This spacious paradise boasts 1800 sf of open living, cheery colors and massive decks. The professionally decorated space offers masculine line with comfortable furnitures and styles! The dining table is the perfect spot for family dining or for game night. BEDROOMS
After a full day of having your toes in the sand, retreat to your master suite to get one last peek of the ocean before retiring to your rainfall shower. Relax in your king size bed with all-new mattress and luxury linens. Additional rooms sleep up to 8 (adults + children), and some also offer small vistas of the ocean.

All beds have 12 inches memory foam mattresses (except bunk beds are 8 inches), down alternative pillows and hypoallergenic hotel luxury 1800 series sheets for a restful night of sleep. LIVING ROOM

The massive outdoor deck features dining set and gas grill for a sunset dinner. The bonus "lower" patio also features a hot tub, seating, lounge chairs, hammocks, and a kids play set.
Traveling with small children? You can pack lighter, because we provide Pack n' Plays, highchair, and kid's dinnerware. ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME

* Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels. Security cameras are located around the outside premise.
* Driveway parking for up to 4 cars. No street parking available.
* Guests are responsible for refilling gas tank when empty.
Furry friends
* Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.
* Must be fully house trained
* Must be completely cleaned up after
* Leashed at all times when not in fenced area
* Crated indoors when not home with the pet
* If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
* Not allowed on the indoor furniture, bedding or in the hot tub.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.
