The house is centrally located 5 blocks away from US Hwy 2 next to ski areas, hiking, biking, ATV trails, waterfalls, dispensary and Lake Superior. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the heated garage to keep bikes, skis and snow/water gear safe and warm. Private back yard has a path leading to the back alley for easy access to the Iron Belle Trail. This includes snowmobiles. Snowmobiles may park on the property. Electric grill, cement patio with chairs and fire pit with wood, newspaper and kindling also available in the backyard. There is also a wood fired sauna in the backyard. Side tables and individual reading lights available along with vanity and 10x magnifying mirror. #3 Has a brand new queen size Valente Restonic bed (Firm).
