Stayed here with a group of girls for a bachelorette weekend. The home was perfect for what we were looking for. The view is stunning and you truly couldn’t get closer to the beach. There are also multiple restaurants and bars along the home is off of which was nice. The home was clean and had basic necessities and kitchen items. It also had beach items and a grill that we could not access due to a broken lock. We contacted Vacasa and kept getting either AI generated responses or a service agent with no knowledge of how to help. Their communication was horrible. I called Thursday about the issue when we checked in and continued to call as I was not given a straight response about the issue and how we could access the items. We ended up buying beach items that we had to leave because no one told us when it would be fixed. It eventually got fixed on our last full day with no notification that someone was coming. Worst customer service/communication I have seen in a rental, I can’t imagine if we would’ve had a bigger issue how it would have gone.

This house is so beautiful and right in the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away!

Very nice place to stay. Close to beach and beach was not crowded.

We had a great time enjoying this house, the location and beach ⛱ We learned to keep the doors closed to each floor and the bedroom doors to keep the house and bedrooms cool.

Overall it was good. Disappointed because we were told the code for the beach chairs and toys was the same as the door and it was not. Had to go buy those things. Also, the toilet on 3rd floor doesn’t work correctly. Would be nice to have chairs tall enough on the top balcony to actually see over the railing. Thanks

Lovely, well appointed and bright house with ocean views even though it's not directly on the beach. You're so close you don't need to bother with shoes when you walk out to the beach and the beach itself has a nice chill vibe. Very comfortable overall. The area itself didn't wow us with restaurant options but there are a couple good ones and the kitchen is well stocked to make coffee and food at home. They also had several games in the closet which was appreciated! We would stay again.

House is great. Location to beach was great. For the price especially. 1-2 minute walk to the water was nice. Especially with the kids. The mornings waking up catching the sunrise over the harbor and the evenings catching the sunset over the ocean was great! All from the fourth floor balcony. The 4th floor tv was on the fritz. Being the “mingling” floor of the property, including the kitchen and dining room table, along with that incredible view from the balcony, the tv not working was kinda a downer. Only because we missed out on the NCAA tournament games. Other than that the tv would not have been an issue. And this doesn’t take away from the overall quality and management of the property the slightest. The property management was more than helpful in communication on any things that popped up throughout our stay. Elevator was clutch. Just make sure all access doors and entry gates to the elevator are completely closed when not using. Couple times the kids would leave a door or gate open on the 2 nd floor and when you would call for the elevator on the 4th it wouldn’t come. Which is a testament to the safety features of the elevator. Great for transporting luggage, groceries, older folks, and great for the vacation lazy we all so much desire. Great touch. Clean, plenty of room, beach gear in the storage. Only gripe was nearest ice cream parlors, convenience stores, etc were not with in decent walking distance. No biggie though. Loved every second staying here. Thanks!!

Fabulous house with numerous amenities. Different floors/levels nice so family members/friends have some privacy. Beds v comfortable and entire place nicely and comfortably decorated. At the same time - FOUR floors - there is an elevator but it is slow and somewhat temperamental. I would not recommend to those who struggle with mobility. Taking elevator every time to get to the kitchen etc could get kind of annoying. Also house not directly on beach. There is a nice view from comfy 4th floor veranda - but also a view of parking lot. Next door neighbour is wedding reception building. So u know. All in all worked well for our family of 5.

Overall, we were pleased with the rental. A few issues: stained, dirty cushions on fourth floor porch sofa, load noise in water pipes when using shower in third floor, missing light in fourth floor refrigerator.

The location was great. Steps away from the beach. House was clean on arrival and had plenty of kitchen equipment and beach equipment. The unit is 4 floors and has an elevator but it wasn’t working on our arrival. We contacted the owner right away but no one came to fix it until the day before we left. Two of the three showers were non functional. The place has nice views but I would not rent again given the issues mentioned

Great location has a view of the beach and a short path to the beach but not ocean front. Loved the house and the elevator is essential. Clean and ready for us and had all the necessary items for cooking etc.

Thank goodness we found a new place at such short notice on a Friday night . Had to argue and threaten Vacasa for my money back once I mentioned i would post the pictures i took on social I received a full refund .

Loved the elevator (for my mobility) and the beach access. Everything was great

The location of the house was amazing. The beach was steps away and the deck was wonderful for sunsets and happy hour. We were there for my sisters 60th and we had more than enough space for the four of us.
We highly reccomend you go to Salt Rock Grill for dinner and ask to seat in Maggies section. The food was amazing and Maggie is by far one of the best waitresses we have ever experienced. So much so, that we went back for our last night.
The elevator didn't work as well as we had hoped. In fact, on check out day we couldn't get it to work at all. There are a TON of steps in this house, so having the elevator is a must - especially if you have an older person joining you.
I also wish there wer e better check in and check out instructions. We had no idea where to place our garbage and recycling and it wasn't very clear on what we needed to do to check out properly. Such as empty the fridge or wash the linens etc.
All in all we had a great time and enjoyed the house.

Great access to the beach. Perfect spaces for all those who travelled with us. The master suit was perfect for my husband who was recovering from a surgery. The kids had a great time with the games and coloring supplies. Plenty of beach toys, towels, life jackets, and a wagon to drag all the stuff to the beach. Be prepared to bring all your own spices/seasonings , coffee, etc…none of that is provided. Overall it was perfect for our trip and met all expectations.

The house was immaculately clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. While the house has an elevator, it was very slow so we often just used the steps to go from one floor to the next, so lots of step climbing (four floors). The elevator was great, though, we when loaded in everything on our check in date and check out date.
The layout of the house was great for our family as everyone had plenty of space and their own bathrooms. The washer and dryer worked well and was conveniently located.
Great location especially for kids and families who bring their own beach tents and chairs as the beach is so close and there is a place to secure your beach equipment inside the first-floor storage area. The view from the balconies was great as you could see the gulf, the inlet, the draw bridge and beautiful sunsets. Restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, activities, and retail stores were a short drive away.
The outside shower was a great convenience as was having parking space in the covered carport.

Wonderful experience.
Spectacular views.
5 star restaurants
Not far away from the dinner cruises.
Some minor recommendations:
Clean AC Vents
Replace toilet seats on the 2nd and 3rd floor
The parking under the house has a steep drop. Put some sand or cements

There are a few tiny things about this property that needs to be repaired. When you call the elevator to the lower level, sometimes the door will not open. The socket in the third-floor bathroom fell out of the wall when I plugged in the hair dryer. The rugs and the towels were all damp. I thought maybe it was a Florida “thing”, but when it took two hours to try a small load of clothes and they were still damp, I knew we had a problem. I texted them and they did respond right away but and it took until Thursday for someone to come and fix the dryer. Then it was almost time to leave so I hope just blowing out the vent really fixed it. The ceiling on the floor two looks like smoke, or some thing had come out the vent. It really needs to be painted. It would be nice on your description if you could add that there is a charcoal grill. And lastly, when we were trying to leave the door had a hard time locking. The deadbolt just wants to spin. We love the location we loved that we all had our own spaces. We love the sunsets on the balcony. We love that we were two seconds from the beach. And all in all, we had a good stay, just feel that they need to fix this few things.

Property was very nice. Beautiful kitchen. Loved having the elevator for luggage and groceries. I would suggest adding grab bars in the showers and supplying mats for the bottom of the tubs. We've used VRBO before. This was the nicest of all the homes. It was definitely well cared for. TV's all worked very well. I was pleasantly surprised that there was enough toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, kitchen soup, dishwashing detergent for our entire stay. Most other homes gave you a days worth of everything. I also met the owners when we arrived. That wasn't planned. They were going to the beach. They were super nice people and offered to answer any questions we had. My favorite feature of the house was the balcony on the top floor. We sat out there every evening and enjoyed the view of the ocean and then the sunset! The kitchen had a good supply of plates, cups, wine glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pot and pans. Everything was very clean. The entire house was very clean. I would definitely stay at this house again.

This home was beautifully decorated and bright. It was perfectly located and you can walk right to the beach. There was plenty of space for our family of 7. It had more than enough dishes/pots in the kitchen that we could make all our meals. It had board games, toys and even coloring supplies for the kids. We enjoyed the beach toys, especially the inner tubes. We loved being able to walk right out our door to the beach. It made it so easy with kids and we were able to walk the beach and play in the water multiple times a day. The elevator was very handy, although slow, so we ended up using the steps most of the time. But even with the exercise of walking the steps, we thought this was a beautiful home in a great location with beautiful views!

Our group of 6 friends spent a long weekend here celebrating our 33 annual Christmas party. It was in a great location, steps from the beach. The house was clean and updated. Plenty of room for 6 ladies. We enjoyed the 4th floor to gather for meals, games, music, sunset view, etc.

Beautifully decorated beach home with lovely views of the ocean on the multi level outdoor sitting areas. House has everything you need including beach chairs and toys. Very clean and well stocked. Only concern was a musty smell on the second level of the house. Lots of nearby dining. Would definitely return!

This was one of the most pleasant rentals I’ve ever experienced. The home is lovely! We liked the privacy of bedrooms on different floors, from communal spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the Linnens and towels were very nice quality. And everything was so clean! Just a few steps to the beach and plenty of umbrellas and chairs to make spending the day there perfect. We will return.

This home has everything you need and more! Fully stocked, beautifully decorated, clean, comfy beds, lots of room and gorgeous views from 3 decks! The beach location is so convenient too and so easy to get back and forth with stuff and small kids! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful home for our vacation!

I loved the house! The location was PREFECT! This was probably the most relaxing vacation I have ever been on. My husband actually said that he could stay another week which shocked me because he isn't a huge beach person. The only reason for 4 stars is because the lock instructions should be updated because you can ONLY use the side door to get in once you get there. The instructions were for the door with the deadbolt and that doesn't work. I stood outside in the heat for 30 minutes with sleepy kids before the neighbor told us that when she was there she had to use the side door the whole time. But honestly that was the only thing that was a downfall.
