely rent here again!

We were 3 generation family and found it perfect for all. Centrally located…either 20 minute walk or 6 minutes by car. Loved the new screened in porch and the pool was wonderful. And a beautiful playground on the way to see the turtles big hit for 5 year old!

Beautiful home worked almost perfectly for us. Super convenient location to beach, boardwalk and shopping areas. Very nice neighborhood. Hosts very responsive to any needs. My only issue was not having any lights in the backyard so either taking a swim or playing cornhole after the sun went down was out of the question because it was very dark out there.

Beautiful house, quiet despite being near major roadway. Kitchen well stocked, with 2 large tables for family meals (eat-in kitchen and enclosed florida room). Pool well maintained. Kids loved it.

Backyard of this house with the pool is amazing and welcoming! House very cute and kitchen stocked well with necessities. Comfortable and relaxing common areas Would recommend bringing own pillows if you are particular about your pillow. We had a great time!

Overall the house is a gem. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking needs. Comfortable family rooms and bedrooms are spacious. Nice deck for morning coffee and the pool was great.
Only draw back was the pillows.....they could be replaced with new ones......or bring your own.

Our family had a fabulous time. It was the perfect end of summer getaway. House and pool were beautiful and 5 minutes away from the beach and wonderful downtown rehoboth. It was our first time to the Delaware shore but won’t be our last!

Family vacation in Rehoboth
Our family (4 adults/3 kids) had a lovely stay at this property. I can’t say enough about the backyard and the pool. Perfect for families. The kids had a great bonus room to stay in. The house is right down the street from the new playground at Rehoboth elementary as well as the turtle bridge. The house had more than enough room for us and it was clean and updated. It is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The walk to the beach/downtown was a bit more of a hike than expected, but overall we had a great vacation here! Totally recommend.

Great House and Location
My family and I had an amazing time at the property. Jim was very communicative. Jim was responsive about all questions we had as we had never rented a house before. The pool was wonderful and they had crew come to clean it twice. It is a little bit of hike to walk to the beach but the 2 parking passes offered are great. The only issue we had with the backyard and pool was there was a major mosquito issue and we were constantly bombarded and bit. With the bugs you also couldn't use the outdoor shower. This is the only downside I could say. Maybe get some citronella otherwise it was great.
The location of the house was wonderful easy to get to and close to everything. Would totally recommend.

Amazing backyard!
There were 14 of us...including kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the beach is a little much for young children so I suggest bringing a wagon/stroller if that is your plan. We had some issues with one of the rooms, however, Jim was very responsive and tried to fix the issue without disrupting our vacation. Due to the issue being unable to be resolved during our stay, Jim generously offered to have our family back for a weekend in the fall. Jim is very knowledgeable of the area and gave us recommendations on where to eat. If we weren't at the beach, we were in the backyard enjoying the deck and the pool! It is beautiful!! Overall, we had a great week and made wonderful memories!

Great Family House
The house gave us all the room we needed, with five bedrooms and three baths. The pool is a great feature as we didn't want to go to the beach everyday. There is also a lovely deck with a table and chairs as well as a bar. We ate outside most nights which we really enjoyed. While in a quiet residential neighborhood, you are minutes away from shops and restaurants.

Great getaway near the beach
The house was beautiful. Tons of space for up to 14 (we were only a group of 8) and the backyard was lovely. The timing of our stay was just before the pool season really started so we appreciated Jim having the pool open and ready for use for us. Overall a great time away to share with family and friends.

Wonderful stay!!
Quality family time was spent hanging out on the deck, enjoying the pool in the beautiful back yard oasis! The kids were never bored and used the pool at least 3 times a day. Most relaxing stay ever. Will book again.

Multi-family Vacation
We traveled with dear, family friends for the first time. There was plenty of space to accommodate both of our families and yet it was intimate for us to get to know each other better.
The property owner was beyond helpful - for example, there was a tropical storm (Isaias) that blew threw. The next morning, he was there cleaning the tree debris from the yard and the pool. We were going to have the kids do it, but he insisted that he would take care of it.
The walk to the beach was short and we especially enjoyed the parking passes for the days we did not want to walk.
The owner really put a lot of thought and care into making sure we enjoyed our time.
We enjoyed meals on the deck while the kids swam. Having a property with a pool made a big difference in us choosing this home. We are so glad that we did!

As good as in the pictures
My extended family stayed in this property for a week. Even with 11 of us, there was still plenty of space. The pool and backyard are just as nice as what is pictured on the site. We will definitely book this property again.
