Our lovely and spacious 6th floor Grand Sandestin studio condo awaits your next beach vacation! Balcony with an amazing bay view! Compact in design and modernly furnished. 2 Queen size bed, dining table for four, large flat TV and cable channels for entertaining yourself during your vacation. The kitchenette contains a few appliances for you to use to make your stay easier and more convenient. The bathroom with traditional shower and bathtub combo .Luxury vinyl floors throughout the unit.

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a major destination for all seasons and all ages, and has been named the #1 resort on Florida's Emerald Coast. This magical resort spanning over 2, 000 acres is comprised of over 70 unique neighborhoods of condominiums, villas, town homes, and estates. The resort features miles of sandy white beaches and pristine bay front, four championship golf courses, a world-class tennis center with 15 courts, 4 resort swimming pools, a 123-slip marina, a fully equipped and professionally staffed fitness center, meeting spaces and The Village of Baytowne Wharf, a charming pedestrian village with events, shopping, dining, family entertainment and nightlife. Parking is under the Grand Sandestin Resort. Parking fee of about $10 will be payable via a link online before arriving to the Resort. Each guest will be allowed to park one car in this parking garage. We will forward instructions to you on how to make the payment.
Complimentary Tram service is included as well as wifi!
We also provide a starter pack which include: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towel, dish soap, dish sponge, coffee packs. Once the starter pack runs out the guest is responsible to replenish their stock.
Sandestin is a 2400 acre resort like no other in Florida, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side of the resort fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. If seven miles of waterfront is not enough, the resort offers amenities for every type of person. These amenities include 4 championship golf courses; 14 tennis courts, of which 11 are clay and 4 are lighted for evening play; biking; hiking; fishing; kayaking; boogie boarding; miniature golf; fabulous restaurants; unique shopping; and an array of additional activities await you. The Sandestin Tram makes it easy to get around.
This security gated community provides added safety for the family. With its miles of bike/jogging trails, miles of beaches, restaurants, shops, Baytowne Wharf, and children's activities all just inside the resort. The Marina with jet ski and watercraft rentals, Jolee Island and the multiple tree houses and nature walks are just a part of what this top resort destination offers. You will have plenty to do!. Sandestin Kid's club is very highly rated.
We offer a combination K-cup and Regular coffee brewing machine. Please bring coffee and filters.
PETS are not allowed per the HOA (no matter how small).
This is a non-smoking unit
Our check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Since you directly go to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home.
If you arrive early, feel free to enter into the resort and enjoy the beach. However we do not allow early check-in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need extra time to prepare the condo
