Meadow Retreat is a gorgeous two story home nestled in a beautiful 1.5+ lot off North Shore with privacy and a gorgeous views. Stunning vaulted ceilings, massive windows w/expansive views, and custom styling makes this home a show stopper. Lots of great space for entertaining and gathering. Home has a rec room with Ping Pong table and a theater room with power reclining movie chairs, popcorn machine and drinking fountain! Outdoors there is a spacious patio overlooking the meadow and abundant wildlife with beautiful sunsets. Relax by the firepit or grill and enjoy dinner on the deck off the living area. This is a perfect peaceful getaway that will feel just like home!

Nice house, lots of steps if thats an issue for you. Kids loved ping pong table, lots of table space. Pans could use an upgrade but overall we were happy

We had a wonderful week. The house is beautiful, very quiet and relaxing. One day it snowed. Breathtaking to relax in the living room surrounded by huge windows watching the snow turn the view into a magical wonderland. The location feels like it is remote, but it’s actually only a short drive to downtown Forest Lake. Fenced in area was a perfect bonus, since we brought the dog. Great location to serve as a base to visit family and friends in the twin cities. Thank you!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this house. It's a beautiful home with amazing views! We very much enjoyed watching 10 deer cross through the yard every evening. The home is spacious and inviting. The ping pong table and theater area were a bonus for us! Our visit was just the peaceful retreat we needed. Thank you to the owners!

Property was everything that our family needed. Beautiful view out of the backyard, plenty of bedrooms for our family of 5, and pets allowed with a fenced in space for them to run and play. Communication with home owners was exceptional. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a beautifully upgraded home.

Jason and his wife are amazing hosts and everything in the home was perfectly decorated and ready to enjoy a winter wonderland vacation. Would love to rent this home again!!! What a wonderful place to stay! The view from the living room was breathtaking! There was plenty of room for 7 adults! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook together. Our host was welcoming and quick to answer any questions. We would love to stay again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The location for was perfect for us. The neighborhood is very quiet and the view of the wetlands are amazing. The house is very clean and the beds were comfortable. My only regret is we didn’t have more time to enjoy the house. I would highly recommend this home. This place was close to home for us and just a place for old friends to gather and spend some time together. It is beautifully decorated and had just about everything we needed. Location was great and just a quick trip to downtown area. Owner very responsive. Reason for the 4 star on cleanliness was mainly that the kitchen cupboards could use some organizing and maybe a few upgrades on pans and utensils but we got by just fine. It was a spacious home with an unusual floor plan. Sometimes I would be like wait, which way am I going? Great stay!

We enjoyed our time at this home. While not right on the lake, it was close to the water and also secluded enough to not hear traffic or road noise. Just two of us so we stayed in the master bedroom with the king bed, which was comfortable. The fire pit outdoors was an enjoyable evening and the patio made a relaxing breakfast area. The hosts were full of suggestions for where to spend time as well.
