Summary:
Welcome to our newly updated loft unit in the heart of downtown Littleton!
Perched above Main Street, this comfortable apartment is on the upper floor of what was originally the historic “Crawford Saloon” built in 1901.
The loft includes a living room, kitchen, bedroom and full bathroom. Come and embrace all of the colorful charm, rich history and vibrant lifestyle of Downtown Littleton!
The Space:
Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, Keurig machine, comfortable queen-size bed, full bathroom with toiletries, hair dryer, ironing board, workspace, free high-speed internet, and 55” smart Roku TV. A twin-size air mattress including all bedding is also available in the living room. Although the bedroom does not have a dedicated closet, there are clothes hooks and hangers plus additional clothes storage in the spacious living room dresser. There is a separate coin-operated laundry room for your use. The apartment has individual climate controls for heat and AC in the living room and bedroom to ensure your comfort during your stay.
The unit is fully self-check in and checkout with security code access, and includes one reserved parking space at the rear of the building. Access to the unit is via a secured entrance on the west side of the building. This is a shared building with other short-term and long-term tenants. The eatery below is opened daily from 8am to 8pm, so you may hear an occasional blender.
Downtown Littleton is the new “place to be” brimming with restaurants, taverns, pubs, a beer garden, boutiques, unique retailers, a day spa, coffee shops and ice cream parlors. Shop and dine, or enjoy a live stage performance at the Performing Arts Theater just a few steps away. There is a “Welcome Book” in the apartment which lists many of the shops and eateries along Main Street for you to enjoy. The building is close to bike trails along the South Platte River, Light Rail Station and RTD bus route. Come and explore all that downtown Littleton has to offer! Sorry, but we cannot allow pets.

Getting Around:
The C & D Lines of the RTD light rail system have a station located one block south of Main Street at the corner of Prince and Alamo. RTD bus lines make stops at the Downtown Littleton Station.
Other Things to Note:
The main door is a shared street entrance off of South Nevada St, you will have a personal door code for both the main door and apartment door. You'll have access to one off street free parking spot closest to the alley.
Please leave the heat set around 68-69 degrees when you leave!
The building has maintenance clean the hallway and stairway on Thursdays!

Check in process was seamless. Location was perfect - Littleton Main Street is quaint with lots of great dining and shopping. I took the train to Denver almost every day and the train stop is very close to the apartment. Super easy to buy daily train tickets and I felt safe on the train.
The apartment was well equipped and I felt like I had everything I needed to be comfortable for a week.

Couldn't have been happier with the property or management. Property is perfect size for 1-4 people. Within short walks of restaurants, shopping and just about anything you need. Likely have trips back to Littleton in the future and will be booking this property every time if it's available.

The location was is a perfect spot on Main Street. Many options to choose from food to shopping. We never would have picked this location, our daughter chose it for us. The apartment is adorable and bed is so comfortable. We are already looking to go back for the holidays.

Our trip was planned because we wanted to experience a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater ✅. We visited the Seaquest Center and swam with sharks and rays. We went to Pike’s Peak, visited The Gardens of the Gods, and we white water treated in Idaho Springs. Our flat in Littleton was a great home base for all of these experiences. The town is beautiful, clean, and friendly. We had a wonderful experience. The best part was that we felt safe. Thank you so much.

Beautiful. Attention to detail 10+ very comfy bed. Room darkening curtains a big plus. Looks brand new. So many things to see and do in walking distance. Thanks a million!

Great location. Great little space. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Easy access to the Denver metropolitan area. There was just a bit more urban noise than I would prefer, but it is downtown, so that was a minor tradeoff for me. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We found this cute flat to be cozy, convenient and exactly as advertised. The streetlights & hum of the downtown nightlife and early morning bustle was not bothersome at all for us, but instead added to the energy of the space. It is a 2nd floor unit with stairs right as you open the entrance door, so be prepared if you have heavy luggage (I’m 57 & not very physically fit and I did fine). The bed mattress was shockingly firm when I first sat on it but surprisingly provided a very good nights sleep. The unit was clean, well stocked, and the PM was very friendly and responsive. All in all a great stay with convenient parking, fabulous restaurants, shopping, and wine🍷right outside your door!

This corner apartment is exactly as advertised - cozy, clean and close to everything. It's the perfect size and location for anyone working remotely that wants to be close to everything, and the internet is great too! Lots of natural light during the day thanks to all the windows. Property management is super responsive and helpful. I'd highly recommend staying here should you find yourself in Littleton

This flat was perfect in every way. Location was great with food, coffee and hot spots within walking distance. The owners were extremely responsive and flexible. House was clean and decorated nicely. Would def look to stay here again.

Hometown
Grew up in Littleton. We were looking for a place to revisit the old hometown. This was the perfect spot. Easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Numerous great restaurants and areas if interest within easy day trip range. Complete privacy and very quiet. We rarely even heard another apartment door open. Great kitchen if you choose to eat in, and excellent people watching with an afternoon glass of wine! Loved our stay, and Jill is a very responsive host. Highly recommend this lodging!
